Oasis fans are hopeful of the possibility of a “pre-tour show” before the band’s sold-out global tour kicks off. “It gives not just the band an opportunity to warm up and possibly fine tune the setlist, but also allows the production crew to battle test things like lighting/video queues and changes in the mix prior to taking the show on the road.

“If this happens I imagine it’ll be lottery type deal on tickets and it will be announced very early on the day of the show. “

Another fan expressed their hopers that Oasis “do something similar to this. “

The original poster chimed in: “I guess it does make sense from the production side of things. It would also be a great sneak peak of what’s to come and to finally see the two of them on stage together publicly. “

Another fan floated the idea of using a ballot system for tickets if a warm-up gig were to happen, claiming it was ‘almost certain’ despite no official word from the band.
