After the flying car she was driving appeared to tilt in midair, Beyonce was forced to halt her performance. Her fans were horrified as they watched the incident unfold on Saturday at her Cowboy Carter show in Houston, which caused her fans to scream.

As she soars far above the cheering crowds down below, the red car prop is typically in an upright position and is connected to various cables. However, during her 16 Carriages performance, the car started to slant.

Visibly shaken, Beyonce, 43, could be heard saying: “Stop,” before adding: “Stop, stop, stop,” as the concern could be heard in her voice. The crowd went quiet before they started yelling and cheering.

Thankfully, no one was hurt as the car prop was safely and slowly brought back on the stage. The singing legend briefly left the stage before returning to the stage to close the performance.

I just watched about 15 videos of the Houston car wreck, according to a user on X. Beyonce always delivers a flawless performance. EVER . She was terrified, so she had to stop the concert in order to do so. She also has a shakiness in her voice. Omg”.

Someone else reacted with the warning, “If Beyonce gets on that car tonight, I’ll be flying to Houston and dumping that car on my own because it’s almost going to make me heart attack.”

Another fan who was present at the event later stated, “The flying car was initially okay. I observed its leaning before it abruptly stopped in midair. Everyone in my section expressed concern.

Marc Marquez wins Dutch MotoGP from Marco Bezzecchi at Assen

Marc Marquez won the Dutch Grand Prix after claiming a clinical masterclass at MotoGP’s Cathedral of Speed, while Alex, his brother and closest rival, collided in the final lap and suffered a hand fracture.

The older Marquez seized control of Assen on Sunday as it celebrated its centenary of motorcycle racing. He continued to dominate with a commanding 68 points over Alex and won his seventh championship.

Marco Bezzecchi of Aprilia finished second, Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati third, leaving the two-time champion with a daunting 126-point gap in front of his teammate after 10 rounds.

Bagnaia had won the previous three Assen races, but Pedro Acosta came in second after taking the lead early in the race, but he overcame that result to finish on the podium.

Valentino Rossi finished his career with 89 victories, while Marc, who crashed twice on Friday, also came close to Italian motorcycling legend Giacomo Agostini with 68 titles.

Fabio Quartararo of Yamaha had won the race but crashed in the sprint on Saturday, Marc’s ninth win of the season, and Bagnaia was slow off the line to make the perfect start.

With 24 laps left, Gresini Racing’s Alex was in second place, but Marc made his move to overtake his brother and wait patiently for the victory.

Bezzecchi squeezed his way past the Gresini rider while Acosta also made an overtake stick to push the younger Marquez down to fifth after Alex briefly lost his concentration and used a new aero package on his Aprilia.

Alex Marquez slams into the wall.

Marc and his brother Alex collided heavily when they made contact in a battle for fourth, while Marc found a gap before the final chicane on lap five to overtake Bagnaia and take the lead.

In the incident, Alex appeared to lock his front tire, which caused a puff of smoke as the bike slammed against the ground.

A left-hand fracture was immediately identified as the cause of his immediate transport, and Gresini stated that the 29-year-old would travel to Madrid for surgery later on Sunday. On Monday, more details are anticipated to be released about Alex’s recovery timeline.

As Bezzecchi and Acosta moved up to the podium, it appeared as though Bagnaia was losing steam. At the end of lap 14, the Italian Ducati rider took third place back from Acosta and headed for Bezzecchi.

The six-time MotoGP champion, however, held steady as he managed his tyres and maintained his pace until he took the chequered flag despite Bezzecchi’s exertion on Marc.

Before the German Grand Prix in two weeks, the MotoGP calendar has a weekend off.

Most Britons in a generation – home stars set for Wimbledon

Wimbledon 2025

Venue: All England Club, June 30 – 13 .

It might need to be a multi-screen experience if you want to follow all the British players at Wimbledon this year.

The All England Club has hosted 23 Britons, the most since 1984, in both men’s and women’s singles.

When added to juniors, wheelchair events, and doubles, the home ranks reach 50.

Why are there so many British singles players?

Players in the top 100 are guaranteed a spot because seven of the British contingent’s have already qualified through their world rankings.

This has only happened twice since 2016 and is the second time.

Oliver Tarvet, a college student from the United States, won the qualifying competition, while 15 other players received wildcards.

When deciding winners, Wimbledon’s wildcard committee takes into account a number of factors, including ranking, form, and previous grass-court successes.

British women’s team captain Anne Keothavong, who sits on the wildcard committee, told BBC Radio 5 Live, “We discuss what is best for the players and the event.”

“Everyone’s interests is to support British players wherever they can because we have a British Grand Slam.”

We would like to do this where we can give British players opportunities and give them opportunities to play tennis at the highest level.

This improvement is a result of a number of factors.

These include players developing in the US college system before becoming professionals, a national tennis center in Roehampton offering state-of-the-art training facilities, and Andy Murray’s success inspiring the young players.

Sonay Kartal, the third-ranked British woman, claims it’s also beneficial to observe success from friends and other women.

There is not a single reason for the higher number of top-200 players, Kartal said.

In the post-Murray era, Draper takes center stage.

Fourth-ranked Jack Draper is in charge of men’s singles hopes.

Following a stunning rise over the past 12 months, the 23-year-old Englishman has advanced to the title position.

Since Andy Murray, the reigning champion and world number one, in 2017, no British player has been seeded as high as Draper.

Draper is one of 13 Britons competing in men’s singles, with Fearnley, Norrie, and Billy Harris also receiving direct entry.

The former world number 21 briefly dropped out of the top 200 this year, but he has since justified his wildcard with impressive victories over top-20 players Tommy Paul and Frances Tiafoe.

The tougher part of it is when you feel like you’ve let people down, Evans said. “It’s not the matches. It’s when you feel like you’ve let people down.”

Jay Clarke, Oliver Crawford, George Loffhagen, Johannus Monday, Jack Pinnington Jones, Henry Searle, and Arthur Fery were the other wildcards.

Women’s challenge is led by Raducanu andamp; Boulter.

Emma Raducanu will be very well-known as she attempts to expand on her run to the last 16.

The British women’s number one has now been replaced by Raducanu, 22, who is now the 22-year-old.

The 2021 US Open champion, who has reached two WTA quarter-finals and is now in the world’s top 40, generally appears happier and more at ease at Wimbledon, but she does not anticipate much from the event after a difficult build-up.

Katie Boulter’s position in the rankings has dropped to 43rd.

I’m very, very excited, Bulter said. I believe this year will be a completely different experience for me.

“I like that feeling, kind of like a dark horse.” I like that I have nothing to lose and can swing freely.”

Kartal, who made her Wimbledon debut last year, is the third British woman with direct entry and has almost 250 ranking points.

Can the British keep playing doubles?

The men’s side of the British doubles scene is still in poor shape.

The third-best British pairing in the world this year is Lloyd Glasspool and Julian Cash, who have emerged as the standout pair.

In their first full season together, Cash and Glasspool have captured three ATP titles, including back-to-back victories at Queen’s and Eastbourne.

Henry Patten, who first won the title before splitting with Cash before the pair split two years ago, will compete against Harri Heliovaara from Finland to defend it.

Neal Skupski, who only has a major-winning CV and won his first Slam at the All England Club in 2023, is hoping to win another one with fellow Brit Joe Salisbury.

Olivia Nicholls, who has a successful season with Tereza Mihalikova, is the lone British female champion.

Hewett defends the wheelchair title.

Alfie Hewett defends his bronze medal in the wheelchair competitions that he won last year to complete a grand slam career.

Ben Bartram and Dahnon Ward are the wildcard recipients, along with Gordon Reid, who won the 2016 title.

A fan said, “Omg how stunning! It’s not a want, it’s a need,” and another person repeated that. Another joke read, “Ok, you’ve twisted my arm, I’ll go to Tesco.”

Sadly, some online shoppers had trouble finding the set in their neighborhood store. “Omg I need this,” was one of the responses. However, I can’t find it. @fandflongeaton responded to a different commenter’s question regarding the pants, saying, “We have sold out.”

Shop owners said they’d like to see Tesco introduce the pants in various lengths elsewhere. A tall shopper wished you had gone too long with this sort of stuff. “Same,” some people echoed.

Others wished the set had been expanded to include more colors. An unsatisfied customer complained, “I look awful in brown.” Nice, but it’s needed in other shades besides brown, a second fan said.
