Zofia Rogers, a radio personality, acknowledged that she had to wait until a consultant appointment to go to a lash appointment, which has changed her life-changing diagnosis. The host of Capital FM claimed to have been persuaded that “nothing was wrong.”
After “months of appointments,” Zofia, 24, who plays DJ on Capital Dance, revealed this week that she has been given the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis (MS). She claimed yesterday that her main complaint was “losing control” of her bladder, and that her condition was her main symptom. She shared the health update on Instagram.
According to the NHS, the condition, which affects the brain and spinal cord, is still treatable but frequently manageable. Fatigue, muscle cramps, and blurred vision are some signs of MS.
After months of appointments, tests, scans, and investigations, I finally have a diagnosis of MS (multiple sclerosis), Zofia stated in a lengthy post from yesterday. I never anticipated it would be something like this, so I was shocked to learn that I will need lifelong treatment to control the symptoms and prevent it from getting worse.
I only had two lesions on my brain, so hopefully with the right treatment, it will continue to be mild. “I’m really lucky that I found it so early and I only had two lesions on my brain. Although I’m incredibly shocked and disappointed that this outcome occurred, I’m also relieved to finally know what’s been making me feel ill for a while and to have been referred to MS specialists who will be able to start me on treatment.
Zofia stated at the end of her first post that she wanted to connect with people who have been given the condition. She remarked, “I’d love to connect with other people who have MS because I’m still trying to learn and sort of wrap my head around it and how it all looks, so please drop me a DM if you have it as well.”
Zofia urged her followers to consider health insurance if they “can afford it,” in a subsequent post that included a photo of her in a hospital gown. She continued, “Everything has been amazing with the speed and ease of course.”

She added that she had “almost cancelled” an MRI scan and that she had unfavorably delayed a consultant appointment at one point. Zofia claimed she had been “convinced” that nothing was wrong despite experiencing symptoms.
Funny story: I almost cancelled my MRI scan because I couldn’t bear to remove my hair extensions because they had metal in them. I was SO convinced there was nothing wrong with me. And I waited for my consultant appointment because it sat in opposition to my lash appointment. She continued, “Lashes first, after laughing emojis.

She later clarified that she wasn’t encouraging anyone to do the same, though. In a follow-up post, she stated, “Btw, I absolutely do not condone moving round a doctor’s appointment for lashes.” I’m just a silly billy andamp; since I kind of assumed the doctors were barking up the wrong tree, I didn’t really believe I needed to take it seriously, haha.
Zofia said, “Thank you so much for the messages about my last couple of Stories,” in a video message that was shot in the radio studio. I had such a hard time deciding to share this because I thought, “Oh, I want to share it.” but I really wanted to connect with some people who are also experiencing similar diagnoses.

She continued, “Ok, that’s why I decided to share it.” And obviously, it will be a part of my life, so I obviously post my life on social media, so yeah, that’s why I wanted to share it.
Basically, all of Zofia’s symptoms were very mild, she promised her followers. […] I’ve had nothing like major. She stated that losing control of her bladder has been her main “symptom,” but she also noted that there are still a few other things that need to be addressed.
