Bars and Melody gained notoriety in 2014 when they wow notoriously unpopular Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell. The fresh-faced teens won over the judges, eventually securing third place in the live final.

Fast forward a decade, and the pair have grown up, released several albums, embarked on international tours, and competed in other talent contests. Today, they look vastly different from their BGT days with rippling muscles and tattoos, but that’s not all that has changed. Leondre, now in his twenties and formerly known as Bars, has sprouted in height and sports a mature dreadlock hairstyle. He frequently poses for photos with his 601, 000 Instagram followers in the gym.

Meanwhile, Charlie, also in his twenties and previously known as Melody, is now a dad after welcoming a child in 2022. He sports an array of tattoos across his neck, arms, and chest.

Up until 2024, when they regretfully announced they were splitting as a band, the pair continued to play music and perform together. The pair claimed they wanted to finish the day high but decided it was time to get moving.

According to OK!, Simon and the charming pair captivated the audience with a rap performance against bullying back in 2014 during their audition, and they eventually hit the coveted golden buzzer.
