Megan Thee Stallion parties in G-String at Coachella

Megan Thee Stallion was ready to party when she headed to the second weekend of Coachella. The rapper posted a number of snaps to her Instagram which showed that she was wearing a head-turning outfit. The 30-year-old made a style statement with a risky outfit, as she showed off a triangle-studded bra top with low-rise studded jeans and a jean fabric G-string.

Megan shared photos of herself playing pool, with her G-string showing as she bent over the table to take a shot. Later, the rap star headed to a post-Coachella party with Justin Bieber among others, who would have also been impressed with how she dressed.

One wrote: “The style, the color THEE STALLION! ” Another exclaimed: “I love this whole setuppppp”. A third had plenty to say, commenting: “Girllllllll second pic almost gave me a heart attack. “

This comes a week after the rapper shared a photo of model Cara Delevingne and Renée Rapp chaperoning her backstage at Coachella after she performed an electrifying set, despite the technical issues. Delevingne joked in the caption that they were “The Lesbian Bodyodyguards. “

During her performance, the rapper seemed to have an issue when her microphone appeared to fall off her bustier while she was dancing on stage. Annoyed with the situation, Megan yelled: “Somebody come out here and fix my mother******* mic. “

This saw a crew member rushing on stage, who she thanked, before she continued with her performance. The three-time Grammy winneralso brought Queen Latifah out onstage, as the crowd loved the hit-laden set.

As the singer performed ‘Body’, she urged the crowd: “If you love your body make some mother****** noise. ” At the end of her set, she shouted to the screaming crowd: “I gotta go. I love y’all so much, thank y’all. See y’all next weekend! ”

Will Smith fans make baffling observation about latest album

The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Men in Black star has enjoyed a successful music career, but his latest album has been dubbed ‘a flop’ despite the star planning to tour the UK and Europe with the new release

Music enthusiasts were left stunned after discovering the sales figures of Will Smith’s latest album. The renowned actor, known for his starring roles in The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Men in Black, has had a notable music career, including performing the iconic theme song for the show that catapulted him to fame.

However, Smith’s recent musical endeavour has been deemed a commercial disappointment, with fans labelling it a flop. ‘Based on a True Story’, released on March 28 of this year and failed to make a significant impact on the charts, sparking curiosity among fans about its sales performance.

A member of the r/Music Reddit page asked: “I’m curious what the lowest selling album by an established artist is… Not an artist who sold 3,000,000 copies then went down to 1,000,000.

“But an artist who sold millions then released and album that sold only a few thousand if that. Robin Thicke comes to mind with ‘Paula’ and maybe the latest Will Smith which didn’t even chart. “

Some fans pointed out that Smith’s album might hold the record for the biggest sales decline, and a sudden one at that. Despite the high-profile collaborations on the album, ‘Based on a True Story’ failed to crack the Billboard 200 – a first for Smith, who had never missed the Top 200 before.

The UK sales figures were equally dismal, with the album shifting a mere 268 physical copies in its first week of release.

According to a report from The Sun, it’s been a quiet experience for Smith’s latest music drop in the UK, with just 36 digital downloads ringing in.

Despite this activity, Smith is preparing for a grand European tour for the new album.

Taking to his Instagram, Smith announced: “I’M GOING ON TOUR THIS SUMMER! ! We’re hitting up the UK and Europe to bring U all the hits, some new joints, and a few surprises ; -) All these years, I’ve NEVER done a headline tour and I can’t wait to see you guys! ! “

Reddit users were not all that positive about Smith’s most recent musical venture, with one user highlighting that an album from as far back as 2005 outsold Smith’s latest offering that week.

Over on Reddit, one commenter made it crystal clear, writing: “To put it in perspective, Eminem’s Curtain Call is still on the top 200. “

Another added: “Damn just found out Will Smith’s playing at a small 2,000 seat venue in my s***ty UK hometown in August and there’s still a bunch of tickets available, that’s actually kinda shocking. “

Some argue, however, that streaming stats are now the more important number, not chart presence on the Billboard 200.

EastEnders’s Natalie Cassidy vents as she’s forced to change Easter Sunday plans as ‘card declined’

EastEnders legend Natalie Cassidy has been left enraged over the fact her food shop got cancelled after her bank card got declined – completely ruining her plans for an Easter Sunday lunch

Natalie Cassidy’s Easter plans became a food shop hell as her planned delivery was cancelled when her bank card was declined. The 41-year-old EastEnders icon was left hopping mad when a delivery she organised via grocery delivery service Ocado failed to turn up as planned.

Natalie – who bowed out of EastEnders this month after playing Sonia Fowler on the BBC soap since 1993 – had been pleased with herself when she organised a food shop when she had been on holiday. She had selected a delivery time for the morning of Easter Sunday so she would have fresh ingredients to whip up a delicious roast dinner.

But disaster struck on the Christian holiday as her delivery failed to turn up and she was then told the order had been automatically cancelled. Natalie initially raged against Ocado, blaming them for the screw up – only to later be told her delivery was cancelled because her card had been declined.

Taking to Instagram Stories on Sunday, Natalie described her ordeal to her followers – and tagged Ocado directly in her video post. Barely containing her fury, the soap star began: “Happy Easter Sunday everybody. I’ve been a bit quiet because we’ve been on holiday. Lots of lovely things about holiday to follow.”

She continued: “I just thought I’d pop on because two weeks ago, I was really organised and I did an Ocado shop because I thought, ‘Well, I’m away. The food can come between half seven and eight in the morning and I can do a mega roast for all the family. ’”

With her face screwed up in anger, she then spat: “Cancelled. The’ve cancelled it. Now, you might say, ‘Well, of course they have. It’s Easter Sunday. ’ But why did they allow me to book it? “

Anger building inside, the TV star raged at the camera: “Why did they send me a text message on Friday saying, ‘You can add to your basket until 5:27 PM. Everything’s coming half seven to half eight Sunday morning. ’”

Sounding very disappointed, she concluded her rant by asking: “Anyone done this? Or is it just me? Just wondered. Asking for a friend. Happy Easter. “

Two hours later, Natalie returned to Instagram Stories to give an update, and appeared indignant when she leaned that it was the fault of her finances that had led to a dramatic change in Easter lunch plans.

She began: “Update on the food as you’re all asking. We’re having a barbecue. Burgers, sausages. Mark’s been out to a Sainsbury’s local. Loads of baked potatoes. Loads of onions. Loads of bits and pieces. It’s not quite the Easter roast that I would love to do. But it’ll have to do. “

She then revealed: “Ocado came back and said my card was declined. Well, you haven’t told me that though. You haven’t let me know. Anyway. Hope you all have a lovely day. “

Natalie has been in a relationship with cameraman Marc Humphreys since 2014 and they share an eight-year-old daughter together – while the actress has a second daughter from a previous relationship. The couple have been engaged since 2015 but are seemingly in no rush to swap vows.

Nat previously told the Memory Lane podcast: “Do you know what? It’s a lot of money. No, I tell you what it is; it’s time and budget. It is because I go, ‘I’ll only do something small; I don’t need to. ‘

“I will do it small but I want to be at The Ledbury. Oh, I want a Michelin star meal or I’m just a bit of a snob genuinely. I’ll want the best flowers and I will want a designer suit. “

Penn Badgley says his ex Blake Lively helped ‘save’ him amid struggle with fame

You star Penn Badgley has spoken about his past relationship with Blake Lively – who was his co-star on Gossip Girl – in the years since the former couple ended their romance

Actor Penn Badgley once credited his relationship with Blake Lively as having helped “save” him from the prospect of substance abuse. He made the remark whilst discussing his experience with fame earlier in his acting career.

Penn, now 38, and Blake, now 37, dated between 2007 and 2010 whilst they worked together on Gossip Girl. The pair played couple Dan Humphrey and Serena van der Woodsen on the CW show, which ran from 2007 until 2012. It meant that they continued to be co-stars even after splitting up.

The former couple have both reflected on their romance in the years since it ended. Some of Penn’s comments have now resurfaced ahead of his Netflix show You returning for its final season next week and amid Blake’s legal drama with her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni.

Whilst looking back at the period of his life when he was on Gossip Girl, Penn told Variety in 2023 that it was “fun and fast-paced”. He however said that there was also a “dark undercurrent” as he struggled with being famous.

Asked if that included any substance abuse, he said two years ago: “To be honest, I never struggled with substance. Blake didn’t drink, and I think our relationship in some ways saved me from forcing myself to go down that road. “

Penn went on to share that whilst there are positives to being a celebrity, it can also “complicate things”. He said: “Like anybody who experiences some degree of fame and wealth, I was presented with the universal truth that not only does it not make your life better or easier, it actually can greatly complicate things, and make you quite unhappy. “

It isn’t the only time that actor Penn has spoken about his past relationship with Blake. He’s previously suggested that the pair remained amicable after splitting up, adding that they were both “professional” on the set of Gossip Girl.

Asked if it was difficult still working together, he told Elle in 2013 that it wasn’t, saying they were “ultimately professional”. Penn was also asked what the end of the relationship taught him and suggested that he couldn’t “articulate” the answer.

He shared in the interview over a decade ago though: “We were very much caught up in the show, which itself was a six-year endurance test. Our relationship was a part of that and helped us through it. I mean, like anything valuable, it was good and it was bad and it was a learning experience. “

Two years later, as reported by HuffPost, he shared that they hadn’t spoken in some time. He said in 2015: “We haven’t spoken in a while. But, you know, there’s an amicable silence, if that makes any sense.”

The former couple have both moved on from the relationship, with them now in subsequent marriages to different people. Penn has been married to singer Domino Kirke, 41, with whom he shares his two children, since 2017.

Meanwhile, Blake has been married to fellow actor Ryan Reynolds since 2012. The couple – who met on the set of Green Lantern (2011) – have now four children together.

Lebanese president says disarming Hezbollah ‘delicate’ as Israel kills two

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun says he will not be rushed to disarm Hezbollah under unfavourable circumstances as the Israeli military continues to launch deadly air strikes on the country in violation of a November ceasefire.

In comments to reporters after a meeting with a Maronite patriarch to mark Easter on Sunday, the former army chief said he considers disarming the Iran-aligned group a “sensitive, delicate issue” that must be handled with consideration to preserve national peace.

“Any controversial domestic issue in Lebanon can only be approached through conciliatory, nonconfrontational dialogue and communication. If not, we will lead Lebanon to ruin,” Aoun said.

The Trump administration has been applying sustained pressure on Beirut to push for the disarming of Hezbollah, leading to Aoun announcing last week that he hopes to complete the process by the end of 2025 – the first time a senior official has set any deadline.

Aoun’s comments on Sunday came shortly after the Lebanese government praised the army for foiling an imminent attack on Israel, a first since the November ceasefire with Hezbollah, which Israel has violated on numerous occasions.

The Lebanese army released images of confiscated rockets and launch pads and said it arrested multiple individuals previously involved in rocket attacks on Israel as well.

The raid that led to the confiscated munitions was reported to have taken place in the Sidon area of southern Lebanon.

The office of Prime Minister Nawaf Sharif urged security forces to “thwart suspicious plots that seek to embroil Lebanon in further wars” and said this work proves that the Lebanese state is moving towards full sovereignty over its territory with its own forces.

“The Lebanese state alone is the authority that makes decisions regarding war and peace and is the body authorised to possess weapons,” he said.

Hezbollah has not immediately reacted to Sunday’s statements, but its leader Naim Qassem said on Friday that the group “will not let anyone disarm” it, especially as the Israeli military continues to occupy parts of southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah was formed in the aftermath of the Israeli invasion of Lebanon in 1982 and grew over the decades to possess substantial political and military power. This included forcing Israel out from its occupation of southern Lebanon in 2000 and fighting Israel to a stalemate in a 2006 war.

But the organisation has lost many leaders in Israeli assassinations as well as much military equipment since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza in October 2023 and must withdraw its military forces from southern Lebanon as part of the ceasefire.

Israeli air strikes kill two

Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health said on Sunday that two people were killed in two Israeli air raids in southern Lebanon.

Israeli warplanes fired at least two missiles at a house in Hula, a village in Nabatieh governorate, killing one person, the ministry said.

An Israeli drone attack also targeted a vehicle in Kaoutariyet as-Siyad, killing another person, it said.

The footage below, which has been verified by Al Jazeera’s Sanad fact-checking agency, shows plumes of smoke rising after Israeli air strikes targeted the heights of the Iqlim al-Tuffah region of southern Lebanon.

The Israeli military said one of its strikes on southern Lebanon killed a deputy head of a Hezbollah unit responsible for smuggling weapons and funds to the group, including across the country’s border with Syria.

The army added that the targeted man was “extensively involved” in Hezbollah efforts to revitalise after the group took heavy blows during the war.

Prince Andrew’s eye-opening remark at Easter Sunday service uncovered by lip reader

EXCLUSIVE: Prince Andrew has made his first official appearance at a Royal Family event for the first time in a year by being a surprise attendee at the traditional Easter Sunday church service in Windsor

Prince Andrew’s unexpected appearance at today’s Easter Sunday service has raised eyebrows with royal watchers, and now one expert has uncovered a surprising remark he made at the event.

The Duke of York arrived at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, for the annual royal occasion, lead by the King Charles and Queen Camilla. He attended alongside his ex-wife Sarah, Duchess of York as well as Princess Anne and her husband Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence.

Andrew has not been pictured at a formal royal family event since last Easter and upon arriving for the service, he made a beeline inside – before rejoining the royal fold for the arrival of the King and Queen. As the royal party waited for Charles and Camilla, Andrew was seen chatting to his brother-in-law, Sir Tim.

And according to professional lip reader Jeremy Freeman, although it was not clear exactly what was being said between the pair, the Duke of York mentioned Prince William and Kate – who did not attend today in order to spend time with their children – and seemed to be referring to a seating plan.

Meanwhile, body language expert Judi James told the Mirror that Andrew signalled a “cocky arrogance” during an “awkward-looking” chat. She explained: “Prince Andrew’s body language made this look like his debutante’s coming out ball as he performed a kind royal quick-step to appear back in the role of second son to the late Queen.

“While his ex-wife Fergie displayed newly-found signals of royal confidence, waving to the crowds, chatting and laughing in her signature animated way and striding forward to greet and chat with the clergy, Andrew waited until the rest of the Firm were in place before suddenly appearing from the gloom of the Chapel doorway where he must have been hiding before making his dramatic entrance.

“Andrew’s body language signals were all about a kind of cocky arrogance here. With his jacket undone he positioned himself in the gap in the middle of the group where he stood with his legs splayed in a pose of confidence.

“He crossed one arm over his belly and his free hand was used to show a stabbing pointing index finger as he chatted with a rather awkward-looking Commander Tim. He evaporated back into the gloom of the porch once Charles arrived but that also gave him the option of walking into the chapel close behind the King and Queen, perhaps with Fergie who seemed to have nipped to stand behind him. “

A member of the gathered crowd shouted “Happy Easter, sir” to Andrew as he left St George’s Chapel after the service. He glanced at them before walking off with Fergie, who smiled and waved at well-wishers.

Also attending the service today were the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and their son James – the Earl of Wessex, Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank and Princess Beatrice and her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. They were applauded by members of the crowd as they left.

The Prince and Princess of Wales were not there as they were spending the weekend with their children in Norfolk. The Waleses, who have a country home, Anmer Hall, on the Sandringham estate, missed the annual service last year after Kate, who is now in remission, was diagnosed with cancer.

Andrew missed the royal family’s traditional Christmas gathering at Sandringham last year amid the controversy surrounding his links to an alleged Chinese spy. He stepped down from public life after criticism over his friendship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

It followed his Newsnight interview in 2019 when he said he “did not regret” his friendship with Epstein and was heavily criticised for failing to show sympathy with the sex offender’s victims. The duke announced at the time he would be “stepping back from public duties for the foreseeable future” and disappeared from a string of high-profile national events involving the monarchy.
