American rapper and singer Doja Cat has found herself in the firing line yet again after a “crazy” fan interaction caused a stir online. A video that captured the uncomfortable moment she had with a fan was shared on TikTok, and despite what looked like a friendly exchange, the star came out to share her truth behind the experience.

The fan in question was Pablo Tamayo, an influencer and jewellery designer with over 400k followers on TikTok. He has shared numerous interactions with other famous faces who have received his products, including the likes of Paris Hilton, Rihanna and Saweetie.

In the viral video with Doja Cat, Pablo is seen standing next to the singer outside of an event, and after the singer complimented his shirt, he took it off his back and gave it to her. The shirt had its own significance, as it was a design of his, made in collaboration with a clothing brand called Melimayystudios.

In the video, the influencer leans in to give the star a passionate hug, holding her by his side, before giving her a kiss on the cheek and pulling her in to jump up and down with him in a celebratory moment. At the time of its release, fans flooded the comments of the video, admiring the cute interaction and praising Doja.

That was until the 29-year-old rapper made a statement about the truth behind the video. In a post on the social media site X, which has now been deleted, she wrote: “Bottom line is I’ll smile at you, but it doesn’t mean I f–k with you, and don’t touch me and manhandle me when you don’t even f—-n know me. iykyk.

“I honestly think I need to stand up for myself in the moment sometimes. And he didn’t even know my f—–g name; to be touching me and kissing me on my face like that is crazy,” she wrote.

In response, a confused user shared that they felt she looked as though she enjoyed the interaction and asked for further context. She replied simply, saying: “I was very drunk idk what to tell you.”

It didn’t stop there; she responded to a fan further explaining her feelings about the encounter, sharing: “I don’t like how comfortable he was touching me and kissing me without asking permission.” Fans were left feeling confused, while others respected that Doja’s feelings were valid, and if she felt violated, that it’s something she should make people aware of for any future fan meetings.

Hurt by the statement, Pablo took to TikTok to explain his side of the story captured in the video. He wrote: “I just want to clear this up because it hurts because I loved her. I watched her at Coachella. I never claimed to be the biggest fan, but I stan her, and I think her work is amazing.”

He continued to say: “I would’ve never wanted to make her uncomfortable. I would’ve never filmed if she didn’t say yes. That video that we filmed was after everything,” he continued. “I understand that she has to set her boundaries. She’s a celebrity. I’m not. I will never understand that, so I value that… I appreciate it, and I get that.

“I apologise if I did anything wrong at all; I know I didn’t know her first. I never claimed to be the biggest fan ever. I just respect her a lot for her work,” he added. The Mirror has reached out to Pablo Tamayo and Doja Cat for comment.

David Hekili Kenui Bell dead: Lilo & Stitch actor dies weeks after Disney film premiere

A star of Lilo & Stitch has died just weeks after the movie was released, his family has confirmed. Those closest to David Hekili Kenui Bell announced the actor died in an emotional statement.

David recently starred in the live-action remake of Disney’s Lilo and Stitch, which premiered in cinemas last month. David’s sister Jalene confirmed the tragedy on Facebook. She described her brother as a “sweet, generous, talented, funny, brilliant, and handsome” brother.

She revealed that although she didn’t have a father figure growing up, “David gave me all the unconditional love I could possibly ask for and I believe that all his family and friends received the same from him.”

Jalene recalled meeting David at her high school graduation after “asking for years” to meet him. “He was always so proud of me, his nieces, and his grandnephew, constantly engaged and always coming up with fun activities to get-together. We looked forward to going to Tatihi and the Lindsey reunion together to create more family connections.”

According to Jalene’s post, David’s last outing with her was treating the family to the premiere of Lilo and Stitch in Kapolei. “He planned ahead and purchased the best seats in the house for us all to go together to opening night in Kapolei just two short weeks ago,” the grieving sister wrote, reports the Mirror US.

“That’s one trait we didn’t share, planning ahead. We talked about and were so energised by the fans dressed in LandS gear head to toe, t-shirts, onesies, hats, masks, and the merch galore flying off the shelf as we stood in line for popcorn.”

The proud Hawaiian also lent his voice to the P.A. system at Kona Airport and made appearances on popular shows like Magnum P. I. and Hawaii Five-0.

David’s agent, Lashauna Downie, shared her shock with TMZ, stating: “I am learning like you through social media. This is heartbreaking and sad. He was one of my best talent and embodied the true meaning of aloha … a gentle giant.”

Fans flocked to X, previously known as Twitter, to express their sorrow. “rest easy, mahalo for the memories and the mana you gave this world,” one user posted.

“Aw man, RIP to the Lilo and Stitch legend. Gone too soon,” another chimed in. The cause of death has not been disclosed at this time.

Ahead of the movie’s release fans praised the “perfect casting” of the live action remake. The film’s logline teased at the time: “A live-action reimagining of Disney’s 2002 animated classic, Lilo and Stitch is the wildly funny and touching story of a lonely Hawaiian girl and the fugitive alien who helps to mend her broken family.”

The original animated film, released in 2002, was a massive commercial hit, raking in $273.1 million on a budget of $80 million. Critics also praised the film for its unique storytelling, humour, charm, and originality.

Today’s horoscope for June 17 as Scorpio takes charge of a difficult situation

Today’s horoscope for Tuesday, June 17 will see Aries meet challenges head-on, while Capricorn is ready to put their trust in someone

Find out what’s written in the stars with our astrologer Russell Grant(Image: Daily Record/GettyImages)

It’s Tuesday, and one star sign should trust their ability to manage a situation, while another will be deeply committed to a new goal.

There are 12 zodiac signs – Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius, and Pisces – and the horoscopes for each can give you the lowdown on what your future holds, be it in work, your love life, your friends and family or more.

These daily forecasts have been compiled by astrologer Russell Grant, who has been reading star signs for over 50 years. From Aries through to Pisces, here’s what today could bring for your horoscope – and what you can do to be prepared.

Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 20)

In your usual forthright style you will want to meet challenges head-on. You find it easier to overcome problems when you keep your outlook positive and trust in your ability to manage the situation. Also, facing up to responsibilities leaves you feeling more successful.

Taurus (Apr 21 – May 21)

Someone is keen to finalise a financial or legal arrangement. You’re uncertain about it. Now is not the time to let others pressure you into a decision you might later regret. Consider the possible consequences of all decisions. Plan ahead to ensure you feel secure about your commitments.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21)

Exploring new places and taking on new commitments will provide you with experiences you’ve never had before. You are likely to find yourself with more time to spend with friends and family and you might notice it’s been a while since you’ve felt this relaxed and comfortable.

Cancer (June 22 – July 23)

Make positive use of your charm and charisma to bring a long-held dream to life. Keep telling yourself that you can realise a cherished wish. This is the perfect time to showcase your creative talents, submit a university application or apply for a loan. Everything is looking promising now.

Leo (July 24 – Aug 23)

Some new faces will join your working environment, bringing with them new interests and new ideas. Your involvement with a club or group will present you with an unexpected offer and this is a one you will want to accept immediately.

Virgo (Aug 24 – Sept 23)

A changing financial situation is giving you more hope for the future. The thought of being able to make a down payment on a house or a car will fill you with renewed hope and excitement. You might also be thinking about investing in something that brings back fond childhood memories.

Libra (Sept 24 – Oct 23)

You are deeply committed to a new goal despite what someone else is inferring. They don’t realise how serious you are about this. While others may not understand why you have suddenly changed your views, they will be unable to dissuade you from doing what you want to do.

Scorpio (Oct 24 – Nov 22)

Friends and colleagues are grateful for the way you have taken charge of a difficult situation. Your intervention is making a positive difference. You will be asked for advice on handling a similar problem. A mix of practicality and trusting your intuition will guide you through the day.

Sagittarius (Nov 23 – Dec 21)

One way to address an issue related to a joint budget is to share ideas with your partner. Together you will be able to determine the next steps. Also, you might hear a friend from a distance is thinking about visiting you soon. You have mixed feelings about this news.

Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 20)

After some recent events, discussions and interesting revelations, you are ready to put your trust in someone despite some previous doubts about their honesty and reliability. Explanations they have given make sense to you and you can see how and why there have been misunderstandings.

Aquarius (Jan 21 – Feb 19)

Close relationships are more harmonious than they have been recently. In fact, one particular partnership is starting to feel more stable. Later in the day, a health issue related to an older relative will need your attention. This is something you don’t want to ignore.

Pisces (Feb 20 – Mar 20)

Computers and electronic devices could be problematic. Be flexible, especially when you are with people who get bored very easily. While you and a close friend or partner may not see eye to eye on every issue, this does not imply a lack of compatibility.

Justin Bieber opens up about his ‘anger issues’ in candid Instagram post

Justin Bieber had taken a swipe at wife Hailey last month on social media amid a worrying period, during which fans have expressed their concern for the popstar

Troubled popstar Justin Bieber has confessed to being “broken” and “angry”.

The singer opened up about his “anger issues” in a new post on Instagram, the latest in a string of self reflections he has uploaded in recent months. Fans have become concerned for the star’s mental health after disturbing social media posts included close-up selfies and blurry images.

But in a candid post today, Bieber, 31, said: “People keep telling me to heal. Don’t you think if I could have fixed myself, I would have already? I know I’m broken. I know I have anger issues… I tried to do the work my whole life to be like the people who told me I needed to be fixed like them. And it just keeps making me more tired and more angry. The harder I try to grow, the more focused on myself I am.

“Jesus is the only person who keeps me wanting to make my life about others. Because honestly, I’m exhausted with thinking about myself lately. Aren’t you?”

Concern has also been shared for Bieber’s relationship with wife Hailey, following spats played out on social media. Bieber blanked his wife on Mother’s Day and, consequently, she chose not to wish him a public happy Father’s Day on Sunday.

They married in South Carolina in September 2019 and, in August last year, model and socialite Hailey gave birth to a son. Since then, the Biebers have had anything but domestic bliss and, earlier this year, the Canadian popstar admitted on social media he struggles with feeling like a “fraud”.

It is a far cry from Bieber’s heady days as a confident 16-year-old prodigy when Baby, his track with Ludacris, peaked at third in the UK charts and fifth in the US. He would, within five years, top both charts with What Do You Mean?, a fun and summery number blasted out at parties across the world.

Fans – reminiscent of that successful Bieber era – took to social media themselves recently to post messages of support. One person said: “Awh good love him seriously struggling it’s looking like Liam Payne and Britney [Spears] someone needs to help him before it’s to late.” As a second wrote: “So hard and sad to watch. Why are the people around him not helping him when he’s clearly struggling. He’s not clear at all and hurting.”

“Babe. Please go get help,” another chimed in, as a fourth commented: “Omg men u need therapy ur case is serious.”

Boots’ No7 serum that ‘reverses’ signs of skin damage sold every 7 seconds

The No7 Future Renew Damage Reversal Night Serum has been clinically proven to reverse visible signs of skin damage while you sleep – and it’s been a huge hit with shoppers

Launched earlier this year, the No7 Future Renew Night Serum is proving popular (Image: Bethan Shufflebotham)

Boots’ own No7 has long been a household name when it comes to makeup and skincare. But in recent years, the brand has seriously raised the bar when it comes to its newest innovations.

One of their latest – the Future Renew Damage Reversal Night Serum – quickly cemented itself as a bathroom cupboard essential among shoppers and beauty editors alike. During launch week back in April, it sold one every seven seconds, making it the bestselling skincare product on Boots.com.

No7’s Future Renew Night Serum is a science-backed formula that’s been clinically proven to reverse visible signs of skin damage while you sleep. Backed by years of research with the University of Manchester, it’s actually the brand’s most scientifically advanced nighttime serum to date, and uses chronotechnology to sync with your skin’s natural overnight repair cycle.

Another serum that uses similar technology is the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum Synchronized Multi-Recovery Complex, which uses Chronolux Power Signal Technology, which is designed to enhance the skin’s natural repair and renewal processes.

When it comes to the No7 formula, though, it contains a world-first super peptide blend, designed to reverse visible signs of skin damage, including fine lines, wrinkles, uneven tone and texture, and dry skin. It also includes Lindera Strychnifolia, a plant extract that helps strengthen the skin’s internal clock and boost nighttime repair signals, alongside hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C and E.

Ahead of its launch, I blind-tested the serum and documented the experience. Within two weeks, friends started commenting on how glowy my skin looked and by week four, I noticed a real shift – my usual redness had calmed down significantly, and the texture of my skin felt smoother and more refined.

By the eight-week mark, my blemishes had reduced, my complexion looked more even, and my skin felt clearer and more resilient overall. I enjoyed using it so much, I’ve kept it in my regular skincare rotation and find myself regularly reaching for it. I especially like the relaxing DreamScentz hypoallergenic fragrance, which is a really lovely way to wind down at the end of the day.

Some people may still be looking for an anti-ageing product with a little more power behind it, though. In which case, Medik8’s Crystal Retinal is an incredibly popular, science-backed option. Despite No7’s serum not containing Vitamin A, it is clinically proven to reverse visible signs of skin damage in 100% of users, and has racked up some impressive reviews on the Boots website, too.

One 86-year-old reviewer noticed visible improvement, commenting: “Really good. I am 86, but I’m sure there is a difference since using both serums .” Another wrote: “I’m heading for my mid-70s and I really can see a difference for the better – just wish it wasn’t so expensive.”

“My skin feels and looks healthy,” said a third. “People have noticed my facial skin and asked me if I have been on holiday. I reply no and then they ask how I have attained such lovely skin.”

One shopper has been using the product for two months and said: “This is the only product that I used differently in my routine, so I know that this must be the one making the difference. My skin looks healthier and feels smoother, and my fine lines are less noticeable.”

The main criticisms the product has received, though, are regarding the price to product ratio. One wrote: “A very good product but the price for 25ml seems a bit steep. Doesn’t last long at all and I’ve been very sparing.”

Another added: “I liked the product but after three weeks using it once a day it ran out. It did not last long enough to see if it did anything. I have never spent so much on a face product before.”

A 25ml bottle of the No7 Future Renew Night Serum comes in at £39.95, but shoppers can get double the amount of product for £49.95 with the 50ml tube. And, by stacking some current deals at Boots, shoppers could get it even cheaper, too.

At the moment, there’s up to 15% off selected No7 which takes the price of the larger serum down to £47.45. It’s also on three for two with the cheapest item being free, meaning customers can get three 50ml tubes for £94.90. And finally, anyone who uses the code REVERSE10 at the checkout can get £10 off, slashing the overall cost to £84.90 – averaging at £28.30 per tube.

Real Housewives star’s care home gets damning Ofsted report and is forced to close

Moss Farm Children’s Home in Altrincham, Cheshire, was run by Real Housewives of Cheshire star Ampika Pickston and her company AP Care Homes Limited, but it’s been forced to close

A children’s home operated by a television personality has been shut down due to concerns over the quality of care provided.

Moss Farm Children’s Home, managed by Real Housewives of Cheshire star Ampika Pickston and her firm AP Care Homes Limited, has been ordered to cease operations permanently.

The Altrincham-based care home had previously been closed, but an appeal was lodged to maintain its registration. However, Ms Pickston’s appeal has now been rejected by a judge. Judge Siobahn Goodrich and a panel concluded at a first-tier tribunal that there was a “significant” risk of “harm to the health, well-being, and safety” of the children residing at the home.

The Ofsted investigation into the home revealed an incident where a child had gone “missing from the home” and subsequently “made an allegation of sexual assault” The report noted: “The action taken in response to this to safeguard the child was unclear and undocumented.”

In light of the report’s findings, the panel decided that the care home should “no longer be authorised to carry on the regulated activity”.

The home, which registered with Ofsted in June 2023, was established “to provide care and accommodation for up to four children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.”

The Mirror has reached out to the carehome for comment.

Inspectors also discovered a high turnover of managers at the home, who reportedly voiced concerns about policies to Ms Pickston.

Ofsted also highlighted a “problematic approach to staff” from Ms Pickston.

The agency claimed that this had “overruled management decisions and demanded statements in support of her wild and unanchored views regarding views regarding Ofsted”.

In the scathing report, it was revealed how “the Home’s arrangements for protecting children from harm were not effective” and that children were left “at continuing risk of harm”.

Despite these concerns, the report did concede that the home was “high end in terms of facilities”, and that “in terms of comfort the view could be easily reached that any child would be lucky to live there”.

However, the decision was made to reject Ms Pickston’s appeal and revoke the home’s registration.

The report concluded: “In our view the risk of harm to the health, well-being and safety of children who may come to live at the Home is significant and has been amply demonstrated by objective consideration of the experiences of many of the children who have lived there.”

After the ruling, Ampika Pickston said she was “heartbroken” by the Ofsted outcome and alleged that the watchdog had “bullied” members of staff into giving negative statements and promised to make a documentary about her ordeal.

In a video statement posted on YouTube, May 26, Pickston said: “My registration was granted on July 1 2023 to become a registered children’s home. Within four months of the home becoming operational, Ofsted inspectors had placed a notice to close my home down.
