I’m A Celeb star has been secretly swiping other campmates’ things says axed Eddie Kadi

Items have been missing, and Ruby Wax, I’m A Celeb’s most recent evictee, is to blame, according to the article’s author!

TV presenter Ruby Wax has been secretly pinching other campmates’ belongings in the jungle, according to Eddie Kadi. He said that Ruby “doesn’t care” and has been taking items such as socks, boots and water bottles. He said: “Vogue has lost all her socks and Ruby has taken them. She showed me, she’s like, ‘I got her socks. So what? I like it’.

She apparently once took Vogue’s boots. Because of how she was moving, you could tell. Ruby, it’s obvious one of your boots is too long, I thought. She says, “Just keep walking,” she replies. Your job is to “keep walking,” you say.

Because she has so much stuff in her bags, I believe it to be her. She will depart with everything. She’s leaving the jungle with her. She doesn’t care, he continued. She has a lot of freedom. He claimed he also clocked her with Vogue’s water bottle after she became the second contestant to leave the jungle.

He acknowledges that we had a conversation at the tree house. She began drinking from a water bottle that read “Vogue,” and I responded, “Rose, that’s Vogue’s bottle.” Oh, dear, she said. Oh no, please. She’ll be fine, I promise. She won’t pass away. However, Ruby resembles the Queen Mother. Because we all want to look after her, Ruby has freedom to do whatever she wants. However, we are all falling for the falsehood that she is simultaneously a youth.

She opposes being viewed as elderly. She says, “I’m with you guys,” and that’s it. He also has a suspicion that she may have brought in some contraband. But he acknowledges, “Yes, but obviously I wasn’t brave enough to say it in front of her face.” I’m attempting to survive. He even inquired as to whether she had been concealing it on her person.

He continues, “If you watch how Ruby dresses up in the camp, I have one look at her. She has one of her pants long, and she tucks it in her sock.” She therefore appears to be an Asbo grandma. Ruby resembles the grandma you use to shoplift.

Eddie also dismissed rumours of a romance between Aitch and Shona McGarty, after the rapper confessed to having a soft spot for the EastEnders actress. He said: “Aitch and Shona? You do realise Aitch has a soft spot for me? More than Shona. Did you see him massaging me?

Peter Kay gives devastating Billy Connolly health update

Billy Connolly, a comedy hero, is in good health, according to Peter Kay.

Comedian Peter Kay has revealed he speaks to his hero Billy Connolly but the says the Scottish stand up is “not doing so well”. Kay was asked about his comic heroes and told how he is lucky enough to have met all of them, including Connolly.

Connolly was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 2013 and retired from live performances five years later. Kay said: “ I met Billy Connolly. I still keep in touch with Billy Connolly now and he’s not so good now, but he would still message and that. I think a lot of comedians in this country would not be doing what they did if it weren’t for him. I think so much of it is influenced by him, heavily. Amazing.”

His comments were met with enthusiastic applause at the Manchester Lyric Theatre as part of a Radio 2 special that aired tonight. Kay also mentioned a lovely exchange with another comedy hero. He continued, “I have met them all, and I have been really lucky.” Ronnie Barker and I met. I used to watch Porridge, but I’d always adored it so much. Oh. Anyway, I sent him a letter back. Porridge was something I mentioned and how important it was to me.

I thought, “Who’s written to me from prison? ” when the letter came in and said “prison.” And when I opened it, he had written to me in character as Norman Fletcher, and it was Her Majesty’s Prison Slade. And he wrote about nicking this paper from the library when MacKay wasn’t looking and Barrowclough, and he also wrote that this two-page letter was all about being in prison.

Kay loves meeting Billy Joel, who he adores, and is a huge music fan. He stated to Sara Cox on Radio 2 that he had always loved Billy Joel and that he had released a four-track EP, Uptown Girl, My Life, Still Rock and Roll to Me, and Just the Way You Are, which he had delivered from town on bonfire night in 1983. I was utterly delighted.

You kind of connect with him because my father liked him and I liked him. I’d seen him live, I’d traveled up and down to London on the coach to see him, and in 2007 he went on a tour, I attended every show, and we just really got along.

Then, when I went to X Records and saw the LPs, I went in and said, “Hey, if I bring me LPs, would you sign them,” the maddest thing.” And he responded, “yes, no problem.”

So I brought them all up to Glasgow and sat in his dressing room, where he wrote, “This one shouldn’t have been made,” and that this was divorce number one. He wrote, “I like this one, this isn’t bad,” and, oh, I treasure them a lot.

Peter Kay was speaking on Radio 2 about his new book, “Peter Kay’s Diary: The Monthly Memoir of a Boy From Bolton.” Additionally, he has expanded his tour, and money raised from his Better Late Than Never performances will go toward 12 cancer charities for the final performances in the year.

He also discussed his struggle to lose weight during the interview with Sara Cox.

Kay, 52, responded, “Only for the first 48 years, and they lied,” when Sara inquired about his previous attempts to lose weight. Yes, I eventually had to because, you don’t think about your health and other things like that? But I tried everything, including weight-loss organizations in flames. At one point, I did quite well.

Sutton’s predictions v Tailenders host Felix White

When Aston Villa travel to Brighton on Wednesday for their fourth successive Premier League game, should Unai Emery’s side alter the way they’ve been scoring goals?

“There is apparently some debate about whether Villa’s xG (expected goals) is unsustainable because they are scoring from long range, but that’s nonsense”, said BBC Sport football expert Chris Sutton.

Are you seriously going to tell Villa’s players not to shoot right away because of xG because they have good players who can shoot from the edge of the box? Give me a break”.

Sutton is anticipating AI, BBC Sport readers, and a host of other guests for all 380 Premier League games this season.

For the midweek fixtures in week 14, he takes on musician, author and Fulham fan Felix White.

The Maccabees and 86TVs are White’s guitarist. His new book ‘ Whatever will be, will be: A Matter of Life and Football ‘ is out now.

Do you concur with their evaluations? You can make your own predictions below.

The tables and scoreboards at the bottom of this page feature the most widely used scoreline for each game.

Felix White performs with The Maccabees for a 6 Music Steve Lamacq session

White’s book follows his journey through the 2024-25 FA Cup campaign from the extra-preliminary round to the final at Wembley.

White told BBC Sport, “It all started accidentally when I was on tour with 86TVs at Kendal Calling in the Lake District.”

“I was having a weird day and, probably like many people reading this, when I am feeling like that I quite often go and find football or cricket. Watching it just airbrushes me, and it only alters my way of thinking about the world.

” I saw Penrith were playing down the road and we weren’t on stage until after 6pm, so I worked out I’d just have enough time to get back afterwards. I was able to feel like I was watching football for the first time when I watched the game on their ground, which is set against hills.

“Anyway, I realised at the end that I couldn’t get a taxi back to the festival so I had a bit of a panic, and I ended up getting a lift with a guy called Billy Williams, who turned out to be the chairman of Penrith.

The FA Cup is a rather profound kind of framework, from a literary point of view, and all these stories came out when I was driving with him.

“Because of what it means to people, I realised this was an adventure where I could write a book telling a story not just about English football, but about England itself”.

Chris Bevan spoke with BBC Sport’s Chris Sutton and Felix White.

Premier League predictions

What data are gathered from this quiz?

It’s challenging to begin with with this one. Both teams suffered bad defeats at the weekend for different reasons.

With a 3-2 defeat at Sunderland, Bournemouth gave up a two-goal lead, which they have since lost three of their previous four games.

At 2-2, Evanilson had a goal disallowed for offside when he tapped in a deflected cross which looked like it was heading in anyway. I was pondering whether I would have behaved similarly to a striker, and yes, I would. Single-mindedness is what I’d call it.

Everton must surely do better defensively than they did against Newcastle, who lost 4-1. I just didn’t expect to see them capitulate like that.

Maybe one of Everton’s less-than-prolific strikers will finally find the net because Bournemouth have started to leak a few goals recently, but I don’t believe the Cherries will win.

Sutton’s prediction: 2-1

class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″>Felix’s prediction: By the end of the season, these two teams will be level and finish quite close to each other in the table, in eighth or ninth place, or something similar. I feel like they will closely matched on Tuesday, too. 1 1

What data are gathered from this quiz?

I am at this game for 5 Live. Felix, who I predicted against on the FPL Podcast last week, is the one I know will win the game for Fulham. I really like him and enjoy listening to Tailenders, but I regret to say he’s going to get this prediction wrong.

Fulham’s home form this season probably gives Felix some hope but their record against City is absolutely awful.

In the entire history of English football, City have scored 54 goals and conceded just seven goals in their last 18 meetings, which is the longest winning run by a team against any opponent in the country.

I covered City against Leeds on Saturday and they got lucky, while away from home they have lost three times already.

There is no way they won’t win this game given the run they are having against Fulham, though.

Sutton’s prediction: 0-2

class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″>Felix’s prediction: I’ll only make this prediction from my heart, not my mind. We have beaten a lot of big teams recently, but we haven’t beaten City for a long time, especially at the Cottage. Similar to how we defeated Liverpool in April, this time around, and in a completely different way.

So, City are going to go 1-0 up then we will score three. We will continue to fight them for ten minutes while they will nick one back before they will nick one back. 3-2

Felix on Fulham: Due to the table’s current tightness, it’s been a strange season, with one bad result making everyone worried about relegation while a few positive ones, like the one we recently had, making you think, “Oh we’re only five points away from being fifth.”

What data are gathered from this quiz?

Tottenham boss Thomas Frank needs a result. When he was at Brentford, he seemed so at ease, but now he just appears to be under pressure.

Frank saying the supporters who booed Guglielmo Vicario after his mistake against Fulham “can’t be true Tottenham fans” underlines the friction he is feeling at the moment, but he does have a point about the effect that has.

As a player who has received numerous booes over the years, I can assure you that it doesn’t have a positive effect on your performance. Being serious, though, I just don’t get it – it just creates negativity.

Although Newcastle have found some form in the last week, this is not a pleasant trip at all, the Spurs players will likely be relieved to be playing away after that.

Tottenham have already lost at St James ‘ Park this season in the Carabao Cup, and I am going for a repeat result, by the same scoreline.

Sutton’s prediction: 2-0

class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″>Felix’s prediction: It feels like Newcastle are just starting to go through the gears. In contrast, Spurs will struggle due to the number of games they have won and the current standing. 3-0

What data are gathered from this quiz?

Chelsea were down to 10 men for an hour on Sunday so I was a little bit surprised Arsenal did not go for it more.

Mikel Arteta, the Gunners’ boss, has been subjected to valid criticism in the past for being too antagonistic, and I don’t believe they chose to play the jugular at Stamford Bridge.

If it was 11 versus 11 then a 1-1 draw there is not a bad result at all, because Chelsea are a good team, but are Arsenal making the most of these opportunities? I’m not sure.

Still, I think they will bounce back and beat Brentford, and I can see them getting a few goals this time.

I don’t believe it will work, despite the fact that the Bees will try to hit them with balls in behind for Igor Thiago.

Sutton’s prediction: 3-0

Felix’s prediction: Arsenal are going to win, right? They just look so professional and so solid.

They will be absolutely cruising in the title race until February or March, when Manchester City, Chelsea, or whatever it is, might feel the pressure. I can see them losing a game or two then, but only if anyone is still close to them.

However, I don’t see anyone trying to beat them right now. 2-0

What data are gathered from this quiz?

Villa are playing well right now but this is a tough trip for them and with their heavy schedule it might be a game too far.

Brighton are also in excellent form, particularly at home. Their boss Fabian Hurzeler has done a great job there.

I’m going to back the Seagulls because they have strong squad and plenty of firepower.

Sutton’s prediction: 2-1

class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″>Felix’s prediction: Brighton are in really good form. Villa are also playing, but I believe they might as well be here. 2-1

What data are gathered from this quiz?

Oliver Glasner lamented the Eagles’ failure to sign players over the summer, and Manchester United did not do well against Crystal Palace on Sunday.

When a manager does that, I start to wonder how long he will hang around. You have to leave when your stock is high, and Glasner’s is one of them right now, I understand.

He is right, though, because their squad is stretched. Glasner must have been listening to the Monday Night Club because I’ve been complaining about how they’re going to be a cropper since there isn’t much depth there.

I still think Palace will win this game though, because Burnley are in a bit of bother.

With five minutes left on Saturday, Scott Parker’s side struggled to score enough goals, so it was a real blow for them to score level with Brentford and still not receive anything.

I have a feeling they will battle away here too, and then see Palace sneak it late on.

Sutton’s prediction: 0-1.

Felix’s prediction: Palace also have played loads of games and I had a feeling they would struggle against Manchester United before they lost on Sunday. However, I still believe they will prevail in this one. It feels like Burnley ship goals at the end of games, because they don’t quite last the pace. 1- 3

Felix on being at Wembley when Palace won last season’s FA Cup: I had so many mad journeys and adventures in the book, and it almost became about finding the game that had the story behind it that had nothing to do with football, but was about the people I met or even me personally.

However, I must admit that the Palace fandom at Wembley is unquestionably the most authentic religious experience I’ve ever witnessed.

The sense that they were doing something by winning their first major trophy that their parents or grandparents who supported Palace couldn’t see, was incredible. Because I was searching for the magic of the FA Cup, I found it right there, which perfectly captured the essence of the book. Even talking about it now, I still get shivers.

What data are gathered from this quiz?

On Sunday, Wolves actually played well against Aston Villa, but they still fell behind.

There are six months of the season left to play but, let’s face it, they’ve had it.

There is no way Rob Edwards can save them from this situation because they still only have two points from their first 13 games.

They could bring in Pep Guardiola, Sir Alex Ferguson and Jose Mourinho – three of the great Premier League managers – and they still wouldn’t keep them up.

However, wolves do have a reason to play. I didn’t think any team could be as bad as Robbie Savage’s Derby County side that went down with a record Premier League low of 11 points in 2007-08, so beating that total is maybe their only aim now.

Sean Dyche had a bit of a sickener after making such a strong start there with a win over Brighton on Sunday.

His team should be too streetwise for Wolves, though.

Sutton’s prediction: 0-1.

class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″>Felix’s prediction: At the moment, it’s difficult to see Wolves winning. 1-2

What data are gathered from this quiz?

Leeds lumped it in the second half against Manchester City and it almost got them a point.

They were fortunate to be still playing at halftime, but Daniel Farke deserves praise for making the substitutions and changing the system because he has been accused of not being proactive enough during games.

As lively as Leeds were, they still ended up empty-handed, however, and it means they really need something here.

You can be sure they will try it, but once more, it will be difficult for them to extract anything from a formidable Chelsea side.

There might be a bit of an edge to this one, because going back to my time as a Chelsea player there was always a rivalry here.

I’m hoping for the same result, which is a Chelsea win, but I don’t think it will be as sour and tumble as it was when these teams met in the 1970 FA Cup final.

Sutton’s prediction: 0-2

class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″>Felix’s prediction: I am going to call a mad one here for the sake of it. 1- 1-0

What data are gathered from this quiz?

I incorrectly predicted Liverpool’s defeat at West Ham over the weekend.

Instead of Mo Salah, it was a case of ‘ No Salah ‘ after he was left out for their 2-0 win. Because Salah is unaffected by any other player’s lack of performance, I didn’t mind seeing it because I didn’t care.

I was wrong about Sunderland too, but that won’t surprise anyone.

We are at a point where I’m considering whether to give Black Cats fans a favor and recommend that I tip them to lose once more because we all know what happens when I do that: they win.

I actually think they will give a good account of themselves at Anfield and it would not surprise me at all to see them going there and winning – I really mean that, too, because we’ve all seen how capable Regis le Bris ‘ side are.

However, I’ll continue to choose Liverpool. I don’t think they can be as bad as they were in their last two home games, against Nottingham Forest and PSV Eindhoven.

Sutton’s prediction: 2-1

class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> e5tfeyi3″>Felix’s class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> prediction: class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> Last class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> week, class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> Sunderland class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> allowed class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> us class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> to class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> have class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> a class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> lot class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> of class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> the class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> ball class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> at class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> Craven class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> Cottage. class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> It class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> was class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> like class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> they class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> were class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> thinking class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> they class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> could class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> sting class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> us class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> on class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> the class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> counter-attack class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> but class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> they class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> almost class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> looked class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> like class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> they class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> were class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> going class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> to class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> get class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> found class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> out. class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> I class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> can’t class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> believe class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> Liverpool class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> won’t class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> take class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> the class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> same class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> as class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> we class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> did class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> 20 class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> or class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> more class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> chances. class=”ssrcss-1xjjfut-BoldText e5tfeyi3″> 2-0

What data are gathered from this quiz?

Manchester United fought back to beat Crystal Palace on Sunday but they didn’t really deserve it.

You could say the same about West Ham, but they are still a basket case of a club.

How can I predict what Ruben Amorim’s side will do? No one can. I can’t get my head around them.

They are unsupported in this situation, nor is West Ham. The Hammers pushed Liverpool close on Sunday, but they did not really threaten very much despite the Reds being so vulnerable defensively at the moment.

Although I am already aware that I will be mistaken about this game, there won’t be many goals.

In fact, I wish I didn’t have to make a prediction here, but I’ve been told I have to.

Sutton’s prediction: 2-0

Felix’s prediction: I’d say Nuno Espirito Santo receives a point. 0-0

How did Sutton do last time?

Chris was uninvolved in the weekend’s three-way tie for first place.

He got three correct results with no exact scores from the 10 games in week 13, for a total of 30 points.

Instead, AI, the BBC readers, and rapper Kofi Stone, Chris’ guest, won.

LadBaby’s Mark and Rox eye up Mariah Carey for sixth Christmas number one as they launch surprising product range

They have five Christmas number ones and have over 13 million social media followers. Eight children’s books have been written by them, and charity donations totaling incredibly close to a million dollars have been raised. However, Nottingham-based content creators Mark Hoyle and LadBaby’s Rox have humble beginnings.

When our first child was born, Mark, 38, says, “We had just £20 to our name at one point.” Prior to joining advertising, he and Rox the Hoyles had worked in advertising. Phoenix, a nine-year-old, and Kobe, a seven-year-old, are the couple’s two children. We’ll never forget how awful it feels to be without everything. When Phoenix was born, Rox had to give up her job because Rox was the breadwinner. That put us in a financial strain. The bill payments were difficult for us. At the end of the month, when everything came out, we had practically nothing.

In 2016, Mark launched LadBaby, a funny video production company. The popularity of the platform has increased exponentially. He claims, “I was already wrapping Rox up, and I just do it on camera.”

Indeed, two years later in 2018, supported by legions of fans, the couple recorded and released We Built This City, a charity parody of Starship’s song, with lyrics changed to “we built this city on sausage rolls”. It was the first of five consecutive Christmas number ones for them, all of which donated proceeds to The Trussell Trust food banks.

In 2021 came a charity collaboration with Elton John and Ed Sheeran: Sausage Rolls For Everyone. “Elton and Ed were amazing. They totally understood what we were doing, they understood the importance of the charity. They came along and were willing to sing silly lyrics that we’d written about sausage rolls. And you know, it’s quite a moment. It’s something you never forget. I watched The Lion King all the time growing up, and here I was singing with the man who did all those songs I loved as a child.”

They still have a relationship with Ed. He has invited us to a few football games together over the past few years to watch his team play my team, Mark says.

Will there be more number ones? “Never say never,” says Rox, 41. “We’re only a couple of years away from our 10 year anniversary. I’m trying to get hold of Mariah Carey. She’s never had a Christmas number one. I think this is the collab that the world needs. All I Want For Christmas is Sausage Rolls.” Mark adds: “I’d love to see Mariah look at a sausage roll and wonder what the hell it is. They don’t have ’em in America.”

You have to believe that the family will be playing their own music on Christmas Day, but don’t forget Mariah. “Why not, hey? Watching yourself is cringe, isn’t it? particularly because I’m unable to sing. However, the kids enjoy watching the videos. They dance and sing along when we set them up on the television in the room.

Your own music video, or five, is a really cool thing to have as a family. Rox goes on to say, “We never anticipated what they did.” Because the first song never reached number one at the beginning, I have a soft spot for it. We assisted in getting the song’s original authors a number one.

However, Mark and Rox have just released a new range of sauces, Dinner’s Ready, with flavors influenced by some of Britain’s favorite meals, keeping LadBaby’s attention in the kitchen and away from the studio. There is indeed sausage roll sauce. The Trussell Trust will receive a donation of 10p per sale. “Yes, we’ve already raised a lot of money.” However, it saddens me that things are still like in the UK. And that’s the heartbreaking part. According to Rox, “Food banks are the busiest they’ve ever been.”

There is a myth about the people who use food banks. Not just the homeless, though. People of average income cannot afford their bills. And it’s not their fault because everything has increased and taxes have increased. According to Mark, “There is evidence that many food banks have had to alter their opening times so that customers can go there before 9 and after 5 so they can go there around work.”

Rox and Mark, long-time supporters of the Mirror’s Pride of Britain, are future-proofing for the children too. “It’s a family business that hopefully one day we can hand down to our kids to give them a helping hand,” says Mark.

The couple anticipates Christmas. “I enjoy cooking, but I’m not good.” I’ve been waiting ten years, but Rox says she’s finally done it. You’ll be surprised if you see that I also make sausage rolls, Mark adds. It’s a little tradition since I used to do it on Christmas Day with my parents. I think my life seems to revolve around sausage rolls”!
