Katie Boulter, Sonny Kartal, Emma Raducanu, Jodie Burrage, and Great Britain captain Anne Keothavong have all been named in a strong line-up for the Billie Jean King Cup.

Boulter is ranked 41st in the world, followed by Raducanu, Raducanu, and Burrage, who are all ranked 116th.

In the September Billie Jean King Cup Finals, Great Britain defeated Germany and the Netherlands in April.

On Thursday, September 18, they will face Japan in the quarter-finals, and if they do, they will face Kazakhstan’s winner of the tie between the United States and them.

The last time Britain won the women’s team event was in 1981, when the event was known as the Federation Cup.

Kartal made history at Wimbledon by making it to the fourth round, which was the furthest among the GB women.

Before being defeated by world number one Aryna Sabalenka, Raducanu advanced to the third round.
