Abby Champion and Patrick Schwarzenegger are engaged.
The model, 28, and the 31-year-old actor wed in a private ceremony over the weekend at Coeur d’Alene, Idaho’s Gozzer Ranch country club.
Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, Patrick’s parents, Katherine and her husband Chris Pratt, were among the guests.
According to the Daily Mail, Greg and Laura, Abby’s parents, Greg and Laura, and Baskin, her model sister, were also present.
In 2015, Patrick and Abby first got engaged in 2023.
After receiving a role in the TV series The White Lotus, which was shot in Thailand, Patrick previously revealed that they should have tied knot sooner. However, their wedding was postponed.
He mentioned that he and Drew Barrymore got engaged a year and a half ago. And it was this fantastic thing that was happening at the time.
And I said, “Abby, I know we’re in this high of engagement, and we’re going to get married this year,” when I booked White Lotus a few days later.
“But we’ll have to push it,” he said. I’ve got White Lotus, and I’ll be shooting in Thailand for the next seven months. She was incredibly happy. She was delighted because she had a big fan.
Additionally, Patrick revealed that when they first met, Abby was actually on a date with a friend.
He claimed that “we met through.” She was actually on a date with a different friend of mine, and I attended the meeting.
Everything was “kosher per se,” the statement goes. And then she finally made it to a date, which I did for a while before she completely blew me away.
“Over the years, I just kept growing more and more in love with her, with the person she was becoming and the relationship was becoming.”
