In a recently revealed bombshell email exchange, convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein talks about Andrew with Landon Thomas Jr., a New York Times reporter, and makes claims that the former prince engaged in “consensual sex” with an Epstein employee.
A private email exchange claiming that the former Duke of York and one of Jeffrey Epstein’s employees had “consensual sex” has become a public as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is under increasing pressure to testify in court regarding the Epstein files has emerged.
The 65-year-old’s titles were removed last month as a result of King Charles III’s unprecedented decision, and all other Crown-related official patronages and military appointments were terminated. Andrew, who no longer adheres to the ‘His Royal Highness’ style, has also been ordered to move to a property on Norfolk’s Sandringham estate.
This upheaval comes after Andrew’s friendship with the late paedophile Epstein, who passed away in 2019, has sparked years of controversy. Most significantly, Virginia Giuffre, an Epstein whistleblower, claimed that Andrew had sex with her on three separate occasions while she was a teenage trafficking victim, and that she has vehemently denied any wrongdoing.
In his now-infamous 2019 Newsnight interview with Emily Maitlis, Andrew has consistently refuted these claims, saying, “I have no memory of ever meeting this lady, none at all.” Virginia, who passed away in April of this year, reiterated her claims in her posthumous memoir Nobody’s Girl, saying that he was “friendly enough but still entitled – as if he believed having sex with me was his birthright.”
An email exchange between Epstein and a former New York Times reporter, Landon Thomas Jr., which discusses Andrew, has gained attention this week as US lawmakers voted 427 to 1.

According to The Telegraph, Epstein wrote to Thomas Jr. in January 2015, warning him that he might be cleared of any guilt over accusations that his ex-girlfriend had traveled with him to have trafficked young women for sex. Epstein’s former life, which he fought with international elites, had long since completely lost its foundation.
He admitted guilt in 2008 to the state’s charges of soliciting prostitution with a minor under the age of 18 and both of those counts. The pedophile was four years away from his second arrest, this time facing federal charges for sex trafficking of minors in both Florida and New York, when this email exchange occurred.
Thomas Jr, who was advising Epstein at the time, wrote, “I believe the biggest issue is separating yourself from Andrew. I mean, I get the point where a statement might be helpful, but Andrew is keeping the story going, not Clinton and the rest.
The story lives on until you can come forward and address that, Thomas Jr wrote in an email to Epstein, which appears to point to a close relationship between the two. In the end, he and [redacted] had consensual sex. And [redacted] was successful for you. The atmospheres are what. You’ve advanced a lot! People don’t understand that and won’t accept it unless you say so themselves.
Thomas Jr. claimed Epstein hadn’t informed him that the employee had sex with Andrew, clarifying that he was repeating what he had been told in the news when contacted by the publication for comment. He continued, “She never told me that she had sex with Andrew.” I just read in the press that he had consensual sex with her, which is exactly what I said.
Last week, President Donald Trump called for the Justice Department and the FBI to “investigate Jeffrey Epstein’s involvement and relationship with Bill Clinton”. However, no Epstein survivor or associate has ever made any public allegations against the former president, who has denied having knowledge of the serious crimes committed by Epstein.
A Clinton Foundation spokesman told ABC News that the emails he sent and received were discovered by the House Oversight Committee last week, which included thousands of documents from Epstein’s estate. The rest is noise intended to obstruct shutdowns, backfiring elections, and whatnot.
Officials claim that the US could take lessons from King Charles and the UK’s “urgency” by sacking Andrew and removing Peter Mandelson, the former UK ambassador to Washington. Democratic Rep. Ro Khanna warned Andrew that he might be dragged before the House of Congress to give testimony while speaking outside the Capitol building alongside Republican Rep. Thomas Massie.
He added, “I do believe Prince Andrew needs to testify before our oversight committee, which can be bipartisan.” However, I agree with Massie that the urgency that the British people have shown to bring justice needs to be sparked by this urgency here in America.
Today (November 20) marks the formal deadline for Andrew to respond to a letter, sent by Representative Robert Garcia, of Congress’s House Oversight Committee, who has requested the royal partake in a “transcribed interview” regarding his established relationship with Epstein.
We request that you respond to the Committee’s interest by November 20, 2025, given the urgency and gravity of this matter. The House of Representatives’ principal oversight committee, the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
