Brooklyn Beckham has remained silent after his brothers Romeo and Cruz appeared to try and win him around amid rumours of an ongoing family feud
David Beckham’s milestone Father’s Day came and went without a public word from his eldest son, Brooklyn – deepening speculation of a growing rift between the two. Despite their shared history of affectionate social media tributes, Brooklyn’s silence was stark.
The tension has reportedly escalated since Brooklyn, 26, and his wife, Nicola Peltz, skipped David’s 50th birthday celebration, despite being in London at the time. While his younger brothers, Romeo and Cruz, both posted heartfelt messages – Cruz writing: “Happy Father’s Day, I love you x.” Cruz also went the extra mile and posted a photo of Brooklyn and Romeo with their dad on his stories.
Meanwhile, Romeo simply wrote “love you” on his stories alongside childhood photos with David – but Brooklyn offered no public recognition.
Adding to the tension, Brooklyn remained silent on David’s recent knighthood as well. The Beckham family, once known for their tight-knit image, now seems fractured – with Brooklyn allegedly distancing himself and ignoring family messages.
David, however, didn’t hold back his feelings. He posted: “My most important & favourite job in life is being a dad… I’m so proud of all of you and like daddy ( sorry boys ) tells you every single day I will always be here for you no matter what.
“Mummy thank you for doing the most important part and making me a father there is no greater gift in life than making me a dad… Happy Father’s Day… I love you kiddies more than you could imagine.”
His tribute was accompanied by throwback family photos, with every child tagged – including Brooklyn, who again remained unresponsive. Victoria also appeared to offer another olive branch as she shared several photos of her children with their dad – with Brooklyn front and centre in the snaps.
“Happy Father’s Day to the best daddy there is! You always lead with love and our four beautiful children are a reflection of that. We all love you so so much,” she wrote as she tagged her eldest son in the post. However, he has not interacted with any of his family’s gushing tributes to his dad David.
Meanwhile, Nicola Peltz chose to focus on her own father, sharing a carousel of personal photos and writing: “Happy Father’s Day to the greatest dad in the world I am so lucky to be your daughter I love you more than you will ever know. Thank you for always being my constant support I love you beyond words. Happy Father’s Day dad.”
Recently, Brooklyn also showcased a tattoo on his upper back – a wedding note from Nicola permanently inked in elegant script.
“My forever boy. Read this anytime you feel anxious. I want you to know how deeply loved you are… Just know we can get through it all together if you breathe slow and trust. I love you beyond. Love always, your future wifey.”
