TV bosses have announced a major rule change to I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! after Ruby Wax was eliminated from camp. The 72-year-old was appointed camp leader after EastEnders star Shona McGarty was forced to step down after being found with contraband – which was butter.
Shona claimed that she used it in the camp but that she was not held accountable. Although I’m not sure where it came from, I saw it and used it. After “Buttergate” was revealed, Shona had the option of quitting as team leader after losing two stars that other celebs had won in the Bushtucker Trials that day, which would have meant losing food. Then, Ruby was essentially chosen to lead the party.

Then, Ruby, the comedic and TV legend, said, “Things are about to change. No longer is there a Mrs. Nice Guy!” She stated in her demands that Shona be her footstool, rapper Aitch from Manchester, Angry Ginge, and rapper Aitch be her dancer.
This led to Jack Osbourne, son of late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, to say: “Ruby as leader is pure insanity. The craziest dictatorship I think the world will ever know.” He then planned a ‘revolution’ along with Aitch and Ginge.
Ruby was eliminated on Wednesday night because she became the fifth celeb to be voted out of the jungle, despite being a favorite to win this year’s series.
However, TV bosses made the announcement that Ruby would no longer be a camp leader after she was eliminated. Campmates will instead be required to handle their own chores at camp.
With only three days until the 2025 winner is finally announced, how much work will actually be done remains to be seen. Martin Kemp, 64, and Spandau Ballet’s star, EastEnders, were the sixth famous face to leave the camp on Thursday night.
This means the remaining contestants are Jack, 40, Shona, 34, Aitch, 25, Angry Ginge, 24, Emmerdale legend Lisa Riley, 49, and Celebs Go Dating star Tom Read Wilson, 39. Who will win?

When the final episode of The King or Queen of the Jungle premieres on December 7 and airs on ITV1, ITVX, and ITV1 will be the first to reveal the details. Will Dylan be run over in Emmerdale and pass away?
Emmerdale viewers were in shock as Dylan was callously run over by Ray and left for dead in scenes that aired on Thursday night. At the end of the episode the drug dealing teenager was seen looking battered and bruised on the floor after being knocked unconscious in the attack and with blood on his face as he lay helplessly on the floor.
After Dylan finally attempted to expose what they had been doing to him and Marlon’s daughter April, soap villains Celia and Ray plotted a deadly and violent revenge against him.
In a twist on the “accident,” Ray was clearly intent on endorsing Dylan when he kneeled down and administered something to the injured Dylan. But what will happen next and will he survive?
April finally admitted everything to her family about her ordeal, including the drug dealing with Dylan after Ray and Celia duped them into paying off a “debt” in court.
April finally disclosed what Celia and Ray had been up to and what she had endured as the situation escalated into sexual exploitation and she believed she killed Callum’s client.
They were shocked, but they were determined to contact the police when soap baddie Celia showed up and threatened Marlon’s wife Rhona.
Finding out doesn’t mean Dylan’s agonizing ordeal end for Marlon and Rhona. In fact, it could be the beginning of a sinister situation that has dragged the entire family into.
Celia threatened to slit Rhona’s throat if she didn’t comply, among other horrible things, by digging her nails into Rhona’s cheek. After explaining that she meant business, Celia then called Ray and made a video call so they all sat in shock as Dylan was brutally run over.
Rhona and Marlon must now make a terrible choice because of this. Do they confront the police and threaten the entire family? Or do they maintain silence? What danger do they currently face?
Dylan fights for his life in a hospital after being slammed down by Ray’s car and given a substance that might have been heroin.
He is still alive, but he is going to fight for his life while he is coma. How will Ray respond when he learns that Dylan is still alive? Will he have to take his place at the end, and what will happen if Dylan wakes up and recalls everything?

After the European Broadcasting Union approved of Israel’s participation in Eurovision 2026, several nations, including Ireland, have decided to boycott the event.

Four countries have decided not to compete in Eurovision next year, after it was ruled that Israel were allowed to take part. Ireland, The Netherlands, Slovenia and ‘big five’ country Spain have all pulled out of the music competition, as the conflict in Palestine continues.
The European Broadcasting Union, which organises the Eurovision Song Contest, met on 3 December to decide if Israel would be allowed to take part in this year’s competition. The discussion was held as calls to expel Israel from the contest became increasingly frequent.
Israel’s entry into competition was approved by the EBU. Spain announced its withdrawal from the contest minutes after the announcement was made. Alfonso Morales, the country’s national broadcaster’s secretary general, expressed concern about allowing Israel’s broadcaster KAN to participate.

Despite the ceasefire and the peace process being approved, the situation in Gaza and Israel’s use of the contest for political purposes, according to Morales.
One of the contest’s Big Five, Spain, receives the most financial support, earning a final spot automatically. Italy, France, the UK, Germany, and France are the other countries. Austria, Germany’s host country this year, and Germany and Italy have both stated that they are considering resuming their travels.
Ireland likewise endorsed Spain’s boycott. The televised competition will not be shown either on RTVE and RTE, both of the nations’ national broadcasters. Given the horrific loss of lives in Gaza and the humanitarian crisis there, which continue to put the lives of so many civilians in danger, Ireland’s RTE said in a statement.
The continued denial of access to international journalists to the territory and the targeted killing of journalists in Gaza during the conflict are both deeply concerning, according to RTÉ.

The contest is supposed to take place in Vienna, Austria, in 2026, which is the 70th year of Eurovision. If Austria decides to withdraw, it is unknown where the contest will take place. Iceland and Belgium are also considering leaving, along with Austria, Germany, and Italy.
EBU President Delphine Ernotte Cunci responded to the calls for Israel to leave, saying, “These discussions have resulted in significant changes to the Eurovision Song Contest rules, ensuring it continues to be a forum for unity and cultural exchange.
Daniel Dyer is now facing a more difficult challenge than she did on Strictly Come Dancing because she was unable to make it onto the show.

Former Love Island winner Dani Dyer-Bowen is among the line-up of contestants for a new series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. Dani, 29, who was forced to withdraw from this year’s Strictly Come Dancing, will take part in the upcoming series of the Channel 4 reality show when it returns in January next year, in which contestants will undertake SAS training in north Africa.
Dani, who is married to England and West Ham United footballer Jarrod Bowen, said: “I’m a massive fan of the show. I’ve always watched it and wondered if I could do it. I want to put myself to the test. I’m nuts, but I think I will be good at it, I’ll be completely out of my comfort zone.
I just hope I can stop letting my brains dictate what I do and concentrate on the final scene because that would be so impressive. I believe I have this physically; however, as my brain viciously attacks me, I’ll struggle with it mentally. I just want to change my negative Nancy and start believing in myself a little more.
She will be joined by former Love Island contestant Gabby Allen, TV personality Jessika Power, social media stars Jack Joseph and Cole Anderson-James, Neighbours actors Ryan Moloney and Natalie Bassingthwaighte, and World Cup-winning former rugby player Ben Cohen.
Cohen once said, “I wanted to take part in both re-discovering my inner self and being tested mentally. We communicate with ourselves every day, so I wanted to put my mental and physical limits to something that would be physically and mentally difficult. I’ll take a good lesson from this.
Gladiator and Olympian Toby Olubi, Graeme Swann and Brad Hodge, Olympic swimmers Emily Seebohm and Mack Horton, and Home and Away actor and musician Axle Whitehead complete the lineup.

… and his 16-foot inflatable Christmas bear, Nick
Nick Knowles loves Christmas… and he wants the neighbours to know about it. “We’ve had decorations up since early November. We live on a normal street in a normal sort of house…and I’ve got a sixteen foot inflatable Christmas teddy bear in the front garden,” says DIY SOS presenter Nick, 63, who lives in Berkshire with his new wife Katie Dadzie, 35. The pair married this June in a lavish six-figure wedding ceremony at Braxted Park, Essex. They have six children between them, Nick has three sons and a daughter from three previous relationships; Katie has two daughters.
Nick claims that the kids “all adore it,” but some of the locals don’t. I’ve become crazy. I’ve made an archway around the door because there are lights throughout the house. The eaves are illuminated all the way through. It appears lit up like a traffic light and resembles an American Christmas home more than a British Christmas home. And there are many different ways to respond to it…

We hear older people grinching and saying, “I don’t think it’s a little showy, don’t you?” A number of men have also pulled up and said, “Thanks a lot, I’m going to have to do it too,” after my wife has seen it. However, it is very joyful for the majority of people. Some students have even made a different route when they arrive home from school just to see it. A bus came up to our home as well. I don’t reside close to a bus stop.
Born on a council estate in Southall in London, Nick has always loved Christmas. “There wasn’t a lot of money about, but my dad worked so hard. I think that’s probably why I work like a nutcase all the time, I never stop. My dad worked for the civil service, but he’d also work in a pub in the evenings to earn extra money and then the post office used to take on extra people to sort mail at Christmas, and he’d do that too. He was working three jobs – sometimes three in the same day – to make sure we all had Christmas presents and Christmas dinner.”
Nick, who recently served as Smart Energy GB’s ambassador, claims that there weren’t any 16-foot Christmas bears. It was a very straightforward time. My grandad used to think that putting conkers on the windowsill would stop spiders, so would you now believe it? We made our own Christmas decorations out of crepe paper, chains. Our mother probably quickly disposed of the horrendous creation we made from coat hangers that we saw on Blue Peter as well.
Nick goes on to say that she would prepare the Christmas cake during the summer to allow it to mature. And then we could discover a few sixpences hidden in it on Christmas Day. Let’s just say that my own kids don’t understand the excitement of finding a six-penny in a Christmas pudding. They would have desired a $20 note.
Nick and family were devastated when the DIY decorations went bad one Christmas. He has a brother as well as three sisters. We used drawing pins to pinning our homemade paper chains all the way around the living room, but the reception on TV was awful this Christmas. In the Radio Times, we had a ton of options open. Do you recall the excitement of that Christmas publication? revealing the big movies of the year. Anyhow, we couldn’t explain why any of the things we’d chosen were fuzzy and jittery when we went to watch them. It was so disappointing. We didn’t realize we had inserted a drawing pin through the aerial cord until we removed the decorations.
Nick was a contestant on the 2018 series of I’m A Celebrity, finishing in sixth place. He also competed on Strictly Come Dancing in the 2024 series, partnered with Luba Mushtuk. His time on the show was cut short due to a knee injury. But which was harder? “Gosh – I’m A Celeb was difficult because of the boredom and the lack of food. You know, I’m six foot two and a fifty inch chest – I like my food. So that was the main difficulty there. And with Strictly, it was the fitness that got me. …I’m six foot two and a fifty inch chest – I’m not really built for dancing.”
He has never watched either of his shows. I was there. What am I doing next, then, since I’ve sort of done that, then? According to Nick, “I’m always more interested in what I’m doing next than what I’ve already done in the past.” I’ve never seen a single episode of John Barrowman’s television show, despite the fact that he and his entire family sat down to watch it.
He might, however, if Celebrity Traitors called. Although he wishes Joe Marler, a 35-year-old rugby player and finalist, could have joined him on the show. That was funny, Nick says. I’ve known Joe for a long time and he’s an absolutely top guy, so I was really happy to see everyone fall in love with him.
However, Nick’s time is at stake because there is a DIY SOS Christmas special and a book about Roman archeology, which he enjoys reading. He even poses for a Roman helmet while we converse. A large blended Knowles family Christmas will come first, though.
“Christmas will be spent snuggling up next to my family,” Nick declares. Because we have children with many different parents, we are a blended family. However, we all work together to ensure that everyone has a wonderful time. I resemble most men in many ways. That means a happy Christmas as long as your wife and your children are content. We’ll just make an effort to stay away from Trivial Pursuit.
