Sam Faiers faces ‘lonely Christmas’ as Essex social set ‘ice her out’ after TV show failure

Sam Faires, the former The Only Way Is Essex star, is reportedly facing a “lone” Christmas after her fans began to doubt her ability to spend as much time with her family and after her most recent TV show was cut.

Sam Faiers is reportedly being iced out of their lives by those who were once close to her. And her isolated life comes at a bad time because her beloved TV career has fallen apart as fans turn away.

The 34-year-old former The Only Way Is Essex actress and her older sister Billie Shepherd, 35, had left the ITVBe reality series to pursue a media career. She co-hosted a number of independent TV programs, including The Baby Diaries and The Mummy Diaries.

She described her romantic relationships with her 39-year-old real estate partner Paul Knightley, as well as their three children, Paul Jr., Rosie, and Edward, their youngest son. She is also known for her award-winning brand Revive Collagen, which has earned her admirable standing.

However, success comes at a price because Sam is now more of a Billy no-mate and only has friends to hang out with, and fans are concerned that she is distant from her extended family. She recently boasted about taking Paul and the kids to Lapland, where they were recently broadcast on social media.

However, her fans noticed that her mother Sue and sister Billie, who frequently accompany her on such trips, were not present. And it appears that she has completely been iced out of the Essex social scene, leaving her with only work colleagues to socialize with.

A source has told The Sun: “Christmas used to be the time when Sam’s house was buzzing with people, but things feel different now. Her circle is much smaller these days, she keeps to herself, and outside of Paul, her kids and Billie, she doesn’t really have many friends or see many people.

Her former friends in Essex have been discussing how, in spite of the fact that no one else is ever around, she seems to spend her time with. All of them are employees.

They added: “There’s her business partner, her PA, Billie and her Revive Collagen team and that’s it. She seems to have now been permanently frozen out of her old life by the Essex wives.” The Mirror has contacted a representative of Sam for comment.

The depressing news about Sam’s life comes after her most recent TV show, which was cancelled after only one season, was released. The siblings teamed up with sister Billie to create a reality series called Sister Act, which was filmed over a number of episodes last year. The series premiered in August of this year.

But the show failed to find an audience and was axed – however, Sam has argued that she and her sister simply don’t have the time to make any more episodes as they are so busy. Sam shared the disappointing news during a Q&A session on her Instagram stories last month.

Will you and Billie be on Sister Act soon, asks a fan. The reality star, however, cautioned that last year, Billie and I spent the most time filming Sister Act. Truly, it was a truly unique experience. Because both of us are currently working on a lot of projects, we aren’t planning on doing much else for another series.

Despite Sam’s insistence that the decision was made as a result of the workload, it was claimed that Sister Act received the chops due to low rating standards. Sam hadn’t been on TV in a while, an insider told a news outlet at the time, and it appears viewers missed her.

Viewing figures didn’t go as planned, and the show’s focus was on the sisters selling products, which resembled a protracted advertisement.

Call the Midwife Sister Monica Joan star Judy Parfitt’s life from tragic death to heartache

Judy Parfitt, a star of Call the Midwife, has played Sister Monica Joan on the BBC drama since 2012 and has had a distinguished acting career.

Judy Parfitt, renowned for her role in Call the Midwife, the BBC’s beloved drama, has had a remarkable career that spans decades.

The 86-year-old actress, who has been a fixture on Call the Midwife since 2012, has a remarkable body of work that spans theater, cinema, and television.

Her professional career began in 1953 when she graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She later joined the Royal Shakespeare Company, where she performed alongside renowned actors Laurence Olivier and others.

For her outstanding work in acclaimed dramas like Pride and Prejudice and The Jewel in the Crown, she has received numerous BAFTA nominations throughout her career.

Judy has consistently mesmerized viewers with her appearances in beloved programs like Heartbeat, Midsomer Murders, Jonathan Creek, and Vera, despite not receiving the award for her supporting role in the 2003 film Girl with a Pearl Earring.

In a touching remembrance of her late husband, Judy reflected on her marriage to actor Tony Steedman, recognised for his appearances in Coronation Street and Citizen Smith.

She warmly recalls their initial encounter, saying, “Tony always tried to make me laugh because I was a terrible giggler. He definitely made an impression when I first saw him in a completely hideous, bright red jumper.

He always played the fool, and he always had people watching wherever we went. Tony never took himself or anything else too seriously, unlike I did, and he never took that seriously.

The couple, who got married in 1963, gave birth to son David a year later. In a strange way, Judy hasn’t been single since Tony passed away in 2001.

In a 2014 Mail Online interview, Judy depicted their traditional domestic lives despite their busy professional lives while reflecting on their years together.

She once said, “At home, it was a very traditional marriage, despite our respective busy schedules.” I enjoyed ironing his shirts and cooking with him.

He enjoyed cutting the vegetables while I prepared dinner. He liked using his trolley to carry me to the supermarket, but it didn’t really help him because he liked to chat and joke with the other shoppers.

Judy has previously been candid about her husband’s struggle with dementia, telling the Loose Women panel it’s crucial to discuss the subject.

She said, “I always said, I lost my husband that I loved, but I gained a child that I love because they become your children, and they’re there physically, but they’re not with you,” while reflecting on her experience with the condition.

Judy, who lost her husband, has maintained her dedication to her craft and continues to win over viewers in Call the Midwife as Sister Monica Joan.

Judy, who was born in Sheffield in 1935, described how she witnessed people simply carrying on despite the uncertainty surrounding them. She described her memories of her early years during the war.

She stated in Saga magazine, “I learned how people just got on with things the day after the war, despite food rationing, bomb dropping, and unsure if they would be alive the next day.”

The actress recalls a particular memory from her nine-year-old father when she recalls her wartime experiences.

She claimed that while Sheffield was being blitzed, people in Sheffield continued to work the next day, but my father “held me in his arms.”

Vogue Williams left ‘in bits’ after landing spot on BBC show she ‘always wanted to do’

Vogue Williams revealed that she was “in bits” while filming for the BBC Gladiators celebrity special. The podcast star shared her experience overcoming the gruesome challenges.

Vogue Williams was left “in bits” after fulfilling a lifelong dream to appear on a beloved BBC programme. The 40-year-old presenter, who kickstarted her television career more than 15 years ago on Irish reality series Fade Street, has built an impressive portfolio of screen appearances.

She has since had stints on Bear Grylls: Mission Survive, I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, and last year’s Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special. This year, the mum-of-three will take on the formidable Gladiators in a celebrity edition of the rebooted show.

She’ll compete alongside Olympic boxing champion Nicola Adams, fitness guru Joe Wicks, and reality TV personality Sam Thompson from Made in Chelsea. Speaking on the Shagged, Married, Annoyed podcast, Vogue described Gladiators as a “sick show” to be part of.

She continued, “I always wanted to do it.” Do you recall watching it when you were younger?

“My stepdad used to be like your man [referee John Anderson] because he was from Scotland. He would be like, ‘Amber [Vogue’s sister] you will go on my…’ And he’d be really strict. We’d go, ‘Urgh’.”

The legendary Travelator, among others, was not held back when the presenter spoke about the physically demanding challenges. She acknowledged that this was her first time saying, “I’m 40.” I had a few bits. I had a few bits.

You practice everything the first day, and I was like, “Oh well, not as good as I thought I would be.” And that’s when you can’t oppose the Gladiators.

According to Vogue, participants in the program have the opportunity to attempt each challenge, with one particularly challenging one. She stated, “You try everything on the eliminator, and I got Joe Wicks to film me on the eliminator.”

I immediately fell on my face as I ran up the travelator. Despite doing a lot of it, I’m not a great runner.

She continued, praising the Gladiators for being inspirational figures for young women, by saying that confronting them directly terrified her. She said, “I adore having people like that on television because I admire young girls… I imagined how beautiful my daughter would be when she looked at them and said, “Look how sick they are.”

They are powerful women who will beat you if you trick them into being p******* off. They put a lot of effort into that, and they’re also great characters as well.

The BBC brought back Gladiators in 2024, over 20 years after ITV axed the beloved show. Sky One had previously attempted a comeback, broadcasting two series from 2008 to 2009.

Before the start of the program, Vogue stated in a statement to the BBC: “I have loved this show since I was a child, and I’ll be living out my childhood dream.” However, I’m still in shock about how to face these incredible Gladiators. I’m simply thrilled to be a contender.”

Emmerdale’s Michelle Hardwick life with co-star wife after first marriage split

As Christmas approaches, Vanessa from Emmerdale threatens to reveal Charity’s baby bombshell.

Vanessa Woodfield, who plays Vanessa Dingle in Emmerdale, is currently in the news as she threatens to uncover Charity Dingle’s baby’s secret.

Currently on the ITV soap, pregnant Charity’s (Emma Atkins) house of cards could come crashing down this Christmas after confessing to her ex-lover Vanessa (Michelle Hardwick) that she is not carrying Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) and Jacob Gallagher’s (Joe-Warren Plant) baby as a surrogate after falling pregnant naturally.

Ever since her one-night stand with Ross Barton (Mike Parr), Charity’s surrogacy plans have turned into a nightmare, although Vanessa does not know about Charity and Ross and thinks Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) is the baby’s father.

Vanessa and Charity are forced to spend Christmas Day together. But there is panic when Vanessa gets drunk over dinner, and Charity worries about what she will say.

A threat appears as Mack and Charity relax and reflect on their day later. Will Vanessa reveal everything about Charity’s child?

What is the wife of Michelle Hardwick?

Since 2012, Michelle Hardwick, 49, has been cast as Tracy Metcalfe’s (Amy Walsh) half-sister and Frank Clayton’s (Michael Praed) daughter.

However, some viewers may not know that Emmerdale is where Michelle met her real-life wife, Kate Brooks.

Kate, a talented TV executive, previously worked as a series producer on Emmerdale before being appointed as the producer of Coronation Street last year.

The couple announced their relationship in October 2018, on National Coming Out Day, with a sweet Instagram photo.

After Michelle organized a memorable proposal featuring a group of The Greatest Showman performers in their neighborhood cinema, the pair got engaged.

They opted to fly to Elvis Presley’s famous Graceland in Memphis in September 2019 instead of having a large showbiz wedding in the UK.

Sharing a photo of herself and her bride, both wearing white and standing in front of Elvis Presley’s former home, Graceland, Kate wrote: “In over 100 degrees heat, on Tuesday 10th September, I became Mrs Brooks.”

Prior to their nuptials, Michelle spoke candidly with The Mirror in August 2019 about their laid-back approach to wedding planning, revealing: “There’s no magazine deal, we’ll just pick up a few witnesses wherever we are and it will just be me and her.”

She continued, “We only have a few months left before we even have our outfits sorted,” blaming it. That was my biggest learning, in my opinion.

Michelle further explained their unconventional plans for the big day, saying, “We’ll probably have chicken and chips for our wedding breakfast, and we’ll get married abroad, hit a few bars, and have our wedding breakfast.” Then, when we return to England, a large party for our family. All I can tell you is that! It will be ace-worthy.

Teddy and Betty are the happy couple’s sons, and they have since welcomed two more children.

Who was the first wife of Michelle Hardwick?

Before getting married in 2015, Michelle dated Rosie Nicholl for three years. The star admitted she hadn’t told her castmates until they discovered she no longer had her wedding ring on, but they eventually settled their differences.

She told the Daily Star that Rosie and I are still close friends despite splitting last year. We did indeed fall apart because of it. We had a big fairytale wedding, which was fantastic.

“It’s just really sad and one of those things that happens. We still have our dogs which we’ll share and nobody else was involved, it just happened and it was a mutual decision. I don’t know how else to explain it.

Prior to landing the role of Vanessa in Emmerdale, Michelle had notable roles in Heartbeat and Coronation Street. In the ITV soap, the Leeds-born star played two different roles – Sheila Dixon in 1997 and Naomi Russell in 1998.

One of her biggest starring roles, however, was as Lizzie Hopkirk in The Royal – a spin-off from Heartbeat. She also had a minor role in Hollyoaks.

De-puffing the undereye area

One of the best ways to instantly de-puff undereyes is with some cooling masks if you had too many on Christmas Eve or stayed up late wrapping some presents. When you have your morning cup of coffee (or Bucks Fizz), pop a pair under your eyes and watch the puffiness subside.

The 111Skin Cryo De-Puffing Eye Mask is a favorite choice of celebrities, including Victoria’s Secret angel Candice Swanepoel. The masks are filled with seaweed extract, peptides, and vitamin E to help reduce puffiness, lighten dark circles, and revitalize the under-eye area.

The skin feels firmer, smoother, and de-puffed in a few minutes as a result of the cooling hydrogel texture.

Try the BeautyPro Retinol Under Eye Patches for a more affordable option. These under-eye patches, which are made with potent yet gentle retinol, are the ideal light-up for tired eyes after long days and early mornings.

Shop our top purchases: 111Skin Cryo De-Puffing Eye Mask, $85 for 8 or $50 for 4, BeautyPro Retinol Under Eye Patches, $19 for 4, and Charlotte Tilbury Immediate Revival Under Eye Patches, $58 for 60 at Charlotte Tilbury.

Hydration is essential

Dehydration is typically the cause of tired or dull skin, especially if you’ve been out the night before. Start with a rich moisturiser and apply a hyaluronic acid serum to instantly smooth lines and help with this on Christmas morning.

The Atobarrier 365 Cream from AESTURA is recommended. The moisturising formula promises 120 hours of hydration for the skin, which is supported by millions of people in Korea and has one selling every 20 seconds. A winning combination can be made by combining this with a serum like L’Oréal Paris’ 1.5% hyaluronic acid Revitalift Filler Serum, which instantly improves skin elasticity.

Don’t forget about the fundamentals either: It really matters to drink water every morning. Skin that is well-hydrated provides the ideal foundation for makeup and looks fresher and smoother.

Banish those zits.

Although it’s not exactly possible to completely remove a pimple in a matter of minutes, there are a few ways to reduce their appearance, reduce redness, and stop them from disappearing (and we’re not talking about using obscene tools like toothpaste and needles).

Sticking on a pimple patch is the first and most obvious choice. Pimple patches are a popular trend thanks to Gen-Z, who frequently uses them as a fashion statement. They’re vegan, cruelty-free, and dermatologist-tested, so they actually help you get breakouts rather than just concealing them. They’re safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

However, you can still wear a star-shaped sticker on your face, which is perfectly acceptable! The Inkey List and Mighty Patch both have fantastic, invisible designs that are barely discernible.

Another option is using a targeted spot treatment, such as Acnecide’s Face Gel Spot Treatment Benzoyl Peroxide. This handy treatment contains benzoyl peroxide, which effectively kills up to 95% of bacteria causing spots and claims to start working immediately after application. Simply pop this on your spots in the morning, and watch them start to vanish by Christmas lunch.

Enhance the complexion

For a quick skin reset, a brightening mask is a Christmas morning lifesaver. The Beauty Pie Oxygen Instant Facial Refuelling Mask is out top pick. It’s designed to revive dull skin fast, helping to boost radiance and even out tone in minutes. Use it while getting ready or opening presents and wait for the noticeable glow that provides the perfect base for your Christmas Day glam.

Instant glow hack

Glow-boosting products are your best chance of getting a brighter complexion in no time when time is tight or you don’t have a bank of skincare essentials to turn to.

Apply liquid highlighter to the cheekbones first. For a weightless, natural finish on the skin, the Gucci Beauty Illuminateur de Beauté Liquid Highlighter is my personal favorite.

For a healthy, sunkissed appearance, you can also add a few bronzing drops, like First Aid Beauty Bronze and Glow Drops With Niacinamide.

Finally, if you don’t like using make-up or glow-boosting products, apply hydrating facial oil to your face’s highest points to finish it off. Without using a lot of makeup, these easy tips add warmth and a lit-from-within finish for Christmas.

People just learn why Sally in Nightmare Before Christmas has a familiar voice

Despite the fact that many people are only just discovering who the voice of the iconic character of Sally is, The Nightmare Before Christmas is a wildly popular holiday movie,

When it comes to this time of year, many people like to treat themselves to a festive film. And one that has remained a classic is Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.

The 1993 stop-motion masterpiece follows Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, as he stumbles upon Christmas Town. Sally, the ragdoll brought to life by local mad scientist Doctor Finkelstein, has a vision that suggests the plan will end in disaster. He is so enchanted by it that he hatches a plan to hijack the holiday season in his own twisted way.

However, she ignores her premonition and supports Jack’s venture because she is secretly smitten with him. Despite Sally adorning our screens for a long time, it seems that hardly anyone can identify the actress who gave the character’s distinctive voice.

Clare Loughran, who uses the name clary_poppins on TikTok, shared this revelation, which shocked social media users. In a revealing video, she claimed that “this humanoid matriarch voiced this humanoid rag doll.”

Sally is first portrayed in the video, followed by Home Alone’s Catherine O’Hara.

Yes, this might be one of the most brilliant yet underappreciated Christmas connections ever.

The talented performer, who played the role of Kevin McCallister’s mother in Home Alone, also managed to sing Sally just three years after appearing in one of the most adored holiday movies ever made.

The revelation has completely ruined the internet. No way,” a surprised fan said. The Crows 3 star says, “She”?

Another chimed in, “I always believed Helena Bonham Carter would voice her.” A third said, “I needed to know this.

A fourth confessed, “Wait, what?” It’s actually my favorite, which I didn’t even know. I’m ashamed”.
