Building collapses into overflowing river during India floods

In Kullu, northern India, a building collapsed into an overflowing river after receiving severe flooding and landslides as a result of heavy rains. In a number of places, the floods have caused damage to roads, destroyed bridges, and severely damaged water and electricity supplies.
