Alleged Forgery: Absence Of Media House Stalls Sowore’s Arraignment

Due to the absence of the second defendant, Sahara Reporters, Omoyele Sowore and Sahara Reporters, their scheduled arraignment has been postponed to the Federal High Court, Abuja.

Justice Emeka Nwite was scheduled to appear in court on the charges of forgery, defamation, and alleged incitement to mutiny.

However, the court was informed that the court had not summoned the second defendant.

[Demolition] Court Requests Daniel to Present Property Documents Within Two Weeks

The prosecutor claimed that because the summons wasn’t ready, efforts to serve the second defendant through substituted means, including publishing it, had failed.

In response, Justice Emeka Nwite moved the hearing to September 15 for arraignment.
