Joshua Buatsi and Queensberry Promotions have a promotional agreement.

The 32-year-old last fought in February when Callum Smith gave him his first professional defeat.

Buatsi signed for Boxxer, a production company run by Ben Shalom, but he has since decided to switch to Frank Warren’s promotional team.

“Queensberry has a plan I’m comfortable with,” said Buatsi, “after speaking with a number of promoters.”

“I’m a British fighter, and the support I receive from UK fans is invaluable.”

There is nothing like fighting in front of a family audience because it motivates me. I have a team that understands that and supports me well here in the UK with Queensberry.

It’s believed that Boxxer will end its relationship with broadcasting giant Sky Sports, and it’s unclear which platform the promotional company will use.

Warren claims Buatsi is still in the running for a world title after winning the bronze medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

Anthony Yarde, who Buatsi has been feutrating since making his professional debut in 2017, is another subject that Warren promotes.

On November 22 in Saudi Arabia, Yarde will face David Benavidez for the WBC world title.

According to Warren, “Josh will be a good choice to face the winner.”

Norris’ openness used against him – Sainz

Grand Prix of Hungary

Hungaroring Dates: 1-3 August Race start time: 15:00 BST on Sunday

Lando Norris’ willingness to acknowledge his shortcomings is “used against him,” according to his former team-mate Carlos Sainz.

Sainz, who worked with Norris at McLaren from 2019-20 and has remained close friends with the Briton, told BBC 5 live Sport: “He opens up] to the media and to people more than any other driver on the grid, and people use that against him.”

Sainz, who is currently driving for Williams, said: “What you see on TV is what he is as a person.” He excels at exposing himself.

It’s occasionally a little ironic and frustrating to me. He is probably the only person who is completely honest about his thoughts and feelings, but then people turn their heads to him.

Norris ended Friday practice at the Grand Prix of Hungary fastest by 0.291 seconds from team-mate Oscar Piastri.

Before this race, which marks the end of Formula 1’s summer break, Norris is 16 points adrift of the Australian.

Sainz said Norris’ criticism of his openness was “a little sad” because probably the other 19 drivers share the same level of doubt and self-criticism with each other; they simply don’t explain it loud because we prefer to keep it inside and avoid the media.”

Norris has acknowledged that this season he made errors that have cost him points.

Prior to this year, Norris was having trouble anticipating the car’s behavior when he was pushing to the limit due to a lack of feel from the front axle.

Norris has been more at ease since the Canadian Grand Prix in June, and McLaren have changed the front suspension to make this aspect of the car better for him.

Norris, who had a misjudged start to the race, crashed into Piastri after making errors on his qualifying laps in Canada, which put him sixth on the grid.

When Piastri was fined for driving behind a safety car, he inherited victory at the British Grand Prix, which he won in Austria.

The following weekend, Norris claimed pole position in Belgium, but Piastri won the race and won the race.

When asked about Norris’ chances of winning the World Championship this year, Sainz responded, “If I base my decision on my speed and talent, I’m 100% certain he has that to win a World Championship.

“F1 also requires a little luck, mental toughness, and driving at the right time at the right time.”

He’ll have a second chance, according to the saying, “It doesn’t really matter if he doesn’t win this year.” He has 10-15 years in F1. He has talent, speed, and potential.

What actually happened?

Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc came third each time in Friday practice at the Hungaroring, Norris topping both of their previous victories.

Although the gap between the two was larger in the later hour, neither driver had a perfect run, Norris had a 0.019sec advantage in the first session. At Turn Two, Norris had to cancel his first flying lap, and Piastri had to deal with the heavy traffic at his fastest.

When Norris got his outside front wheel turned in toward the finish line, he made a quick evasion and ran wide into the finish line.

“The car has felt pretty good since the first lap,” Norris continued. My laps were all respectable. The practice and attempting to find the limit in various areas included a few more mistakes in the second session, which was a little more messy.

I have the car’s requirements, but it might be more challenging to fulfill them.

Piastri stated, “The performance was excellent. Some things to arrange. Although it wasn’t the smoothest P2s, the rest of the weekend was filled with excitement.

Even though the Spaniard missed the first session to allow himself more time to recover from a muscle problem in his back, the Aston Martins of Lance Stroll and Fernando Alonso came in fourth and fifth place.

Lewis Hamilton appeared to struggle with rear-end stability based on several oversteer snaps that sent him into the chicane, making sixth place 0.306 seconds slower than team-mate Leclerc.

George Russell, a Mercedes driver, came in seventh place ahead of Isack Hadjar, Yuki Tsunoda from Red Bull, and Kimi Antonelli from Mercedes.

Max Verstappen of Red Bull was in 14th place, saying: “Today was really tough, just a low-grip feeling and not really a balance in the car.” Nothing really worked, so it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact cause.

Verstappen threw a towel out of the car once during the session, forcing him to see the stewards afterwards. Red Bull received a warning from the stewards.

Verstappen once remarked, “Your face will just be wiped clean when you come back in. Since it was still in the car when I left, I drove off line and removed it in the safest possible manner to avoid it from possibly getting in between my feet, which is the dangerous part. The stewards should be aware of that, I believe.

JoJo Siwa’s ex Kath Ebbs announces relationship with star athlete after heartbreak

The Australian influencer confirmed their relationship with a well-known athlete on social media just months after their public breakup with the singer and dancer.

JoJo Siwa and JoJo Siwa split after they left the Big Brother home earlier this year.

JoJo Siwa’s ex-partner, Kath Ebbs, has revealed that they are in a new relationship after their public split from the Dance Moms star.

Kath and JoJo were together when the latter went into the Big Brother house. JoJo quickly formed a tight bond with Chris Hughes, of Love Island fame, and while viewers picked up on flirtatious vibes between the pair, they insisted that they were just friends.

Shortly after JoJo came out of the Big Brother house, Kath posted a video online claiming that they had been dumped at the show’s after-party. They said: “After two weeks of sitting back watching certain things unfold and not being able to get any clarity from the person that it involves… I was dumped at the after-party.”

Kath continued, “I was told there are confused feelings there – do with that whatever you will,” and that they had realized that I wasn’t the person they wanted to spend the foreseeable future with.

JoJo claimed that Chris wasn’t one of the causes of the breakup in an interview with The Viall Files. She responded, “I actually told Kath this, like, “Maybe it would be simpler if he was!” However, he is not one of them, so if you want to share the story, do it. Don’t try to make it seem like I cheated on you because I didn’t, and I do.

JoJo and Chris are currently dating, and JoJo later started dating each other.

She confirmed the relationship at the start of June during an interview with The Guardian, saying: “It’s not platonic any more, and it’s been a beautiful development, a beautiful connection, and I’m absolutely head over heels for him and he’s the same way.”

However, they are currently dating Australian rules footballer Tilly Lucas-Rodd, according to Kath’s recent social media post.

The rumors are true, Kath shared a photo of the pair kissing and getting cozy in a photo booth. I do still (insanity) think in love! “!

Tilly is an athlete for the Hawthorn Football Club who identifies as non-binary and uses they/them pronouns. Earlier this year they opened up about getting top surgery and how it helped them to feel at home in their body.

Kath’s new partner told ABC Sport in June: “People often have asked me, ‘How do I feel now that I’ve had it’ — post surgery seeing myself.

“Many people who have had the operation experience extremely high emotions and elation.” But for me, it was like, “This is how I always saw myself,” and that is what I’ve always believed and seen internally.

World Champion Noah Lyles Out Of 100m At US Trials

Following his victory in the opening heats, reigning world champion and Olympic champion Noah Lyles, who won the 100-meter race in Oregon on Friday, pulled out of the semi-finals.

Lyles, who won gold in the 100-meter race last year’s Paris Olympics, clocked 10.05 seconds on Thursday in Eugene’s Hayward Field, which was his fifth-fastest qualifying time.

Due to his reigning 100m world championship title, Lyles is already guaranteed a spot on the team despite the fact that this week’s meeting in Eugene is a qualifying event for the World Championships in Tokyo in September.

Lyles, 28, is also a qualified Olympic swimmer who is currently the 200-meter champion. Lyles stated after his 100-meter heat on Thursday that he still intends to complete the Eugene 200-meter race.

Everyone knows I started the season with a late start because of injury, but Lyles, who was beaten in his first 100 meters on July 19 at the London Diamond League, said, “I need races.”

Switzerland says ‘disappointed’ by Trump tariffs, will try to negotiate

Switzerland says it will try to negotiate its way out of stiff United States tariffs, hours after US President Donald Trump’s administration shocked the European country by announcing plans to impose a 39-percent tariff rate on Swiss goods.

The Swiss government said on Friday that it was “disappointed” and would decide how to proceed after Trump unveiled the 39-percent rate, more than double the 15 percent being applied for most European Union imports into the US.

The new tariffs, which are set to go into effect on August 7, would prove painful for several key Swiss industries, including manufacturing and watchmaking.

The Swiss government said in a statement on social media that it remains in contact with US authorities and “still hopes to find a negotiated solution”.

“The Federal Council notes with great regret the intention of the US to unilaterally burden Swiss imports with considerable import duties despite the progress made in bilateral talks and Switzerland’s very constructive position,” it added.

The Trump administration unveiled a range of new tariffs on many US trading partners on Thursday, saying the move aimed to address a “continued lack of reciprocity in our bilateral trade relationships”.

Nearly 70 countries now face import duties that were due to come into force on Friday. But most will now begin on August 7, giving countries a few days to try to reach an agreement with Washington to stave off or reduce their respective tariff rate.

“Everyone had been focused on August 1 … and now there is a new deadline,” Al Jazeera’s Kimberly Halkett reported from the White House on Friday morning.

“The reason is so that there can be a little bit more time and breathing space to get some more deals done. There were a few that were very close but didn’t quite make the deadline, and so the White House [said] this will allow … for these final agreements to be worked out.”

Trump negotiated trade frameworks over the past few weeks with the EU, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia and the Philippines — allowing the US president to claim victories as other nations sought to limit his threat of charging even higher tariff rates.

He said on Thursday there were agreements with other countries, but he declined to name them.

Asked on Friday if countries were happy with the rates set by Trump, US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said, “A lot of them are.”

The new tariffs also include a 35-percent duty on many goods from Canada, 50 percent for Brazil, and 20 percent for Taiwan. Taiwan said its rate was “temporary” and it expected to reach a lower figure.

The Trump administration said it decided to impose 39-percent tariffs on Switzerland because of what it called the European country’s refusal to make “meaningful concessions” by dropping trade barriers.

“Switzerland, being one of the wealthiest, highest-income countries on Earth, cannot expect the United States to tolerate a one-sided trade relationship,” a White House official said on Friday.

Swissmem, a group representing the mechanical and electrical engineering industries, said it was “really stunned” by the US move. “It’s a massive shock for the export industry and for the whole country,” said Deputy Director Jean-Philippe Kohl.

“The tariffs are not based on any rational basis and are totally arbitrary … This tariff will hit Swiss industry very hard, especially as our competitors in the European Union, Britain and Japan have much lower tariffs.”

Stock market tumbles

But Trump’s new tariffs have created yet more uncertainty, with many details unclear.

Global stock markets stumbled on Friday, with Europe’s  STOXX 600 down 1.8 percent on the day and 2.5 percent on the week, on track for its biggest weekly drop since Trump announced his first major wave of tariffs on April 2.

Wall Street also opened sharply lower on Friday.

Reporting from the New York Stock Exchange, Al Jazeera’s Kristen Saloomey explained that US markets were “definitely down” following the tariffs announcement, but the drop was not as bad as what was seen after the first round of tariffs in April.

“When the first round of tariffs were enacted, the market did drop substantially, but then clawed back a lot of the losses about a month later as deals were worked out. A lot of economists are saying that this time around, the market has priced in tariffs,” Saloomey said.

Save £10 on ‘fantastic’ eye lift cream that makes skin ‘tighter and less baggy’

This eye cream, which targets bags, saggy skin, and signs of fatigue, is highly recommended if you’re looking for a new eye cream. It’s currently on sale.

This new eye cream is accumulating rave reviews(Image: Sephora)

If you discover that this area of the face has additional needs (signs of ageing, sensitivity, dryness, etc.), eye cream can be a great addition to your skincare regimen. A powerful new eye cream has just been released that claims to reduce line, puffiness, and dark circles while also offering a visible eye lift effect in 30 seconds.

Clarins, a renowned beauty brand, recently updated its Total Eye Lift to make it even more effective in reducing age-related signs around the eyes. Clarins claims to have a “visible eye lift effect in 30 seconds, visibly reduces wrinkles, and visibly reduces puffiness and dark circles” and that it contains a potent blend of plant extracts. Skin was smoothed in three hours in tests, whereas wrinkles were clearly absent in 30 days.

You can buy Clarins Total Eye Lift for a 15ml bottle at Sephora for $58.95, which is more than £10 cheaper than Boots and Sephora, but it typically costs £63 for a 15ml bottle.

Here is what I’ll be buying after taking a first look inside Sephora’s newest UK location.

Clarins Total Eye Lift
Recently reformulated(Image: Clarins)

Customers have praised this new formulation and the outcomes of it quickly on a variety of websites:

On the Clarins website, one user wrote, “I’ve been using this product for about six months and I’m amazed by the difference in applying eye make-up.” “Early applying eyeliner was a nightmare due to wrinkles, and I used to have looser skin, but this product has made a huge difference.” I highly suggest it.

A Boots customer called it “Fantastic product.” This eye cream is 100% worth the money I spent on other eye creams. Instantaneously noticed improvements in brightness, under-eye bags, and puffiness. My eye bags are almost gone with regular use, and even the appearance of fine lines appear to have decreased! I’m so impressed with this eye cream that I’ll definitely use it. A small donation is appreciated.

Another review on Clarins’ own site titled ‘Eyes seem tighter and less baggy’ goes on to read: “I received this as a sample and loved it! I’ve gone back and reordered it twice now!”

However, not everyone was completely persuaded, and one user wrote, “Yes, it’s a great product, absolutely love it, but the refill design is terrible.” I’ve been trying to get the bottle back in since I unintentionally managed to get it out of the pump.
