On day two of the Para-Cycling World Championships, Britain won a third gold medal in the women’s B individual pursuit led by Jenny Holl and Sophie Unwin.

The British team’s new world record was broken by the duo’s remarkable effort to overcome a two-second deficit and defeat New Zealand’s Emma Foy and Jessie Hodges, rounding off a successful day in Rio de Janeiro.

Jody Cundy won the inaugural men’s C4 sprint title earlier in the evening, while James Ball and Steffan Lloyd won the men’s B 1km time trial.

Cundy, 47, won his 23rd world track gold medal against Belgium’s Jarno Thierens and Australia’s Michael Shipley in a stand-out performance.

The finish was also impressive for Ball and his pilot, who finished ahead of Australia’s Kane Perris and Luke Zaccaria, with Stefano Meroni and Francesco Ceci coming in third.

After failing to maintain her blistering start, Kadeena Cox, who finished behind Australia’s Tara Neyland, won the women’s C4 kilo.

Fin Graham won the men’s C3 1km time trial gold, and Lizzi Jordan and Dannielle Khan captured the bronze medals of Poland’s Karolina Karasiewicz and Dominika Putrya in the women’s B individual pursuit.

Blaine Hunt, who lost in the men’s C5 elimination race, was disappointed, though.

Molly Mae finally admits she has a nanny despite solo parenting complaints

In the second season of her critically acclaimed Prime Video program, Molly-Mae: Behind It All, Molly-Mae Hague discusses childcare.

Molly-Mae Hague has spoken for the first time about having a nanny – and explained why she kept it a secret from fans.

The influencer and former Love Island star has faced criticism from other parents for talking about the challenges she faces raising two-year-old Bambi on her own for most of the time as she no longer lives with on-off boyfriend Tommy. Last month there were claims she was getting childcare or a nanny when she was working on her business brand Maebe which led to claims she was being “inauthentic” and not telling the full story.

Speaking in-depth about it for the first time, she explains her reasoning to her dad Stephen in a scene from Season Two of Molly Mae: Behind It All. Talking with her dad about being away for a Maebe photoshoot, Molly-Mae says: “We’ve got Tommy when he can, and then obviously childcare at home on some of the days, I only kind of like doing two nights away maximum now. I think now she’s gotten older.”

Molly, 26, continues, “There’s always been some speculating about Bambi’s childcare and having a nanny, but I never really knew what it would turn out to be.” I suppose I just avoided it. I believe I was a little too afraid to discuss it in person.

“I just feel like I’ve caused this significant circumstance where people believe I’ve been truthful by not talking about it.” I do have assistance when I need it, and Tommy and I both work, but I regret not being open to it right away. I resisted speaking about it because I wanted to make any other mothers feel like they were invalid.

Her father tries to comfort her in response. Mum lives three hours away, Stephen says. I have full-time employment. You need support because you work but occasionally don’t live in the UK.

As you know, Molly says, “Obviously, as you know dad, it’s not round the clock care, like it’s just when we need it to work.” It has allowed me to continue working, grow my businesses, and also lead Bambi’s life while also being able to stay at home and be present with her while working, which is exactly what we both wanted to do.

“But I also understand that it isn’t typical.” I have a very, very special chance of having someone watch over me so that I can do these things and help grow my business.

The series’ launch of new clothing in the summer saw the majority of the Maebe products sell out on launch night because the Maebe brand is growing.

Molly-Mae and Bambi also have some heartwarming moments, such as when she serves her daughter as a waiter and another time when they feed ducks in a park together.

Elsewhere in the series, Molly says she hopes to move back in with boyfriend Tommy Fury by the end of the year but it does make her anxious to think about it.

She says, “I’m considering going there and putting all of my eggs in one basket again.” I can never predict what tomorrow will bring, so it’s obvious that it’s scary.

I just believe I have anxiety because I’m not sure if I’ll wake up and have a major problem to deal with. Because I’ve had a significant problem on my hands for a long time when I wake up.

Today (Saturday, October 18), Prime Video will exclusively stream episodes 1 through 3 of Series 2’s episodes of Molly-Mae: Behind It All. The last three episodes will be released in early 2026.

Molly Mae took anxiety medication as she struggled to cope with Tommy Fury issues

By the end of 2025, Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague are still going through things, but they still want to live together.

When she experienced severe anxiety, Molly-Mae Hague revealed that she had taken a prescription drug called beta blockers to help her deal with it.

The former Love Island star and businesswoman makes the revelation to a friend during the second season of Prime Video series Behind It All. She has a difficult phone call with partner Tommy Fury and puts the phone down on him when he is at an event.

And afterwards, Molly-Mae says: “Even though Tommy and I have been so much better and we’ve been getting to a much better place, there’s still things that trigger me so badly, like I hear the word alcohol, and I’m like, Oh, I mean, I’m tense, I’m shaking, I’m like, really anxious.

When Tommy and our relationship aren’t in top shape or when there is a problem, it’s just all that bothersome for me. I had a panic attack, and I was reportedly sick. Oh God, I was like, “This is not good.” Like, this is terrible, too.

“Because my body is actually not coping with the anxiety, not at all.” Yes, it was awful. because I was so anxious, I needed beta blockers.

Even though I’ve chosen to go away with her, I feel like “Oh, I’m doing it all,” and I’m just trying to navigate it as best I can, and kind of accepted it’s just part of the journey. “The past does affect me, especially when I’m away with Bambi.

Molly-Mae is engaged to Tommy after the couple met on Love Island in 2019. They become the most famous and celebrated romance from the ITV series.

However, Tommy and his daughter Bambi split in August of that year despite rumors that he had cheated, something he has always denied. They got married and had their daughter together.

Behind It All’s first season concentrated a lot on the breakup and subsequent attempts to mend the relationship. She admits in series two that she isn’t wearing the engagement ring he gave her because she “don’t feel quite ready.”

She also appears in the series claiming to be hoping to move back home with Tommy in Manchester and that she enjoys spending time with Bambi, but that she isn’t entirely committed to it.

She says: “Tommy and I in an ideal world, we wouldn’t be in two separate houses, and hopefully, maybe by the end of this year, we won’t be. I just don’t know what I’m gonna do about this house[her home in Manchester], because I definitely, definitely don’t want to sell it. I definitely don’t want to rent it out. I want the option of still coming here If I need to.

“The thought of putting all of my eggs in one basket again,” I thought. I can never predict what tomorrow will bring, so it’s obvious that it’s scary. I simply believe that I have anxiety because I’m not sure if I’ll wake up and have a major issue. Because I’ve had a significant problem on my hands for a long time when I wake up.

Tommy Fury, a boxer and TV star, admitted to having some alcohol issues in a January interview with Men’s Health. He claimed that while he used to train, he would occasionally hit the bottle and still get up early to play and feed Bambi.

He continued, “It’s not like I wake up in the morning and start drinking, but I’d rather think, “Why not go out” rather than spend the entire day in bed festering? I’d normally be in camp, but instead I’d just be hitting Guinness left and center and then shooting shots at night. I frequently drink to experience a blackout. That is what I believe really affected me.

Max Verstappen of Red Bull won the title race at the Grand Prix of the United States after Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri’s title rivals Lando Norris and Piastri won.

Verstappen moved ahead of Norris in Austin by 0.071 seconds at the top of the timesheets in the final lap of the session.

With six races left, Piastri was 0. 309 seconds behind his team-mate, who was 22 points clear of Norris.

Ferrari’s Nico Hulkenberg placed fourth, ahead of George Russell’s Mercedes and Fernando Alonso’s Aston Martin.

Carlos Sainz of Williams placed seventh, trailing Lewis Hamilton’s first-placed Ferrari in the flims.

Despite being 63 points clear of the leader, Verstappen’s pole position underlined McLaren’s belief that the Dutchman is still in contention for the title.

Following a revival by his Red Bull team, the four-time champion has won two of his previous three races and finished second in the other.

Verstappen praised the qualifying process, which was “quite close” throughout all the segments.

“It was just about attempting to piece everything together,” he said. Tomorrow in the sprint, I still anticipate a tough battle, but that’s exactly what we want to see, right?

The car can easily evade you at high speed because the track and wind are both very bumpy.

Since the start of practice, Piastri had appeared to be struggling in comparison to Norris, and he had been participating in all three qualifying sessions significantly.

Norris remarked, “It’s disappointing not to be on pole, but not unexpected that we’ve been a little slower than the Red Bull lately.

The difficulty of this track is “a few bits here and there that I could have improved on and a few bumps a little bit wrong.” Otherwise, everything is content.

A pretty scruffy lap, according to Piastri. simply didn’t quite piece together. I feel a little underprivileged to be third in some ways. The car moves at a good speed. It’s not particularly noteworthy; it’s just been a little messy; I’ll try to make things right tomorrow.

The winner of the sprint receives eight points, down one for eighth place.

Hulkenberg’s best Sauber performance of the season came from his first qualifying performance in the top 10 all year.

At the beginning of August, team-mate Gabriel Bortoleto was seventh in Hungary’s top grid position.

The German remarked, “Satisfied, happy, as you might imagine.” “P1 appeared to be too good to be true.” Although we weren’t sure if it was true, we were able to carry on that trend. This weekend, we can probably hold onto it.

Alonso’s sixth place on the Aston Martin grid was both impressive and impressive, surpassing his best grid position since he placed fifth in Hungary.

Only Verstappen and Hamilton could have done it, and the two-time champion was asked by his team to find a second in lap time for his final run.

Alonso remarked, “Definitely happy, ” “. One of the best qualifying events of the year is P6 for us. We try to keep two Ferraris and Williams as close as possible because we know they should be ahead.

“This year, I’ve been doing well, especially in qualifying,” I said. Sometimes we return to our natural positions during races. We continue to push, but it won’t be a season to remember.

Ferrari was struggling on the day, with Leclerc only 0. 6 seconds and almost a second behind.

Hamilton remarked, “That definitely wasn’t the pace we were anticipating. Q1 was looking good in the mirror and Q1 was looking good in the real world.

Verstappen’s pole position underlined McLaren’s belief that the Dutchman is still in title contention, despite being 63 points off the lead.

The four-time champion has won two of the past three races and finished second in the other following a revival by his Red Bull team.

“It’s been a nice qualifying, throughout all the segments it was quite close,” Verstappen said.

“It was just about trying to put it all together. I still expect it to be a tough battle tomorrow in the sprint but that’s exactly what we want to see, right?

“The wind is very gusty and the track is very bumpy so the car can easily step out on you in the high speed.”

Piastri had looked to be struggling compared with Norris since the start of practice and was a good chunk off the Briton in all three qualifying sessions.

Norris said: “Disappointed not to be on pole but not a surprise for us to be just a bit slower than the Red Bull lately.

“A little couple of bits here and there I could have improved on and caught a few bumps a little bit wrong, that’s the difficulty of this track. Otherwise, all happy.”

Piastri said: “A pretty scruffy lap. Just didn’t really get it together. In some ways, I feel a bit fortunate to be third. The pace in the car is good. It’s nothing major, just been a bit of a messy lap and hopefully I can tidy it up tomorrow.”

The sprint offers eight points for the winner down to one for eighth place.

The stand-out performance in qualifying came from Hulkenberg, the first time he has qualified in the top 10 all year, and the best Sauber performance of the season.

Their previous top grid position was seventh for team-mate Gabriel Bortoleto in Hungary at the start of August.

“Satisfied, happy, as you might imagine,” the German said. “P1 looked too good to be true. We weren’t sure if it was the real deal but we were able to continue that trend. Hopefully we can hang on to it this weekend.

Alonso’s sixth place on the grid was Aston Martin’s best grid position since he was fifth in Hungary and also impressive.

The two-time champion was asked by his team to find a second in lap time for his final run, and he found exactly that – only Verstappen and Hamilton matched that feat.

“Definitely happy,” Alonso said. “P6 for us is one of the best qualifying of the year. We have two Williams and Ferraris behind and we know they should be in front and we try to keep them behind as long as possible.

“I have been performing well this year, especially in qualifying. In the races we fall back to our natural position some times. It will not be a season to be remembered but we keep pushing.”

Ferrari had a difficult day – Hamilton was nearly a second off the pace and 0.069secs ahead of Leclerc.

Hamilton said: “That was definitely not the pace we were expecting. It was looking good in practice and Q1 was looking decent and then it started to fall away from us.”

Gemma Collins fell to the floor after suffering worrying medical emergency

Gemma Collins revealed how she recently experienced a painful fall while traveling with her partner Rami Hawash, and how she discovered a shocking diagnosis after a scan.

Gemma Collins has recalled how she fell to the floor after suffering from severe pain. The former The Only Way Is Essex star was terrified after she fell to the floor in pain.

She considered going to the hospital because she was concerned, but when she called her GP, they sent a doctor over to check her and she was diagnosed with a surprise diagnosis that explained all of her symptoms.

“My gallbladder had an attack,” I said. Because I have to take a moment to think about it all, I’m not sure if it’s linked because they say it can be linked but that’s not always the case. I was in excruciating pain as we traveled for Rami’s 50th birthday, she said.

Because it was his 50th birthday and we were taking off the following day, I took him to a Ferrari day. He was going round the track, and I fell to the ground. And I was like, “Whoa, I’m in pain.” I then realized I’d have to get in A&amp, E.

She added to the Mail: “I called my doctor and he said, ‘let me come to your house scan you’. When he scanned me, it was gallstones. But gallstones, this is where I’m not 100 per cent convinced at the minute, gallstones, everyone can have gallstones and they can flare up at any time. You know, I was in such pain.

“I’ve got the medication that’s helping me right now.” I remember agonizing when I realized that I wasn’t going to make it to Cyprus. However, you know the doctors were excellent, and I’m currently receiving pain relief, so we’ll just have to wait and see how it turns out.

Gemma previously mentioned how much she changed since losing weight. She claimed that all she ever wanted to do was look “natural,” and that this was all she ever wanted to do.

I really don’t know what has happened to me. I really don’t. It has just started to creep on me. However, there haven’t been any minor adjustments in a year. She said on Instagram, “I don’t know if it’s been since I’ve been losing weight.

As you may well know, I’ve always had a fuller face. My eyes do my best to have a smile. I still want to look natural. However, this is inadvertent. What has occurred? Although I’m 44, this is reaching levels I had no idea it would.
