Brooklyn Beckham, who is married to billionaire heiress, Nicola Peltz, has reportedly sent his parents a legal letter, warning them to stop contacting him

Brooklyn Beckham is furious over ‘insulting’ claims aimed at his wife Nicola. It comes after he sent his parents a bombshell legal letter asking them to cease contact.

The hot sauce enthusiast, 26, who is married to billionaire heiress, Nicola Peltz, 31, has warned David and Victoria – via his lawyers – not to contact him, directly or indirectly. This has been done in order to ‘protect his mental health’. A source familiar with the family’s feud, which kicked off in May, told the Mirror that Brooklyn’s mental health came first, adding that the letter was sent to ‘protect’ the wannabe chef after his “requests to stop” had gone ignored.

Following the fracas, which started when Brooklyn and Nicola swerved Sir David’s 50th birthday last year, it has been claimed that the Transformers actress is ‘controlling’ her husband and behind the estrangement.

However, Brooklyn, who told his wife, he would “always choose” her in one of his many gushing Instagram posts, is said to be deeply hurt by the “misogynistic” claims.

A source said: “This narrative is so sexist and misogynistic, and he does not stand for his wife being vilified in this way. It’s a story as old as time: blame the woman for the man’s actions. It’s just deeply insulting.”

David, 50, and Victoria, 51, were left devastated when they received a legal request from their firstborn to block all direct contact with him.

They are “desperately sad” about the situation and friends say every social media post or contact has been done out of a desire for reconciliation.

“They are only doing what every parent would do in this situation….they love Brooklyn deeply and will always be there for him,” says a source.

However, Brooklyn, who has now sensationally blocked Sir and Lady Beckham online, is said to be annoyed after Victoria liked one of his Instagram posts and David shared a black and white picture of him as a child at Christmas.

One of the main issues at play is that Brooklyn believes his parents still see him as a child and not as an adult. A pal said: “Even the Christmas post by his dad was of Brooklyn as a child.”

David only tried to contact the couple to try and resolve things, pals claim. The aggressive legal approach is said to have blindsided them. Nicola’s father has previously hired £800-an-hour lawyer Marty Singer, who represented Prince Andrew and Bill Cosby, to sue wedding planners for Nicola and Brooklyn’s big day in 2022. The case was eventually settled.

Brooklyn is very vocal when it comes to his love for Nicola. When the couple renewed their vows last summer at which none of the 26-year-old’s family were present, the self-confessed “nutter in the kitchen” gushed: “To be honest, I could renew my vows every single day with her. I think the most important thing that someone can do is find that person that they’re going to spend the rest of their life with. It definitely shapes you as a person.”
