Kris Boyd, a cornerback for the New York Jets, has stated that he has been readmitted to the hospital as he recovers from an abdominal shot.

The 29-year-old was initially taken to the hospital after being involved in a shooting incident in Manhattan on November 16 at around 8:00.

In a social media post, Boyd wrote, “I was released, but I had to go back to the hospital because of my health issues.” Even if I can’t respond to you, I adore and appreciate each and every person who has prayed or prayed out.

After the shooting, Boyd was taken to the hospital where he was listed as being in a critical but stable condition, and he claimed he was “starting to breathe on my own now” on November 19.

According to Jets coach Aaron Glenn, “the last thing we heard was that he had an issue and had to go back to the hospital.” Beyond that, I need to figure out how.

Boyd spent two seasons with the Houston Texans, the Arizona Cardinals, and the Minnesota Vikings before joining the Jets earlier this year.
