The International Cricket Council (ICC) has cleared left-arm spinner Matt Kuhnemann from Australia.
The 28-year-old, who has nine international caps, was accused of playing a foul game in Galle earlier this month during the second Test against Sri Lanka.
After independent testing, he was free to continue bowling because his bend in his elbow is within the permitted 15 degrees.
“We are pleased for Matt that this matter is now resolved”, said Cricket Australia’s executive general manager national teams Ben Oliver.
“Matt has faced a challenging time in his life, but he has done it exceptionally well.
He has a lot of confidence in Australian cricket because he has received all of its support.
