Former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson has revealed how his Clarkson’s Farm colleague Kaleb Cooper launched a foul-mouthed jibe at officers following a recent encounter.

US vice president JD Vance’s recent visit to the area sparked outrage among some residents in the peaceful town of Chipping Norton. WhilsE some locals voiced their political opposition to his trip, Kaleb’s fury stemmed from entirely different circumstances.

Writing in his latest The Sunday Times column, Jeremy Clarkson detailed how the politician was given a police escort while travelling through the local vicinity.

Describing how officers were tasked with moving people aside as the convoy passed through town, Jeremy recounted how his Clarkson’s Farm co-star Kaleb was amongst those affected.

LONDON, ENGLAND - NOVEMBER 19: TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson joins demonstrators as they attend a farmers rally on November 19, 2024 in London, England. Thousands of farmers descended on central London to protest against changes to inheritance tax announced in the budget last month. The farmers argue that the changes will destroy family farms and that the nation's food security is at risk, while the government says that the change will likely affect only around 500 larger estate farms. Reflecting on how events transpired, Jeremy revealed: “One of the people they ordered to pull over was Kaleb Cooper, my tractor driver, but it was starting to rain and he urgently needed to get his load of wheat into the shed, so he invited his tormentor to eff off. And carried on regardless.”

Following the incident, Kaleb expressed his frustration by responding to one of Jeremy’s Instagram posts, explaining what had occurred.

He commented: “My wheat got wet in the trailer last night as the convo(y) stopped me in the rain in chippy. I could have easily went on my way and got it in the shed without getting in the way.”

In brighter news for the 27-year-old farmer, he celebrated the arrival of his third child with partner Taya on Thursday (August 14). Having popped the question almost three years ago, Ashton has become the pair’s newest addition.

Announcing the joyful news on Instagram, Kaleb penned: “Baby number 3. everyone meet Ashton weighing 6.13lb born 14th august at 6:28pm at chipping norton maternity. Ps don’t worry I bought the amazing midwife’s a Chinese as well.”

While Kaleb voiced his own concerns about being affected by the politician’s entourage, the Clarkson’s Farm favourite wasn’t the only resident to express their frustration.

In Charlbury, near to his accommodation, demonstrators organised the “Vance Not Welcome Party” courtesy of local “Everybody Hates Elon” and “Stop Trump Coalition” organisations.

Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel pictured with newborn baby for first time

Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel have been spotted with a newborn baby, leading to speculation that they’ve decided to grow their family.

The 35-year-old twin sisters were seen carrying the infant in a car seat before carefully making sure the baby was secured in the back of the vehicle. The siblings then spent some time chilling out at the back of the Tesla boot before leaving the car park in Arden Hills, Minnesota.

It comes after rumours began circulating last year that they were pregnant with their first baby. The pair are yet to confirm whether the baby is their own and the teacher sisters now prefer to stay out of the spotlight.

Abby and Brittany shot to fame back in 1996 when they appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show at the tender age of six-years-old. This initial exposure led to huge public interest, before they bagged their own TLC reality show, Abby & Brittany.

The series documented their lives as they graduated from college and entered the complex world of adulthood as conjoined twins.

Abby tied the knot with Joshua Bowling in 2021 and is already a stepmum to his daughter Isabella from a previous relationship, but has also previously expressed her desire to expand their family.

“We’re going to be moms,” Brittany said in Joined for Life: Abby & Brittany Turn 16 in 2006. “We haven’t thought about how being moms is going to work yet.”

Abby and Brittany are dicephalic parapagus twins, which means they share one torso to which their two heads are joined, and they also share one pair of legs.

Abby, who is on the right side of the body, controls the right arm and leg, and Brittany has control over the left limbs. Conjoined twins are very rare, but the Hensen sisters are even more unusual because they are really pretty symmetrical compared to other conjoined twins.

They have always been really candid about their unique shared lives, and recently posted a video on their TikTok page, which saw a doctor explain how their joined anatomy actually works.

“Abby and Brittany Hensel’s anatomy is a remarkable blend of shared and individual organs and tissues,” the video they shared by molecular biologist Hashem Al-Ghaili explained, “The twins each have their own distinct upper body systems. Abby and Brittany have two heads, two brains, two spinal cords, and two hearts, which are part of a shared circulatory system.”

Despite having the same blood circulation system, their brains and spinal cords are their own, which means they have to work in tight-knit coordination to carry things, get places, or drive a car.

The pair previously opened up on their reality TV show for TLC just how painstaking the coordination has to be on a minute-by-minute basis.

“We have two licenses,” Abby said back in 2012, “When we got our driver’s licenses, we each had to take the test. We both passed.”

Brittany explained that they both have to steer, but her sister was the one in charge of the brake and acceleration pedals.

Despite having their own hearts, brains, spines, and four lungs, the sisters share one set of reproductive organs.

When they were children, their parents were offered the possibility of separation surgery, but they turned it down, because it was unlikely that both their daughters would have survived.

Inside Andy Carroll and Lou Teasdale’s bizarre rows and split as he insists they’re ‘back on’

Ex- Liverpool footballer Andy Carroll has revealed that his relationship with Lou Teasdale is back on and vows to cut back on drinking to avoid booze fuelled rows

Former England footballer Andy Carroll has revealed that his rocky relationship with make-up artist Lou Teasdale is back on track, following their split last week. The estranged husband of TOWIE star Billi Mucklow, who he shares three children with, has attributed booze-fuelled rows as the cause of their tumultuous relationship.

At the time of the couple’s split, it was reported that Andy had dumped Lou after growing tired of her high maintenance behaviour. However, according to the Daily Mail, it was reportedly the other way round as Lou was the one to call time on their romance.

It comes after Andy finally broke his silence on Saturday as he issued a huge relationship update.

In a candid interview with the Sun on Sunday, the former Premiere League star,36, admitted: “I love Lou and I love her family. We row like any couple.”

Addressing the status of his divorce from Billi, Andy, who also has two children from a previous relationship, added: “Things have been difficult for me and I’m going through a divorce. Some of our rows have been about alcohol, as Lou has been teetotal for 14 years and I have a beer or wine at dinner and a drink after the game, but it’s not a problem in my life.”

Andy continued: “We’re better off together and we’re trying to work through our difficulties.”

The couple had been together for more than a year before their split.

And at the time they unfollowed each other from social media. Andy even went as far as to erase all trace of Lou from his Instagram account.

Since their reunion, the couple resumed their trademark loved up posts of each other.

Last week, an insider revealed to the Daily Mail: “It was Lou who ended her relationship with Andy, she walked away a few days ago, it was very much her choice to end their romance. “

They went on to say: “She isn’t interested in pointing the finger or blaming him and hoped to deal with their split in private, before he blocked her on Instagram and deleted their photos together.”

The source insisted that she was left “very upset” with regards to the arguments they endured before the split.

Andy reportedly flew to Ibiza on a private jet despite the fact he had no idea where she was staying.

Before they agreed to work on their relationship, the insider told the publication that Andy would have believed his huge gesture would win her over immediately but apparently Lou would be unimpressed.

The source continued: “All she has done all year is love and support Andy, her feelings haven’t gone away, but Lou has to protect herself now and ending the relationship is the only way to move forward.”

Andy had been playing football in France for two years before returning to the UK to play for Dagenham and Redbridge.

One of the couple’s arguments were in public and was witnessed by a restaurant worker. Things between the pair reportedly became heated, to the point where police were called.

A worker at the Nikolus Tavern in Greece told The Sun on Sunday: “He [Andy] seemed very drunk and furious with his partner. He was using very bad words.

They added: “It was improper behaviour. The woman looked very upset.”

The police spoke to Andy and later allowed him to return to Lou. The worker continued: “Police spoke to him. He was allowed to return, and the couple left after paying for their meal. Andy was very calm when the police arrived — he stood up and spoke to them outside the restaurant.”

In a joint statement given to The Sun, it read: “Whilst having a private dinner in a restaurant on a quiet holiday in Mykonos, we had a heated discussion of the sort that most couples have had on occasion. It quickly became apparent to the police that there was no reason for them to be there. We went outside the restaurant with them together as they insisted they wanted to “look after” us.

The couple added: “As far as we are concerned, the situation has been blown out of all proportion by an interested member of the public. No one was arrested and no one was charged with anything. We are very happy, in love and looking forward to our future together and we are disappointed that a private disagreement has become a public matter.”

When Andy was bought by Liverpool football club from Newcastle for £35million, he became one of the UK’s most expensive Premiere League footballers.

Radio station suddenly axed after 21 years with host who ‘didn’t even get to say goodbye’

A much-loved radio station has been axed after 21 years – with a presenter on the show revealing he “didn’t even get to say goodbye” to his listeners.

Time 107.5FM stopped broadcasting earlier this month after it was rebranded as Nation Radio London following a takeover from Nation Broadcasting. The station had been operating since 2004 and was broastcast to the west Essex area and east London.

Host Neil Andrews had presented the station’s breakfast show for 18 years until he was suddenly taken off air on August 1.

He told the Romford Recorder: “Nobody had any idea it was happening. I finished my breakfast show at 10am on August 1, came off air and was told that was it – it’s over and the programmes were coming to an end at 2pm that afternoon.

“It was as abrupt as that. What hurt me more than anything else was that I didn’t even get a chance to say goodbye.”

Explaining he’s worked in radio for 30 years, he said that he knows everything comes to an end. But added: “It would have been nice to have said goodbye to the loyal listeners who rung us up on a daily basis.”

He further said that the abrupt axing of the station has had a huge effect on the presenters who, while all freelancers, had relied on the station for work opportunities.

Describing themselves as their “own bosses”, he said that it was a “real shame” when such opportunities go. He added: “Everyone in Romford was passionate and loved what they did – they were such a lovely team.”

He did, however, criticise how the former owners of the station, Lyca Media II Ltd, had run it. Branding it “shockingly run from above”, he insisted that they “never gave us a chance” and pointed out that they had been “underfunded”.

Neil continued: “I have nothing but admiration for everybody – everyone working there including all my colleagues worked really hard to make the station what it was.”

Lyca boss Raj Badhan previously said in a statement: “Whilst we continue investing in our south Asian radio stations, our time as owners of 107.5 is ending. We wish the station’s employees and clients well as it becomes part of the Nation Broadcasting Group.”

While Nation Broadcasting founder Jason Bryant said: “London is an increasingly important market for Nation and holds significant growth potential.

“The ability to launch Nation Radio on FM to a large part of the capital alongside DAB, presents an attractive opportunity to increase the reach of the station and to market our wider range of services, including the Nation Player app, to London.”

One bride-to-be has revealed she found her ‘dream’ wedding dress for just £40 – and said you don’t need to spend a fortune on them. It’s no secret wedding dresses can be pricey, and many people question forking out thousands for a dress they will only ever wear once, but according to Rose Myfanwy brides are looking in the wrong place.

Rose, who has been documenting planning her “home grown wedding” shared a TikTok under the name @rosemyfanwy1 of herself in a stunning beaded ivory gown and gushed: “You found your dream wedding dress in a charity shop for £40.” The average price of a wedding dress in the UK is between £900 and £1,500, so Rose’s savings are staggering.

It comes after Mel B’s ‘spiritual’ Moroccan wedding with non traditional dress.

The upcoming bride said: “Would you go for a second hand dress!? Wedding dresses don’t have to cost you hundreds or even thousands! There’s an unbelievable amount of second hand dresses out there waiting for you, you just need to know where to look,” and recommended some places brides should look before heading to a traditional wedding dress shop.

She told her followers: “I found my dress at the Mary’s Living and Giving shop in Clifton, Bristol. They were so lovely in there and though I didn’t have anyone there who I knew when I tried it on, it was actually quite fun pottering round the shop in it qetting all the other customers thoughts.”

Rose also noted how a local shop to her in Bristol named Tenovus has a “huge selection” of second hand dresses, as well as bridesmaid dresses, as well as having a look online. “Marketplace, there are tonnes of wedding dresses on eBay and FB. I didn’t find any that would have suited me but worth a look for sure. I also would prefer to find one in person so I can try it on, see how it feels etc.”

She also advised to look in vintage shops and fayres. “These are likely to be more on the pricey side compared to charity shops but will be a great place to look for stunning classy dresses if you’re after a timeless classic. Also, no where near as expensive as a brand new dress.”

People were loving her video, as one TikTok user said: “I had a secondhand dress. I wanted something really specific (a short dress, tulle skirt but not “50s”) and saw the perfect thing online. I bought it without trying it on and it was perfect. I wore it twice myself so it has definitely fulfilled its dress potential. Yours looks incredible, don’t be put off by secondhand!”

While another complimented her and said: “That dress looks like it was made for you,” and a third said: “So flipping gorgeous. I volunteer in a charity shop and we get so many stunning bridal/formal dresses used and new I’m surprised so many don’t think to try charity shops. Absolutely gorgeous dress and the money goes to an amazing cause. win win.”

Strictly pro defends shamed former star and insists they’re still ‘really close’

Strictly Come Dancing pro Michelle Tsiakkas has spoken out in defence of shamed former dance partner Jamie Borthwick.

EastEnders star Jamie faced controversy following his stint on the hit dance competition as he was suspended by the BBC after making an ableist slur. Michelle, 29, finished seventh on Strictly with Jamie last year, and has now confirmed that they have remained “really close” after working together on the show.

Michelle has confirmed that the pair are still in regular contact – and even went as far as to refer to Jamie, 31, as being like a “brother” to her. She said, “Whatever you saw on screen of our relationships together is what our relationship is like. We’re like brother and sister, we’re really close. He still actually messages me saying that he misses it.”

Speaking to The Sun on Sunday she appeared to confirm the pair have even met up as she continued, “I saw him the other day, he remembered all of his routines, he was doing them again. I was actually so surprised.”

Speaking at the National Reality TV Awards, Michelle added, “For me, that counts more than any trophy because I feel like I had a positive impact on your life and changed it for the better – in terms of him finding this new found love for dancing. He’s honestly so passionate about dancing. I can’t believe it. He is trying to dance with everybody and do his routines with everyone.”

When quizzed about whether she and Jamie speak via a Strictly WhatsApp group, she confirmed that most of their chats are private saying, “We mostly talk just me and him so that is really nice that we still have a good relationship.”

Michelle then opened up about the pressure of starring on the high-profile BBC series and how “special” it is to be involved. She said, “The show is about joy and dancing. It always needs to come back to that because it is such a special show.

“It’s about having fun and not taking anything too personal and creating memories that last a lifetime, which they truly do.” Jamie famously faced a backlash and was suspended by the BBC in June after 19 years playing Albert Square fan favourite character Jay Brown on EastEnders when he was accused of using a slur targeted at disabled people while on the set of Strictly Come Dancing.

A video obtained by The Sun saw Jamie captured describing the residents of Blackpool, where the show was filming at the time, as “m********s.” Co-star Wynne Evans was reportedly backstage with Borthwick at rehearsals and heard saying “Oh my God” when he made the comment.

Borthwick has since apologised for using the term and admitted that he had not fully understood the derogatory nature of what he said and is now “deeply embarrassed.” The soap actor said in a statement, which read: “I want to apologise sincerely and wholeheartedly for the words I used in the video showing my reaction to making it through Blackpool week on Strictly.

“I am deeply sorry for any offence and upset my words and actions have caused. It is no excuse, but I did not fully understand the derogatory term I used and its meaning. That is on me completely.

“Now I am aware, I am deeply embarrassed to have used the term and directed it in the way I did. It was wrong.” He went on to issue an apology to the people of Blackpool and reiterate his regret over his words. He has since reportedly been reinstated by BBC bosses after three months away from the iconic soap.
