The social media personality was a big favourite throughout the ITV series I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

Everything you need to know about Angry Ginge’s online following as he’s named I’m A Celebrity 2025 winner

  • After three weeks of emotional ups and downs, not to mention several Bushtucker trials and challenges, the winner of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! was finally named on Sunday, December 7. The popular ITV reality series was celebrating its 25th anniversary with a dozen celebrities taking part in Australia.
  • Following a public vote, it was finally revealed that the new King of the Jungle was YouTuber Angry Ginge. Also popular on the platform TikTok, the 24-year-old social media personality’s real name is Morgan Burtwistle from Salford.
  • In the final, he beat out competition from Celebs Go Dating receptionist Tom Read Wilson and former EastEnders actress Shona McGarty, who came second and third respectively. He also won over friend and fellow Mancunian, Aitch, with the rapper coming in fourth.
  • Angry Ginge takes over the title of I’m A Celeb’s King of the Jungle from most recent winner, McFly’s Danny Jones. Danny was on hand to present Angry Ginge with his floral crown and wooden sceptre during ITV’s live final.
  • Ginge’s immense following online is credited to be just one of the reasons he was named favourite to win throughout the series. As of December 2025, he has amassed over 1.4 million followers on Twitch and over 900,000 subscribers on YouTube, with a further 2.5 million followers on TikTok.
  • The final campmate standing does not get a cash prize for winning the competition itself, as a pre-arranged appearance fee is paid. This amount can range from tens of thousands to over a million pounds, depending on their level of fame.
  • All contestants receive a fee, provided they remain in the jungle for a minimum of 72 hours, regardless of their final position in the public vote. While the amounts are not officially confirmed, Shona is rumoured to be pocketing a tidy sum of around £95,000 for her stint on the show, while Tom’s pay packet is estimated to fall between £60,000 and £80,000. Angry Ginge is reportedly earning a cool £100,000 for his appearance.

Home Bargains fans say new £6 handbag reminds them of chic designer French brand

Shoppers have compared the retailer’s new handbags to a pricier designer label

Home Bargains shoppers are comparing a new £6 handbag to the designer Longchamp’s style. The luxury French brand has long been a go-to choice for shoppers seeking elegant leather accessories, and Longchamp’s Le Pliage bags are among the most popular styles. Easily recognised thanks to its distinctive design, Longchamp says style is popular with fashion fans worldwide.

Describing the bag on its website, Longchamp claims: “Iconic and world famous, Le Pliage draws its creative genius from origami. Instantly recognisable thanks to its flap and handles crafted from Russian leather, its ears and press stud, Le Pliage is one of Longchamp’s emblematic lines. Foldable, convenient and lightweight, its ingenuity appeals to all generations.”

While some shoppers may prefer the luxury version, not everyone is willing to pay the luxury price tag. Longchamp’s Le Pliage Original L Tote bag is sold for £125, while the smaller Le Pliage Original Pouch with handle is sold for £85.

For shoppers who would love a similar look at a more affordable price, Home Bargains could have just the solution. The retailer is selling a £6 accessory that fans have compared to Longchamp’s bags.

As seen in a social media post shared by TikTok user @Magsfinds, Home Bargains is selling two new ‘lookalike’ bags for customers to choose from. Available in black or red, the foldable tote bags feature a leather-look strap and handle that arguably closely resemble those of designer bags.

Fashion fan @Magsfinds compared the two brands in her post. Her caption said: “@Longchamp [alternative] at Home Bargains, only £5.99.” In another video, Instagram user @Chloscamerar0ll_ spotted two similar bags at Home Bargains, offered in a smaller size, and drew the same comparison.

She captioned her video: “Longchamp [alternatives] at Home Bargains,” before telling viewers: “Don’t walk, run for these.” Viewers were just as excited. One impressed fan commented: “Love thisss.” A second viewer wrote: “Adorbs.”

A shopper asked: “Do you know how much these were please?” and the creator replied: “£6.” Someone else commented: “Wow, super cheap, £6?!” and the creator said: “I know!! Such an amazing price, these are a need.”

Alternatively, bargain hunters looking for deals on tote bags might prefer Amazon’s £16.49 Women’s Nylon Tote Bag. The product description states: “Transition seamlessly from office to after-work engagements with this sophisticated yet functional shoulder bag.

“The minimalist design features clean lines and subtle texturing that works equally well with business attire or weekend casual wear. Available in multiple classic colour options to match your personal style while maintaining a polished, professional appearance suitable for any workplace environment.”

Ariana Grande makes rare comments about Mac Miller after his tragic death

Ariana Grande and Mac Miller dated for nearly two years and broke up in May 2018 – partly due to his ongoing struggles with substance abuse

Ariana Grande shocked fans by making an ultra rare comment about her former partner Mac Miller, seven years after his death from a fatal drug overdose.

The emotional Wicked star said she remains “really thankful” for the impact Mac Miller had on her career.

The 32-year-old star praised Mac for changing the course of her music and for helping her find her sound. Ariana and Mac dated from 2016 to 2018 – splitting just four months before the rapper died in September.

Ariana says her boyfriend encouraged her to make “R+B influenced pop music”, which led to huge success for her. Speaking to students at Chapman University, Ariana said in a clip shared on TikTok: “I’m really thankful for that.”

The Wicked star revealed she decided to get the Best Day Ever rapper on her track The Way because of his advice. She added: “That’s also part of why I was so eager to ask him to be a part of it. Not only because he was perfect for the song, but I also felt like I had him to thank for finding my sound.”

After splitting with Mac, Ariana started dating then SNL comic Pete Davidson – who she was with when she heard the tragic news about her ex-partner.

Ariana last spoke publicly of Mac in 2020, telling Apple Music: “I think that nothing mattered more to him than music ever. She said: “And he was the kind of person who woke up and rolled into the studio, tumbled out of bed, into the studio next door. Nothing was more important. Talk about losing track of time and forgetting to eat, remind yourself to take care of yourself and be a person.

“He was a person who gave literally every single second of his thought and time and life to his music.”

Ariana also pointed to the “many incredible and different bodies of work” he left behind.

She added: “It has to be, it’s just such a beautiful gift I think that he kind of touched the world with, and I think the thing he’d want most is for us to just appreciate it and not forget about it.”

She had previously reflected on the grief she felt when he passed, acknowledging that while their relationship wasn’t “perfect”, she still thought he was “the best person ever”.

She told Vogue magazine in 2019: “It’s pretty all-consuming. By no means was what we had perfect, but, like, f***. He was the best person ever, and he didn’t deserve the demons he had.

Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalomet silence split rumours with one bold move

Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet set those persistent split rumours to bed when they stepped out – and packed on the PDA -at a film premiere on Monday evening

Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet couldn’t have looked more in love as the Kardashian star joined her actor beau at the premiere of Marty Supreme in Los Angeles on Monday.

The beauty guru, 28, and the acclaimed film star, 29, got cozy in front of the cameras on the red carpet – making sure nobody could miss them in eye-popping colour-ordinated orange outfits.

Multi-millionaire Kylie wore a figure-hugging orange Chrome Hearts dress with a plunging neckline accessorized with chunky silver cross chains, while Oscar-nominated Timothee wore an orange leather Chrome Hearts suit and boots – and a Chrome Hearts ping pong paddle crossbody holder.

Timothee’s accessory was a mischievous nod to his role in the film, which sees him play champion table tennis player Marty Mauser.

And the pair’s attendance together sent a message to those who hadn’t seen the couple together in several weeks, leading to speculation – not for the first time – that the Hollywood darlings had secretly split.

On the contrary, they couldn’t have looked more loved-up as they held hands posing for photographers, Timothee at one point wrapping his arm around his girlfriend.

Later in the evening, Kylie was seen at The Bird Streets Club in West Hollywood, alongside friend Anastasia ‘Stassie’ Karanikolaou, but Timothee was not in attendance.

The last time the hot couple had been seen in public was enjoying a game between the New York Yankees and the Toronto Blue Jays at Yankee Stadium, on October 8.

The lack of public appearance since then has fuelled the gossip mill that the pair had called it a day – as did an interview with Tomothee in which he deftly side-stepped any questions about his relationship.

He said that he ‘will not talk about’ the romance, adding: ‘I don’t say that with any fear, I just don’t have anything to say.’

Kylie and Timothee were first linked in April 2023 and that September went public, when they were seen kissing passionately at a Beyoncé concert, but it’s thought they met at Nobu Malibu in 2019.

And though they’re not strangers to bold red carpet statements together, the couple have generally flown under the radar with their romance – and Kylie has not name-dropped Timothee in her family’s reality show, Hulu’s The Kardashians.

Although they have not shied away from being glimpsed together in public, they have kept their relationship off social media and she has refrained from mentioning his name on her family’s Hulu show, The Kardashians.

It’s believed one of the reasons behind their usual privacy is Timothee’s desire to be seen as a serious actor.

Kylie has previously attended high-profile awards shows with her other half, including the Oscars and the Golden Globes, but had previously let him walk the red carpet alone, before being seen inside the ceremony with him.

Kylie shares two children with Travis Scott and previous romances include Cody Simpson, Jaden Smith, Justin Bieber, Tyga and PartyNextDoor.

Hollywood heartthrob Timothee, meanwhile, has previously been linked to his The King leading lady Lily-Rose Depp, Extrapolations actress Eiza González and Madonna’s eldest child, Lourdes Leon.

Timothee’s latest film is already gardening rave reviews and having just received a Golden Globe nomination hours before the premiere, the star will no doubt be hoping for an Oscar’s nod with it, too.

The film also stars Goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow, who came out of retirement for her role, and attended the premiere with her 19-year-old son Moses.

Angry Ginge takes a swipe at estranged dad after winning I’m A Celebrity

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! champion, Angry Ginge, has taken a pop at his dad after being crowned King of the Jungle on Sunday.

Commenting on the clip, Ginge replied: “HAHAHAHAHAHAH” before posting a shot of a huge plate of steak and chips as he enjoyed all his luxury hotel on the Gold Coast has to offer.

Ginge spoke candidly about his upbringing on a council estate in Manchester to the Mirror after leaving the jungle as he revealed that money was scarce.

Money was tight and Ginge’s mum had to work several jobs to keep them afloat. Even so, when the star was 18, Michelle was forced to sell the family home and move somewhere cheaper. He moved in with his Nana round the corner to ease the pressure.

As a result, Ginge says his aim from the outset was to make his mum proud. He concluded: “She told me I’d done that…but then she also said: ’I was already proud of you…you didn’t need to go on the show to do that.”

With almost a million followers on YouTube and a whole host of big-money projects in no doubt in pipeline after his jungle success, the sky’s the limit for Ginge.

“The one phrase I’ll always live my life by is, ‘Never forget where you came from’. I’ve been brought up to treat the CEO with the same respect as treating a janitor.

“I mean, we’re all the same at the end of the day, and why should you treat anyone differently?”

Ginge – whose real name is real name Morgan Burtwistle – now has more than five million followers across various social media platforms.

The star has admitted his childhood was “tough at times”, but he was a “very happy” kid.

He added: “It was tough at times, but I look back on it very happy. I think of the things I did … She [mum] would say, ‘Morgan, can you nip to the shop and put £10 on the electric so it doesn’t go off in the morning?’. Because every time the electric went, the house alarm would go off.

“I would beg my mum for a cinema ticket that was £9.95. I wouldn’t be able to get a pick ‘n’ mix to take in because it was so expensive. So we’d nip to Asda and get the ‘three for £1’ bags of sweets to sneak in.”
