Wynne Evans of Strictly Come Dancing was nowhere to be seen as the stars left their hotels before tonight’s live performance.
The Go Compare advert star has been making headlines since a video of him making vile sexual remarks to his co-star was released shortly after the tour started in Birmingham. When Wynne approached the group, she was photographed making an inappropriate sexual remark to Janette Manrara, the tour’s host.
He sang out: “Go Compare”, before adding: “Not too close to Jamie]Borthwick]”. Then, in reference to a lewd sexual act, he made the incredibly offensive term “spit roast.” Wynne later apologised for the comment, telling the Mirror: “My language was inappropriate and unacceptable, for which I sincerely apologise”.
The star was nowhere to be seen when the cast left the hotel this evening, according to reports that he was since been removed from the remainder of the live tour. Some left the building in pairs and some left alone, but Wynne wasn’t among the group. His dance partner, Katya Jones, was seen walking alone.
She smiled for the camera while keeping her warm while wearing a long puffer jacket and a cap. As he made his way to tonight’s show, Shawn Ward gave the audience a thumbs up. While Neil Jones grinned for the cameras as he passed by, Tasha Ghouri was seen talking to someone in sweatpants.
After having to withdraw from the Glasgow shows due to injury, Wynne and the tour cast showed up to Liverpool. However, it was recently reported that he would not be participating in the tour’s final days.
