Chloe Ferry nearly died from BBL surgery as she reveals she’s open to more ops

Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry has admitted the risks involved with her Brazilian Butt Lift surgery after revealing she would be open to go under the knife again

Chloe Ferry has revealed she could have been killed after undergoing surgery to reverse her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).

The Geordie Shore star first had the surgery, which involves fat being taken from elsewhere in the body and being injected into the buttocks, in 2017. However, she decided to reverse the operation this year after calling it a “mistake”. She also said the original surgery had left her battling depression.

Despite opting to reverse the op, Chloe, 30, has said she could not have all of the fat taken out of her bum. The reality star explained she was told if she did so it would have put her at risk of death.

Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: “After my BBL reversal, my surgeon told me he had to leave a bit of fat in my bum. He couldn’t take it all out because he said I could have died.

“The previous surgeons had injected fat into my muscle, and that’s what stops the blood getting through to the heart. He said he couldn’t risk tampering with it because I could have died.”

She admitted she is now in a happier place now her bum is smaller. Explaining it is approximately three times smaller following her surgery, she also said she has dropped two stone.

Now Chloe, who has had two nose jobs, liposuction and a breast enlargement, admitted she would consider having more reversal surgery. “Having my bum removed has made me feel more like myself, and now I want to have my breast implants removed too,” she went on.

She explained she is trying to return to her “natural self” and her BBL reverse has inspired her to get her old body back. After rising to fame in 2015 aged 20, she admitted she first started getting surgery due to online trolling she received.

Despite saying she “got the last laugh” due to her success, she confessed she wished it didn’t happen in the first place. She also said she deal with this issue while growing up and it “makes you think differently”.

Chloe celebrated turning 30 in style this month alongside her celebrity pals. Among those in attendance was Katie Price. Katie, 47, joined the likes of Wayne Lineker and Nathan Henry at the party in Newcastle.

The former glamour model opted to wear a black top and leggings, which she paired with matching heels, for the event and she’s showcased her look in posts on social media. She suggested in a video on Snapchat that it wouldn’t have been her first choice for an outfit.

Lisa Riley’s secret health battle after feeling ‘like a pop star’ on Emmerdale

Soap actress Lisa Riley has opened up on her hidden battle as she suffered panic attacks when she first shot to fame when joining Emmerdale as Mandy Dingle in the 90s

Emmerdale star Lisa Riley has revealed she had a secret battle after shooting to fame in the 1990s. The 49-year-old actress shot to stardom as the bolshy “tart with a hart” Mandy Dingle in the ITV soap.

She joined the cast in 1995, and quickly became part of photoshoots and interviews to promote her storyline. Lisa has now revealed that she struggled to cope with seeing her face on the front cover of glossy magazines and that it took its toll on her.

The TV star was part of a storyline in which Mandy tried to win the heart of Dave Glover (Ian Kelsey), who ultimately rejected her for Kim Tate (Claire King). What many would think would be a career highlight, Lisa was left having panic attacks.

Lisa has been playing Mandy on Emmerdale for years

Lisa told the new issue of Woman magazine: “I remember being in the supermarket, and I was on the cover of every magazine with the Mandy and Dave Glover storyline.

“I felt claustrophobic and started to have panic attacks. Me, [and EastEnders stars] Patsy Palmer and Martine McCutcheon were the tabloid ‘faces of soap’ and were followed everywhere like pop stars.

“Initially, it was hard.” Lisa did not seek therapy to help deal with her fame, but instead, she just plowed on. She turned to her mum, who she called her “rock” and told her “to keep going”.

Thankfully, Lisa hasn’t had a panic attack “for years” and has turned her experience into wisdom for her cast members. She revealed how the young stars on Emmerdale have now come to her for advice and call her “Nana”.

Lisa admitted the attention the actors face now is different as “the trolls are so vitriolic”. As Mandy is a legendary character in Emmerdale, some people think Lisa is like her alter ego.

However, Lisa confessed her real life is far from Mandy’s as she prefers sipping a mint tea in the corner rather than shots. She said she “lives vicariously through Mandy” so doesn’t feel like she’s missing out.

Lisa left Emmerdale in 2001 to host the hit home video show You’ve Been Framed!, but she made a permanent comeback to the soap in 2019.

And Lisa still adores playing Mandy after 30 years, admitting she’s “never got bored of her”. She added: “Mandy has always been about the three L’s – loveable, lashes and leopard print!”

Earlier this year, Lisa told us how she had therapy again following the death of her friend and Strictly Come Dancing partner Robin Windsor. Robin was sadly was found dead in a London hotel on 18th February 2024.

Lisa emotionally told us: “I’d never had therapy since losing my mum in 2012. However, with Robin, I had to start having therapy. It really does work.

“I lost mum, then Robin, and two and half months after Robin we lost my aunt suddenly when she was on holiday. She died having dinner. It was awful.”

Playing Mandy has been a comfort to Lisa as she explained: “I put Mandy Dingle’s lashes on and kept going – that’s exactly what I did with my mum. That was my coping mechanism.”

Harry Potter actress Miriam Margolyes has admitted that despite holding him in high regards, she doesn’t consider King Charles a friend. In her latest book ‘The Little Book of Miriam’, the 84-year-old actress delves into her past encounters with the monarch before his ascension to the throne and expresses her deep admiration for him.

Yet, Miriam insists she wouldn’t dare call the 76-year-old King a friend as she feels it would be “an impertinence”. She explained: “I like and respect him, although I am politically a socialist. He cares about the planet, the country, all the people of the United Kingdom.

“He is human and honest, fundamentally serious but with a glorious sense of humour. I am not his friend – to claim that would be an impertinence.

“But I know enough to believe in his decency and kindness, and when I read some of the ghastly stuff newspapers write, I rush to defend him wherever I can.

“I value his worth. We are lucky to have such a king. I wish him health and strength and a long and happy life with his beloved queen, who is totally delicious.”

Miriam also recounted her initial introduction to Charles back when he was the Prince of Wales, after he had listened to her audio rendition of the classic Charles Dickens tale ‘Oliver Twist’.

She reminisced: “I met King Charles when he was the Prince of Wales. He had listened to my audio-recording of Oliver Twist and generously hand-wrote a letter of praise and appreciation, delivered by a royal car to my Clapham Home.

“I have been invited to Sandringham, to Buckingham Palace, to Clarence House, and we have talked about Charles Dickens in all those places.”

Miriam also opened up about her recent interactions with royalty, discussing literature at some of the most prestigious addresses in the UK.

The actress’s open reflections on Charles come during a period where she’s also been transparent about her health, revealing plans to cohabit with her long-term partner Heather Sutherland.

In a heartfelt interview with the Observer, Miriam shared insights into her decision, which is influenced by the current global situation and the fleeting nature of life.

She confided to the newspaper: “The world around us has lost its charm. And we just want each other in a beautiful place which we know.

“We can toddle along and laugh and just quietly subside into old age. But together. We’re here for such a short time. It’s gone so fast. Mentally, I’m still fairly crisp.”

Having been a couple for nearly six decades, Miriam and Heather have now chosen to take the significant step of moving in together.

Discussing their unique dynamic, Miriam revealed: “We are together, but we live apart. She is in Amsterdam, and I am in London but now we want to live together.

Ricky Hatton’s huge fortune revealed – exactly who will inherit sum after tragic death

Boxing legend Ricky Hatton’s vast wealth has been revealed after his tragic death, as the star’s devatated family issue a heartbreaking statement

Ricky Hatton’s fortune has been revealed following his sudden death aged 46.

The boxing world is in mourning after the legendary sportsman was found dead at his home in Manchester on Sunday. Hatton had been looking forward to his first professional bout in 13 years, which had been scheduled for this December.

Sadly, the fight against Dubai’s first professional boxer, Eisa Al Dah, would never come to pass, and loved ones have been left to remember an enduringly popular champ who “had a heart as big as his smile”.

The former World Boxing Champion enjoyed a magnificent career, inspiring countless aspiring boxers along the way. During his time inside the ring, the late sporting icon amassed a £35million wealth. And his family members are expected to inherited the fortune, according to reports.

Ricky was a proud father and grandfather

The star’s millions will be passed down to his relatives, including his three children, Campbell, 24, Millie, 13, and Fearne, 12, according to MailOnline.

‘The Hitman’ became a father for the first time at the age of just 22, welcoming Campbell following a brief reconciliation with his ex-girlfriend, Claire.

At this point in his life, Ricky was still an up-and-coming star, but is said to have established a trust fund for his son, ensuring he would get a share of his earnings. Ricky also reportedly set up a standing order to allow mum Claire to properly care for the boy.

Campbell inherited his father’s formidable boxing skills and made his professional debut in 2021. Later that same year, he secured his first knockout victory over Attila Csereklye, and from thereon went from strength to strength.

Campbell won all 14 of his opening fights before suffering back-to-back defeats at the hands of James Flint in 2024. Hoping to turn his fortunes around, he appointed his famous father as his trainer back in March, but just four months later, the younger Hatton announced he would be hanging up his boxing gloves, instead switching to a career as a solar panel installer.

In 2018, Campbell welcomed a daughter named Lyla, and it’s clear ‘Grandad Richard’ couldn’t have been prouder. Just one week ago, Ricky took to Instagram with a video of young Lyla exercising at what appears to be his boxing gym, writing: “Another Hatton’s at it now. What we gonna do? Go on baby girl. There’s only one Lyla Hatton xxx”.

Ricky shared his two youngest children, Millie and Fearne, with his former fiancée Jennifer Dooley. Just last month, the devoted dad shared sweet snaps of him and the girls heading out for dinner together during a holiday to Tenerife.

It’s understood that the majority of Ricky’s £35 million comes from his incredible 15-year boxing career, during which he earned 45 victories over 48 bouts.

Following his retirement in 2012, Hatton remained a key figure in the boxing world, setting up Hatton Promotions to develop fresh talent and the Hatton Boxing Academy to train up the next generation of fighters.

The boxing icon’s assets include his five-bedroom house in Hyde, Greater Manchester, which is currently on the market for £1.75million.

His devastated family yesterday released the following statement: “It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son Richard. Richard was so much more than a world champion.

“To us, he was simply ‘Richard’, our son. A loving father, grandfather, and brother, and a true friend to many. He had a heart as big as his smile, and his kindness, humour and loyalty touched everyone who was lucky enough to know him.

“To the wider world, Richard will always be remembered as one of boxing’s greatest champions — a man who gave everything inside the ring and wore his heart on his sleeve outside of it.

“He inspired generations with his fighting spirit, his humility, and his love for the sport. But beyond the titles, the nights to remember, and the roar of the crowd, he remained the same down-to-earth Richard who never forgot where he came from.

They continued: “As a family, our loss is immeasurable, and words cannot truly capture the pain we feel. Yet in the midst of our grief, we have been deeply moved by the overwhelming outpouring of love and support. It has been a source of great comfort to see just how many lives Richard touched, and how widely he was admired and respected.

“At this time, we kindly ask for privacy as we come to terms with life without him. In the days and weeks ahead, we will take strength from one another and from the knowledge that Richard’s legacy — both in boxing and as a man — will continue to live on. Richard’s memory will forever remain in our hearts, in the hearts of his fans, and in the sport he loved so dearly.”
