The government’s intention to diversify the economy and address the country’s lack of vocational skills is being expressed by the Minister of Education, Tunji Alausa.

“You go to the UK, or the US today, a plumber earns more than a doctor. What are you talking about here if an electrician in England makes more money than a doctor? the minister quizzed when he was featured on Tuesday’s edition of Channels Television’s Politics Today. &nbsp,

“So, we want to now bring this pool of workers back. Technical and vocational education is a four-step process that we have defined here.

” We would pay students to go to those schools. When we release the program, we’ve calculated how much we’ll be paying them. We’ll be announcing that. we’ll pay them to go to school. That’s step one. “
