4 dead, 11 injured in Taiwan knife attack

Following the death of three people and the injury of 11 in a knife and smoke grenade attack in Taipei, Taiwan’s president Lai Ching-te has mandated comprehensive security reforms. Before suffocating from a fall, Chang Wen, 27, set fires and struck several locations.
