Australia’s game against South Africa in the Champions Trophy was abandoned without a ball being bowled because of persistent rain in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Around 11:45 GMT, the umpires arrived and spoke with groundstaff, who called the game off at 12:15.
A victory in their final game would ensure qualification for the semi-finals since both teams now have three points in Group B after winning both of their opening games.
When will South Africa and Australia next play?
Australia’s final group game is against Afghanistan on Friday, 28 February in Lahore.
On Saturday, South Africa take on England in Karachi.

England face Afghanistan in Lahore on Wednesday, with the match due to start at 09: 00 GMT.
Both teams lost their opening match, against Australia and South Africa respectively.
