Henry Southan, a finalist for Big Brother, has shared a health update after being taken to the hospital and a rather ominous video of himself getting into an IV drip.
Big Brother finalist Henry Southan has shared a worrying health update to his Instagram story, confirming he’d been rushed to hospital and hooked up to a drip.
The reality TV star, who appeared in season 20 of Big Brother, posted to his stories today (17 September) to share that he had to go to the hospital rather than attend the Slow Horses premiere he was supposed to attend. Uploading a picture of himself attached to a drip, Henry wrote that it wasn’t the “most ideal 24 hours.”
“Not the most ideal 24 hours”! he stated. He said, “I’m getting a lot of rest, but rest comes first” because I’m going to miss the Slow Horses premiere tonight.
Henry didn’t explain what had caused his uncontrollable hospital trip. However, he frequently posts on Instagram, so it might not be until the following update arrives.
The ITV2 star gained notoriety in the season 20 of his role in the Big Brother family in 2023. The 25-year-old from Toddington only had two chances to win the final, in which case he came third. After winning a luxury dining experience with Henry, he chose Jordan to enjoy it with him, and he fell in love with Jordan Sangha during the show.
The series’ winner was named as Jordan. Henry and Jordan continued to date until their abrupt breakup occurred in April of this year after Henry left the Big Brother family. On social media, both parties described how the split affected them.
After much reflection, Jordan and I have chosen to leave each other, according to Henry. We are both hurting a lot, but we are confident that this is the right course. Thank you so much for showing us the love and support you have. Please allow some time for us to think informally as we go over the details.
Jordan also shared the following on his own account: “Henry and I have parted ways after many years, memories, and precious experiences. Thank you to everyone who has backed us. We’ll always be close friends. x hugs.
Since then, Henry has posted a lot to his social media, particularly restaurants he would recommend. The reality TV star has a video series where he showcases must-try places to eat at “before you die”. His series is beloved by many famous faces, including Gemma Collins, who commented that it was “good to see you back” after Henry took at short break from social media.
Henry has also posted material from red carpets, as he has been invited to events like the Slow Horses premiere before being hospitalized. He most recently attended the Swiped premiere of the Disney+ film about Whitney Wolfe, the former Bumble CEO.
Lily James makes her international premiere at the Toronto Film Festival on September 9. Henry and Henry both attended its September 11 premiere in Europe. Later this month, the movie is scheduled to be streamed.
