
All the abducted students from the St. Mary’s Primary and Secondary School in Papiri, Niger State, according to the minister of information and national orientation, Mohammed Idris, have been released, according to the minister of information and national orientation, Mohammed Idris, on Sunday.
Idris referred to the release as a “fitting end to the year” and a triumphant and gratifying triumph for Nigeria.

The St. Mary’s Catholic School in Papiri, Niger State’s final day, which is staffed with 130 children and staff, is a fitting conclusion to the year.
The Federal Government can confirm that all 230 students who were abducted from the Catholic School, Papiri, have been freed, as it stands. In a statement he signed, he claimed that not a single pupil is still imprisoned.
The minister stated that the newly released 130 pupils would be reunited with their families after being handed over to the Niger State Government.
