Adam Collard, a former Love Island star, has acknowledged that his past “love rat” behaviors contributed to “bad karma” in his relationship with former sports presenter Laura Woods.

Adam Collard has revealed he blames his past actions for fiancee Laura Woods having a miscarriage. The former Love Island star admitted he believes his previous “love rat” persona brought “bad karma” on the pair.

The Geordie star, 29, confessed he believes his dating show antics on the likes of the ITV show – where he appeared twice – and Celebs Go Dating brought negative energy onto his current relationship. The gym owner is set to be put through his paces on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, taking part in a series of gruelling physical challenges.

Father-of-one Adam shared his thoughts during a new series interview. He addressed the audience by saying, “I know it’s a terrible way to look at it, but I thought it was bad karma for me to be on too many people’s dating shows.”

I thought that was some kind of high power saying, “Well, there you go, that’s what you have to carry.” I was just a cocky little p***k, jumping from girl to girl like a rat in love. I want to admonish the fact that I’m no longer that man.

The fitness enthusiast explained that it was the mental exam he desired when he explained why he had chosen to compete on the endurance show. Before I started Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, “he said,” I was busy. And let’s be honest, I think the show did the most for my mental health, and I think it did.

In October of this year, Adam and Laura began dating. They gave birth to their son Leo in April of that year and announced they were expecting their first child the following year.

The pair’s followers have been kept informed about their families’ lives, and Adam recently posted a sincere message on his social media account. He wrote at the time, “This is my life’s toughest year, 2024.”

He went on: “I’ve seen lot of amazing 2024 posts over the last few days… but if you’re struggling right now, remember that Instagram is a highlights reel, and if you’re struggling you aren’t alone.

“Struggled more than ever with my mental health. Lost a significant object. injured and slowed. Despite having an addiction to sleeping pills and painkillers, he defended it by claiming that it didn’t harm fitness or that it wasn’t booze.

“Began to be depressed.” anti-depressants that are prescribed. family gone. from a few friends who were dragged. I attempted to contact people, but I was unsuccessful. I felt defeated.

He acknowledged that his son and relationship were two things that made him optimistic. Laura gushed in response at the time. “Proud of you,” you say in the comments section. You’re going to be the most amazing father x.
