Two years after revealing that he had fallen in love with his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Feltz, Ben Ofoedu and his fiance Vanessa Brown have since wed.
Ben Ofoedu, Vanessa Feltz’s ex-boyfriend, and Vanessa Brown finally got married in a lavish ceremony surrounded by celebrity family and friends.
Vanessa, a singer who is 23 years his junior, and the 52-year-old Phats and Small singer got married in a lavish Carlisle castle. Despite continuing to be devastated by his failed romance with TV star Vanessa, 63, he couldn’t help but criticize her when discussing his new love.
The music producer, who has been dating Vanessa Feltz for 16 years, said, “I know what true love is now.”
Back in February 2023, the This Morning star took to social media to shared with fans that her 16 year relationship with Ben was over. At the time, the TV and radio presenter had hinted at Ben’s infidelity but also mentioned in another interview a month earlier that her age gap became a subject of concern.
In the meantime, Ben’s main regret was that he had a bad idea about becoming a father. And so, it appears that Ben’s future plans to be a husband and father could be quite likely given that his new bride is younger than his years.
According to The Sun, he told guests at the wedding that he knew I would fall in love with this girl the first time I met her. The estimated cost of the couple’s wedding is estimated to be around £100,000.
He continued, “I told her that I knew I was giving her attention, but I had intentions with this girl,” which he claimed. I then told her on the second date that I wanted to get married to her and have children because I believed saying that would help us distinguish the wheat from the chaff.
However, his close friend, Dane Bowers, who also performs Another Level, interrupted his emotional speech, exclaiming, “That, and you’re really old. Everyone at the wedding reception erupted in laughter as a result of Dane’s outburst.
After separating from Vanessa and meeting his new wife, Ben now has a firm conviction that there was a reason for their split. He asserted that “everything happens for a reason.” I now comprehend that.
Ben did exactly that, although it’s not often that he mentions an ex at his wedding to another woman. He declared to the wedding party, “It’s no secret that I went through a really difficult two years.” Not everyone was aware of how difficult a situation I was in because I had a brave front to put up but was quite quiet behind the scenes.
Ben was grieving over the breakup of their relationship, but his younger brother’s sudden passing at the age of 47 brought on even more conflict. Ben delved deeply into his faith and explained to his guests how the conversation he had with God led to his getting a music gig and meeting his new wife.
He continued, “I was crying uncontrollably and breaking down in tears. I then prayed and fell to my knees. I questioned God, “Is this true? ” Do you still run your business? Will you accept my customer as my customer?
He continued, “I know it sounds funny, but it’s the truth.” I received a call two days later that completely altered my life. Then Ben was called to join Boyz on Block and make an unexpected appearance at the Elite Awards in Carlisle. Then, in April of last year, he met Vanessa.
After being forced to resign from Boyzone and Westlife, Keith Duffy and Brian McFadden were forced to do so.
After only 15 months since their first meeting, Ben took the chance to propose while in New York on Valentine’s Day this year.
