Hove Albion, Brighton &’s Pervis Estupinan has agreed to join Milan AC in a deal worth £17 million, with all other terms contingent until 2030.
Since joining Brighton from Villarreal in 2022, the Ecuadorian international defender has netted five goals in 104 games.
Before being eliminated from the Europa League by Roma in the last-16, Estupinan made up the squad that qualified for European football for the first time in their history in 2023.
The Seagulls finished eighth in the Premier League last season with 34 appearances made by the left-back.
Pervis has made a significant contribution to the club during his time at Brighton, according to Brighton head coach Fabian Hurzeler.
The 27-year-old made his first senior appearance in 2016, signing for Watford, but never made an English debut.
