What can stop M23 advance in Democratic Republic of the Congo?

As diplomacy appears to be failing, fighting is getting worse in the east of the nation.

In Kinshasa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s capital, is growing anxiety.

M23 rebels supported by Rwanda are advanceing in the east, sweeping north and south of Kivu, and heading for Uvira.

Concerns that the conflict may spread beyond the DRC are growing as more regional players, including South Africa, Burundi, and Uganda.

Can M23 rebels push all the way to Kinshasa? What are the chances of another regional war if the conflict reaches an end?
