Coleen Nolan, a panelist for Loose Women, has spoken about the recent announcement that her daughter Ciara Fensome is expecting a child with her fiance Maxx Innes.

TV star Coleen Nolan has opened up about her daughter Ciara Fensome’s pregnancy. The Loose Women panelist has addressed the news today after her youngest child announced that she’s pregnant over the weekend.

Ciara, 24, revealed on Saturday that she’s expecting a baby with her fiancé Maxx Innes, a year on from the news of their engagement. She announced the pregnancy on Instagram alongside a photo of herself cradling her baby bump on a beach whilst on holiday on Rhodes with Coleen, 60.

Coleen’s eldest children Shane Nolan, 36, and Jake Roche, 32 – whom she shares with her first husband Shane Richie, 61 – are already parents. She’s now addressed preparing to welcome another grandchild into the family when her daughter Ciara, whose father is Ray Fensome, gives birth.

She spoke about the news on Loose Women this afternoon. Coleen announced on the ITV show: “My daughter Ciara is expecting. So it’ll be my third grandchild.” She revealed that Ciara is already in her second trimester of the pregnancy.

Coleen also mentioned that she has known about this for some time but hasn’t commented on it. She said, “We’ve known for ages, but we’ve been trying,” in a conversation with her co-stars, “y’know they like to keep it all secret until y’know.”

She claimed Ciara is “scared” but looking forward to welcoming the newcomer to the family. Coleen added that she has been making fun of potential babysitting responsibilities and is already thinking about setting up a nursery at home.

She’s so excited, Coleen said. She is extremely afraid and worried, and she just keeps saying, “I mean you’ll have it most of the time,” which I don’t understand. I’ll, however,… The nursery is already being planned.

She earlier made a further teasing over her plans by saying, “I’m gonna have a room for all my grandkids,” according to the other panelists on the show. When they arrive and stay, you know. She continued, “I love it,” with a happy grin.

Since then, Coleen has updated Instagram users with information on Ciara’s pregnancy. She mentioned the news in a photo of them together, which appears to have been taken while they were recently in Rhodes. They were pictured together holding her bump while Ciara cradled her.

Coleen made a joke to her followers this afternoon about the pregnancy of her youngest child, Ciara. She stated on the platform, “I’m going to be a nanny for the third time!!” I’m shocked that my baby is pregnant.

Coleen thanked her daughter and future son-in-law for the announcement that they were expecting a child. Congratulations to my gorgeous daughter Ciara and her fiance Max, both for you, she wrote.

The singer tagged Ciara, who later shared it on her own account, in the post. Coleen also included Billie Eilish’s song What Was I Made For? – which featured on soundtrack of the film Barbie – in her post about her daughter’s pregnancy.

The manager of Glasgow’s King Tuts has stated that Alan McGee signed him because Oasis weren’t up to their standards the day they played.

When they begged to appear onstage the night they secured a record deal, Oasis were polite and “not very rock’n’roll.”

The night the Gallagher brothers were signed to Creation Records by Alan McGee at King Tut’s Wah Wah Hut is part of rock ‘n’ roll folklore, but the legend that they threatened to smash up the venue if they didn’t get to play has been debunked by the venue’s owner Geoff Ellis.

The date was May 31, 1993 and Oasis turned up to the Glasgow live venue with fellow Manchester band Sister Lovers but had no place on the bill. The story goes that Liam and Noel Gallagher made it clear they would wreck the place if they didn’t get to play and the promoters relented and their four-song set – which included Rock ‘n’ Roll Star – impressed the watching McGee so much that he told Noel he wanted to sign them on the spot.

Now, Geoff, the CEO of King Tut’s for 35 years, claims that this is a rock ‘n ‘roll myth to make Oasis seem like a dangerous band. Liam and Noel were politely asked if they could play and agreed to pay for a few beers as a fee.

According to Geoff, who appeared on The Money Trench podcast, Ali Murdoch, our venue manager, called to say, “Look, there’s an extra band turned up for tonight, they’ve turned up with Sister Lovers who are from Manchester as well.” Additionally, they desire to play. Do you approve of that?

“Well, yeah, I mean, can our sound engineer handle four acts,” I said. He responded, “Yes, that’s no problem; we just need your consent.” No pun intended. So I simply responded, “Well, you know, but we’re not paying them by the way.” But I responded, “Give them some beers, look after them.”

When Creation’s press officer at the time, Andy Saunders, who I had been at Middlesex Poly with, came up with a good story about them threatening to do whatever to the venue if they didn’t get on the bill, you know, but that was a great story because they politely asked, “Is it OK if we go on?” didn’t have the same “rock and roll” sound!

Geoff also defended the pricing of tickets for the Oasis Live 25 shows – some of the most expensive and sought after tickets for gigs this year. Geoff, who is promoting Oasis’ shows in Scotland, insists the pricing was fair as demand was more for the Oasis then it was for Taylor Swift ’s record-breaking Eras Tour. He said: “Demand wise there’s been nothing like it. I was told that the demand for tickets massively exceeded Taylor Swift, which was phenomenal demand as well, you know.

The phrase “artists need to earn money, and they should do it, and that money enters the ecosystem. You are aware that ticket prices are generally higher than they were a few years ago. However, the industry continues to use that money.

“It’s going on, the PRS is getting their share, and HMRC is getting their share.” Additionally, there is less leakage in the secondary market and less dumping there. You’re aware that that money also trickles down to the rest of the ecosystem.

The Gallagher brothers will perform for the first time in 16 years, according to the promoter, who claims the Oasis shows will be a music event unlike any other.

He added, “What’s exciting, in my opinion, is all the newcomers who haven’t seen Oasis, because they were either born after they split up or because they were too young to go.” And to hear those kids excited, they’re really excited, they’re 18; my son’s daughter is 21; and they’ve purchased tickets. She said, “I’m really sorry to anyone that was coming to London, Leeds, Liverpool, and Glasgow,” as she was crying in the sad message while sporting a black top and matching baseball cap. I sincerely hope to see you in August. So, I’m sending you lots of love and making my sincere apologies.

Sebastian Bowen had been alongside Dame Deborah throughout her tragic, incurable bowel cancer, and despite the heartache he faced, he was given strict instructions from her.

Prior to her death, the broadcaster revealed she wanted Sebastian to “move on” and find love again, when he was ready, stating he was a “very eligible bachelor.” Sebastian now appears to be head over heels in love with his new girlfriend, whose identity he has kept under wraps.

The loved-up couple were seen out and about in Hammersmith, west London, and dined at the River Cafe during their romantic day out. As the nation basked under the scorching weather, the UK enjoyed a heatwave. Sebastian opted for a more casual look, rocking a blue casual shirt, leaving his top buttons undone, with a pair of chinos and trainers.

His girlfriend exuded glamour in an eye-catching red dress, which cut off above the knee as she lapped up the sun. As they went about their day, the pair looked smitten, with Sebastian and his girlfriend wrapping their arms around one another.

For anyone who was inspired by Dame Deborah’s attitude to life, it was really heartening to see her husband looking happy again.”

Sebastian has previously enjoyed a string of dates as per his late wife’s wishes, but he had been taking things “very slowly.” Speaking on the BBC Radio 5 Live show, You, Me And The Big C, she described her widower as a “very eligible bachelor” and knew he would have attention from other women following her death.

“I have given him strict instructions,” Dame Deborah said. She went on to add: “I want him to move on. He’s a handsome man, I’m like, ‘Don’t be taken for a ride, don’t marry a bimbo, find someone else who can make you laugh like we did.” But she also joked that she had a list of people she didn’t want Sebastian to date.

“I would do my damned hardest to haunt him,” she joked. Sebastian also has the blessing from Deborah’s family to find love again, with her mum saying in 2023: “Deborah will be a hard act to follow but he has our blessing.”

A friend told the publication: “What has struck me the most recently is that he just doesn’t mention it at all. It used to be that the family stuff was taking up a lot of space in his head, it was a very close relationship and he was very upset. But he’s not letting it get to him at all any more. It is a change. It’s sad, but it’s a much healthier space for him to be at.”

And today, Lilibet has made yet another appearance in a brand new reel shared by mum Meghan. The clip takes viewers on a behind-the-scenes glimpse of Meghan preparing for the second drop of her As Ever products.

It shows Meghan practising her calligraphy, picking raspberries and other fruit from her garden, harvesting honey and exploring the garden with Lilibet. Meghan says: “A little behind the scenes of @aseverofficial. Hope you enjoy your treats when they arrive this week!”

The Duchess restocked her website with a number of new items, including a “Limited edition orange blossom honey” on sale for 28 US dollars (£20) – but all sold out within hours.

Meghan had promised some “delicious surprises” as she teased, earlier this week, that she would be offering some new products on her As Ever site. Also available was apricot spread in “keepsake packaging” and a crepe mix, both £10 each, flower sprinkles for £11 and a range of herbal teas at £9 each.

She also announced she is launching her own wine, with her rose, described as having “soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish”, available to buy next month.
