As she described the tragic passing of her close friend, Sophia Hutchins, Caitlyn Jenner cried out. The 75-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashian star’s long-time manager and close friend, who died on Wednesday at the age of 29, was tragically killed in an ATV collision close to Jenner’s Malibu home.
Officials confirmed that Hutchins’ car struck a moving vehicle on a twisting stretch of road overlooking the Pacific Coast on July 2. The fatal collision occurred. The star’s ATV collided with the other vehicle, causing them to both slam into a sheer cliff face and themselves. Emergency personnel quickly arrived at the scene, but upon arrival, they declared Hutchins deceased.
Caitlyn revealed that she had been overwhelmed by grief while speaking on Fox News At Night. My dear friend Sophia recently died in a tragic accident. But she said, “I’ve been dealing with death for the past seven weeks, and it’s been very difficult.”

Before addressing the shooting at the Minneapolis Annunciation Catholic School, she opened up about her personal journey.
I’m dealing with my grief right now, and I can’t even imagine parents dropping their child off at school and declaring, “I’ll never get a chance to talk to him again,” I said. The star remarked, “That is just so awful.
These people have a long way to go, and they will be dealing with grief, I’ve been dealing with.

After Robin Westman, 23, opened fire on himself during a church mass at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis on Wednesday morning, Fletcher Merkel, 8, and a 10-year-old girl died. 14 children between the ages of 6 and 15 and three parishioners in their 80s were among the injured in the attack, which also included three children.
Soon after the transgender woman’s Olympic legend made a public statement about her identity in 2015, Hutchins and Jenner made friends.
Throughout her own gender transition while a student at Pepperdine University in Malibu, she frequently referred to the reality star as a beacon of hope.
In 2017, Hutchins moved to Jenner’s $2.8 million Malibu home and succeeded in assuming Jenner’s position as Jenner’s former spouse, Kris Jenner.
Hutchins and Caitlyn were never romantically involved, according to Hutchins in a conversation with The New York Times earlier.
In April of this year, Hutchins and Jenner were most recently seen posing for her at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington. Hutchins fought tirelessly for the MAGA campaign and President Donald Trump, and she frequently used her platform.
She appeared alongside Trump in front of an American flag in a popular social media post from the previous year, expressing her excitement, passion, and commitment to saving America. We’ll never let go of.”
Hutchins continued to be a powerful voice in conservative communities and LGBTQ+ campaigning despite keeping a relatively low profile in recent months.
