As she posted a giddy message on Instagram ahead of her close friend’s wedding, Davina McCall struggled to keep her excitement up about the DJ Fat Tony’s wedding.

Davina McCall shared a heartfelt message to her close pal and renowned DJ Fat Tony, as he is set to walk down the aisle surrounded by close friends and family. The DJ, 58, is due to marry his partner Stavros in just a few hours later today.

And this may explain why the presenter turned documentary maker, 57, could not contain her joy. In a video posted by the DJ on. his Instagram page, an excited Davina said: “Oh my God, Tony, Stavros I am so excited because the forecast for Saturday is amazing!”

She continued, “I’m so happy for you guys. I’m so excited. In this brand-new and wonderful phase of your life, I’m so happy to welcome you both.

The former Big Brother host continued: “And I’m just sending you both so much love. I hope you’re not too stressed – I don’t think you will be.”

We adore you both so much, and we are really looking forward to celebrating with you both on Saturday. She continued to add, “Love you, bye.”

We love you @davinamccall @mdlondon and all of our family and friends on Saturday, according to Tony in his message to Davina.

Following a romantic break in New York in October 2023, DJ Fat Tony, whose real name is Tony Marnach, proposed to Stavros.

Stavros agreed right away, and Tony shared his happiness on Instagram shortly after the event took place in the iconic Central Park.

When he said, “When you find true happiness in life, never let it go,” I can honestly say that I am the happiest I’ve ever been.

He continued, “I went to this magical fountain in Central Park and asked the man who had helped me discover that he could be loved and how too love to marry me and make me whole, and he said YES, I’m so overjoyed.

Singer Paloma Faith penned: “Congratulations to you both you make me sick.” And This Morning host Alison Hammond said: “Congratulations such wonderful news.”

Tony and Gemma Collins, Claire Sweeny, and Jade Jagger’s eldest daughter, Gemma Collins, partied the night away for their stag do earlier this month.

According to reports, the event took place at a Mayfair speakeasy bar known for its live music and burlesque shows.

James Martin, one of Britain’s best-known chefs, has been a host of TV cooking shows for over 20 years. He has since admitted that his weekly routine frequently makes him get slammed.

James further explained the therapeutic nature of gardening, especially for someone with OCD tendencies, which he suggests many chefs may have: “The thing is a garden keeps you busy, which is great if you have OCD – as most chefs probably do.”

He concluded by highlighting the advantages of multitasking for his philosophy: “You finish a task and it’s an accomplishment. Being present gives me time to think, and being dyslexic makes it easier for me to think when I’m not working.

James has previously opened up about his struggles with dyslexia. During a chat with Kaye Adams on his BBC Radio Scotland show, he admitted that despite his years of cooking and presenting, he still finds it challenging at times.

He said, “Weirdly, I can cook and talk at the same time, but presenting is still really challenging. Since I’m severely dyslexic, I find it difficult to read anything from an autocue. If I can cook and chat, I’ll feel at home.

Matt Baker, a former The One Show host, also has dyslexia, and James is not the only person who struggles with it. Matt revealed in an interview with OK! that his dyslexia makes him more interested in hands-on tasks.

He said, “I’m very practical because I’m dyslexic. Reading is not really what I enjoy doing. Painting and making things are my favorites. I’m not sure what it’s like to have dyslexia. I was asked to read aloud when I was younger, and I never felt more fear.

He said that finding the balance is really important because this has evolved over time. He continued:” There was a time when I feel like people were not presenting their true selves.

“I believe that more people are doing that right now, or maybe it’s just the people I follow. That’s the beauty of social media: my version of it is completely different from someone else’s. For me, it was really important to be as authentic as I could be and show people.

Knowing the details I’m sharing is a true reflection of who I am and who we are as a family or who we are as a band, but it’s finding the balance between allowing people to access my life and preserving some sort of privacy. It’s really important. “

The band has 19 Top 10s, 21 Top 40s, two Top 1 albums, and nine Top 40 albums all in one album. But how does he handle such high success standards? “I believe all of these things have been gearing up for me, ready to tackle the difficult task of writing Paddington, which is undoubtedly a different kind of responsibility. Everything I’ve ever worked on has been like my own project and my own characters, and I’ve only got myself to kind of disappoint.

“Whereas with Paddington, everybody loves Paddington. Everybody knows him all around the world. So suddenly feeling that I am responsible for that. Yes, definitely had moments of feeling overwhelmed, but also just what an honour. Of all of the songwriters on this planet who would have lept to have written this musical, it was my phone that rang and they asked me, I just can’t believe, I still can’t believe it.”

Tom expressed his desire for the lyrics to sound justice to the audience. However, he and his family sat down to watch Paddington 2 the night before he received the call during the first coronavirus lockdown, which was a spooky turn of events. “It felt like stars were aligned”, he said. ” As a dad, I can really relate to what these stats have shown, “Tom said. “I think that is one of the things that has left to seeing an increase in kids that are deficient in calcium and vitamin D. Now being able to put my children’s author hat on and rework the Humpty Dumpty nursery rhyme, hopefully to raise awareness for what I think is a fun way of highlighting a very serious issue.

Making one or two small adjustments is relatively simple, such as replacing one or more sugary snacks with a yoghurt that is rich in calcium and vitamin D. Hopefully, this will be something that parents can read the information from Yoplait and get all the information on the stats. “

Today, the DJ, real name Tony Marnach, 58, will be waltzing down the aisle with Stavros, 32, after Fat Tony popped the question in October 2023 during a romantic trip to New York. The star, who told his Instagram followers he was the ‘happiest he’d ever been’ since his partner accepted his proposal, was joined earlier this month by close friends Gemma Collins, Claire Sweeney and Jade Jagger at his star-studded stag do ahead of his eagerly awaited nuptials.

Venue – and touching reason behind choice

Tony previously opened up about his wedding venue, revealing his heartfelt choice of church honours people he knew who sadly died of HIV and AIDS in the ’80s and ’90s.

The DJ and Stavros will wed in a West London church, which Tony said cared for those who had died of AIDS when ‘no-one else would’. He explained: “There’s a church in Earl’s Court,” he explained. “When we died of AIDS, no one else would touch us because they didn’t want to bury us into the ground. We weren’t allowed to be buried.

“We had to be burned. This church was the only place that had love and compassion for our community. I want to get married there because, for me, it’s full circle. It’s for everybody that didn’t make it to that point.”

Having spun the decks all over the world at some of the glitziest clubs, Tony has amassed a legion of loyal fans, many of whom are celebrities.

Tony revealed that Karma Chameleon star, Boy George, will be his best man when he ties the knot today.

Boy George once referred to his pal as the “the pied piper” of the late ’80s and early ’90s rave scene when they were both big hitters in the London club scene.

Explaining he’d given his best pal the honour of being his best man, Tony teased while chatting to Chatting to comedians James Barr and Dan Hudson on the A Gay and A Nongay podcast: “My best man is Boy George. I asked him the other day because he’s one of my oldest friends in life and he’s been through so much with me, and he’s a complete c***.“

Bespoke designer suits

With access to some of the world’s most in-demand fashion designers, it’s no surprise Tony and Stavros will be wearing bespoke suits from an iconic French fashion house.

Revealing that he and Stavros will be sporting bespoke suits rom Dior, Tony said on the podcast: “Dior will be doing the suits.“

Star-studded guest list

Fat Tony and Stavros’ guest list reads like a who’s who of British pop culture. Along with Kate, Claire, Gemma and Boy George, Alison Hammond, David and Victoria Beckham, David Furnish, and Jedward are also expected to attend.

There are bound to be plenty more celebrities getting dressed to impress for the nuptials too, as Tony counts those, including David Walliams, Becky Hill, Davina McCall and Lulu to Maya Jama as his pals.

After the star-studded ceremony, the celebration will move to an upscale West End hotel, with Aussie icon Kylie Minogue taking the stage.

Revealing the I Should Be So Lucky star will be singing for his guests, Tony confirmed: “Kylie is gonna sing. She already said it. Yeah, believe it or not.“

Giving their take on having the pint-sized pop princess perform at the nuptials, a source told The Sun: “As for having Kylie singing at their evening do, it’s iconic,” the source added. “Tony and Stavros have put a lot of thought into their big day and it’s going to be one to remember. Their wedding photos will go down in history.”
