Ben Griffin, an American golfer, claims he “overdosed” on creatine just before the BMW Championship’s final round.
Griffin, a Ryder Cup contender, claims he unintentionally ingested a “large rock” of the supplement in his water bottle.
The 29-year-old described feeling “very shakey” and “having tremors.”
He threw the first hole’s par-four, then he hit his tee shot out of bounds on the second hole.
The first three holes saw the world number 17 shoot a one-under par 69, including seven birdies, and the course was tied for 12th on three under par.
He continued, “I don’t think I’ll be taking too much creatine in the future,” adding that it was “probably not a healthy amount” in the event that he unintentionally took it.
Griffin, who placed in the top 10 at the US Open and PGA Championship this year, said he typically consumes 15 mg of creatine every day.
Creatine promotes strength development, improves recovery, and increases performance.
It was previously taken on a golf course. Griffin responded, “It’s fine.”
After my second shot, I unintentionally ingested one of the large rocks in my water bottle.
He continued, “Thankfully, my caddie stepped in and made me chug a whole bottle of water while trying to calm me down a little bit.” I succeeded in getting the other one in play.
“I went about my day,” I said. But that’s a pretty crazy story, right?
After making an unexpected appearance in Bonnie Blue’s Channel 4 documentary, titled “1,000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story,” Ashley Banjo has broken his silence.

Diversity frontman Ashley Banjo has broken his silence after fans were surprised to see a photo of him pop up in Bonnie Blue’s recent documentary on Channel 4. The documentary focused on the controversial adult star Bonnie Blue, who has made a name for herself by taking part in and profiting from pornographic videos.
Dancer Ashley appeared in a photo of himself with his arm around a younger Bonnie during the documentary “1,000 Men and Me: The Bonnie Blue Story.”
The photo appeared while the porn star’s mum discussed her passion for dance when she was younger. Ashley’s name wasn’t mentioned in the segment, but the picture clearly showed his face as he posed for a picture with Bonnie, who had dark brown hair at the time. It comes after David Beckham speaks ‘as a father’ in ‘family’ announcement after latest Brooklyn snub.

Ashley has now broken his silence while speaking with Jordan Banjo, his brother.
Ashley has now broken his silence while chatting to his brother Jordan Banjo and fellow Diversity star Perri Kiely on the Brothers Uncovered podcast, where he gave listeners some context and explained that he had no idea he was in the documentary.
Do you know what’s crazy about it, the professional dancer asked? Because of the number of messages I received and the fact that no one mentioned me in the video, “you’re in the Bonnie Blue documentary,” or “you’re in the context of no one else’s,”

He continued, “The Bonnie Blue doc is it. And yes, she claims to be a dancer, but we just vanish.”

Before Ashley said, “Ain’t it mad though, you just never know, like what people are going to do, or who they are,” Jordan admitted that he “panicked” when people were messaging him about his brother’s inclusion in the contentious documentary.
The show featured a number of shocking moments, including one scene in which Bonnie filmed a sex tape with young female OnlyFans creators and a male porn star in a school classroom, leading to many fans calling out Channel 4 for making the ‘uncomfortable’ documentary.
Fans were angry as they took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to air their frustrations at Channel 4, and claimed they were promoting Bonnie.
A few shocking scenes were included in the show, including one where Bonnie recorded a sex tape with a male pornstar and the creators of OnlyFans in a classroom.
So Bonnie Blue receives a documentary on Channel 4 to promote and glamorize her lifestyle for the children watching at home, according to one viewer, but we need IDs to see posts on X because “we need to protect the kids”
Another rebuffed the fact that she had a platform in the Bonnie Blue documentary, calling it “uncomfortable.” How normal this discourse from a woman herself has evolved, whether or not, is unacceptable.
Thirdly, “Channel 4, you are truly disgusting for airing a documentary about Bonnie Blue in any way,” the host complained. I find it so disappointing that that woman is given access to any kind of platform. I don’t understand how she is imprisoned. What a shame on all women. #Trending #channel4 #BonnieBlue
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Second World War, Prince Harry left a moving tribute to his late grandfather, Prince Philip, shortly after his father, King Charles, paid tribute.

Prince Harry has paid tribute to his late grandfather Prince Philip in a secret letter on the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War – just hours after King Charles and Queen Camilla also marked the emotional day.
The King and Queen led the nation in commemorating the 80th anniversary of VJ Day during a moving ceremony at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire on Friday. The moving ceremony came on the day that Charles vowed that the sacrifice of heroes who fought and died in the campaigns in the Pacific and Far East during the Second World War “shall never be forgotten”.
Just hours later, a letter and wreath from Prince Harry, who served in the Army for 10 years, was placed at the Burma Star Memorial at the same location.

The letter, which includes his royal emblem, pays tribute to all that fought in the war, including his late grandfather, Prince Philip, who served in the Far East. The letter, first revealed by GB News, was not signed by Harry’s wife, Meghan.
The letter was addressed to “the Forgotten Army”, and read in full: “On this 80th anniversary of VJ Day, we pause to remember the day the guns finally fell silent across the world, the true end of the Second World War. We also pause to recognise you, the men and women of the ‘Forgotten Army,’ whose courage and endurance in the Far East campaign were anything but forgettable.

You fought alongside a last-ditch adversary, faced unforgiving terrain, endured months, even years, far from home, in a situation that few could have imagined. Your sacrifice, unity, and grit were the hallmarks of your service in Burma’s and neighbor’s jungles. Generations of people have been able to live in freedom as a result of that sacrifice, including myself.
“From that bitter conflict, it became clear that even the most enominous of enemies can eventually turn out to be respected partners in peace.” As our countries honor this anniversary today, we pay tribute to the respect we were given, the lives lost, and the steadfast friendship that has since grown.

This anniversary has an additional layer of meaning for me. Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, my grandfather, served in the Pacific campaign. He described those years with a quiet demeanor, but I am aware of how much he admired everyone who supported him during that conflict. I think of him today, and I think about each of you because of the friendships you and I shared, and the legacy you leave behind.
“I am humbled by your example, proud of your service and dedication, and profoundly grateful for what you endured. Your story is part of our shared heritage, and it must never be forgotten. With the deepest respect, thank you. Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex.”
When Japanese officials formally signed the surrender on the USS Missouri, the late Philip, who passed away in 2021, was on the destroyer HMS Whelp, a warship he served on as second-in-command, in Tokyo Bay.
It is reported that Harry insists the tribute was laid by a friend, with strict instructions only for it to be placed at the memorial after his father and stepmother have left so as not to overshadow them. This is a significant indication that he is determined to make amends with his royal relatives.
The move comes just weeks after it emerged that top aides for Harry and Charles met in London last month, tipped as a crucial “first step” in what insiders believed could be a “rapprochement process” between the estranged Sussexes and the rest of the Royal Family.
To avoid disappointment in September, shop these Four Very pieces right away.

Our head of fashion picks Very’s best autumn buys(Image: Zoe Cripps)
Shops are in that strange in-between stage right now. You’ll still find summer sandals lurking on sale rails, but if you look a little closer, the best autumn pieces are already landing – and many are already selling out (hello, M&S barn jacket I snoozed on last week). It’s a fashion sweet spot that only lasts a few weeks, because by the time September hits, everyone’s caught on, sizes are definitely gone and you’re left refreshing stock alerts instead of enjoying your new-season wardrobe.
I therefore arrived early. I spent a total of £125 on a Very haul, purchasing four essential pieces that will last me until the fall. I chose denim with just the right amount of retro and a knit that will elevate any oversized shirt, so I decided to build a week’s worth of outfits around them. While they’re still sitting in your basket waiting for checkout, you’ll thank yourself for buying them because they’ll sell quickly.
First staple of the fall are ripped jeans.

The hero silhouette of the moment is flare jeans, which are back in full swing. These mid-wash flares strike the ideal balance between being wearable every day and being 70s-inspired. Because the cut is so flattering, the patch pockets won’t feel like a limited-time piece because they are such a trend-driven detail (designers are putting them everywhere this season). The length looks great with platform trainers and boots, another essential for the fall.
Second staple of the fall are brown tailored pants.
Brown Brown Clean Trousers

These trousers arrived right away, and they immediately made me want to dress like a grown-up. If you know what I mean, the high-rise, gently flared leg, and neat cut give a contoured silhouette. The brown hue is ideal for autumn, crossing off a major color trend that isn’t likely to end in a while. It also looks great with chunky knits and oversized white shirts. They have a stretch, bonus.
Make a vest out of one knit this autumn if you buy it all at once. Sleeveless knits are a common trend right now, from street fashion to catwalks, and Very’s dark green crew-neck version is the ideal way to incorporate them. The hue is very much in line with the earthy green trend of the year, which looks great with everything from camel coats to denim.
Western-inspired denim shirt is a staple for the fall.

One of the most popular trends for autumn 2025 will be denim. This shirt is the ideal entryway because of the embroidery and nods to cowboy styling. For a more sophisticated look, you can button it up with wide-leg pants and jeans or leave it open over a white vest and jeans. It’s a great piece, but I really like that it’s a year-round wearable one.
After her split from husband Patrick Kielty, she was spotted for the first time since confirming their marriage had ended. She was seen removing her wedding ring.
When returning to the UK, Cat was seen without her engagement ring.
Cat Deeley removed her wedding ring as she stepped out in London following her shock split from husband Patrick Kielty on Monday.
The This Morning host, 48, Irish comedian, 54, and their sons Milo, 7, and James, 5, both revealed last month that they had made the decision to end their 13-year marriage by stating that “no other party” was involved. Cat chose to point and display her dazzling diamond ring in a way that appeared to represent her beginnings.
She looked stylish while still keeping it lowkey, while running errands near the former couple’s marital home, in a white shirt which she teamed with blue denim high-waisted flares. It comes after David Beckham speaks ‘as a father’ in ‘family’ announcement after latest Brooklyn snub.

On July 29, the presenters, 48 and 54, jointly stated in a joint statement that read, “We have decided to end our marriage and are now divorced. No other party is involved, at all.
We will continue to be loving parents to our children, so kindly ask that you respect our family’s privacy. No further comments will be made.
Interestingly, Cat and Ben Shephard are choosing to make their announcement while she is away on a summer break from This Morning, which she typically co-hosts while she is in term time with him.
With her imminent return to the ITV show in the near future, Cat is said to be hoping that viewers will have forgotten about it. Now, reports have suggested that this was a conscious choice.
A source told Mail Plus : “There will be literally six weeks between Cat’s break-up announcement and her returning to work. There will be literally six weeks between Cat’s break-up announcement and her returning to work.
“Imagine if she had appeared on the screen when it broke,” she said. She probably didn’t want to deal with that. It was simpler to take a vacation.
The mother-of-two was spotted taking a break in Sitges, Spain, with her friend Ben Skervin, her stylist, and a plan to keep a low profile until things settle down. On Monday, September, she’s scheduled to return to the famed This Morning sofa along with co-host Ben, 50, and viewers will have to watch intently for any revelations about her split.

The former couple first met while they were co-hosting BBC Fame Academy, but it wasn’t until 2011 that they finally made the decision to end their friendship on a romantic note. They married in Rome in 2012, and they are the parents of James, age 6, and Milo, age 9, respectively.
Although Cat and Patrick didn’t explain why they decided to end their marriage, it has been reported that their equally hectic work lives slowed them down due to their marriage.
Cat has been a part of This Morning since starting her show early last year, and she has lived in Los Angeles for more than ten years. Patrick, who replaced Ryan Tubridy as host of the RTE talk show The Late Late Show in 2023, is also a presenter from Northern Ireland.
Patrick would present the show from the RTE studios in Dublin every week despite having a UK address. According to insiders, Patrick and Cat’s hectic schedules made it difficult to spend quality time together.

As part of his bail conditions, a man who was detained on suspicion of racially abusing Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo during the season’s opening game has been banned from all football stadiums in the UK.
Semenyo flagged it up to the referee after the Cherries’ Friday game against Liverpool at Anfield was briefly stopped in the 29th minute.
A 47-year-old man from Liverpool was detained on suspicion of a public order offence that racially aggravated, according to Merseyside Police, and has been conditionally bailed.
The force stated that Liverpool Football Club and the police were conducting an ongoing investigation into the incident.
The Ghana international, 25, said on social media that the game at Anfield would be remembered forever because “the entire football family stood together.”
He thanked the Premier League officials, Liverpool fans, and his teammates for “handling it professionally.”
Four minutes after the abuse was reported, Semenyo scored twice for Bournemouth, who fell to Liverpool 4-2.
In a statement, the Premier League stated that an investigation would also be conducted.
