Jim Chapman and Tanya Burr called their 15-year relationship quits in 2019, but fans have been adamant to know what happened to their dog Martha – a mystery that’s now been solved
Everything you need to know about Tanya Burr and Jim Chapman’s missing dog Martha…
- Jim Chapman and Tanya Burr first shot to fame as part of the Brit Crew, and were a much-loved couple as YouTube’s algorithm shifted from its early days. The pair each had strong social media followings, and – coupled with the success of the Brit Crew, their popularity grew even more.
- In 2019, the pair announced they would be divorcing after 12 years together and having being married since 2015. Since then, both have tried to handle the break-up amicably, insisting they still respected each other and remain friends.
- Fans’ attention soon turned to where their shared dog Martha would move to after the split, as neither party had posted about her for some time. According to social media experts, Tanya had even muted the word “dog” due to so many fans asking where the dachshund was.
- The truth was eventually revealed by Jim’s sister Nicola, who uploaded her own video clarifying what happened to Martha. She revealed problems with Martha’s back had caused issues, as well as issues with Jim and Tanya’s respective homes and access to a garden.
- Martha’s back proved to be such a problem for the now-separated couple, they reached out to family and friends to help. One family member’s best friend stepped in and offered to care for Martha instead due to having a farm in Norfolk that allowed for plenty of space to run around.
- Fans, who had been asking for six years where the dog was, were left shocked at the new information. Video footage of Martha running around freely was also attached, showing her as happy as ever.
