After deciding to work as a new father instead of attending an exclusive screening of the new Brad Pitt movie ‘F1: The Movie, Max Verstappen created a stir in F1’s most glitzy paddock on Thursday.
The only absentee drivers at the preview of the Hollywood film in Monaco on Wednesday night, which was part of the weekend’s Grand Prix preparation were Lance Stroll, a four-time world champion, and Red Bull’s four-time world champion.
Verstappen, who doesn’t like promotions and marketing work if his own team needs it, said he had already turned down the invitation. He didn’t comment on changing nappies.
He stated, “I informed Formula One Management (FOM) that I would not be there.”
They were aware of it. I simply desired to stay at home longer. It was my own time, not a requirement, and it was also.
And I prefer to spend my free time at home, especially since you are already so far away in Formula 1. It seems to be fairly typical, in my opinion. I’m definitely preferring to spend more time at home now that my family is growing. ”
The stalker claimed that he was only doing “just stuff,” adding, “At some point, I’ll watch it.” ”

Following six season-opening flyaway races in Australia, Asia, the Gulf, and Florida, both drivers and the 18 people who registered will race in the principality for the Monaco Grand Prix, the second of three events in the ‘triple header’ series in Italy, Monaco, and Spain.

‘Goosebumps’
Brad Pitt and Damson Idris are the stars of the long-awaited movie, which is scheduled for general release next month. The producers include Jerry Bruckheimer and Ferrari’s Lewis Hamilton, who is seven-time world champion, and Joseph Kosinski, who also directed “Top Gun: Maverick.”
Most drivers were enthralled at the screening, with many praising the authenticity of the racing scenes.
For us F1 experts, we’re going to see things that we occasionally see with Netflix that you can tell are a little Hollywood-esque, according to Carlos Sainz of Williams.
However, I truly believe that it will draw in a new audience and work well with fans who are new to F1 in general. We see things that might be too American or a little too Hollywood for the hardcore fan, journalists, and us (drivers). ”
He continued, claiming that the racing scenes’ filming was “insane, honestly insane” and “for me the best part.” ”

Hamilton’s Ferrari team-mate Charles Leclerc described the performance as being “really cool” and included drivers, team bosses, and other guests.
I didn’t know what to expect, he continued, “truly.” “No idea. However, the images are simply incredible and the storytelling is really cool. I really enjoyed it. ”
Alpine’s Pierre Gasly declared, “Beautiful! It was a really cool first time seeing it. People will enjoy it because I believe it to be a true immersion into Formula One’s world. ”

James Vowles, the team leader for Williams, said: “I thought it was absolutely fantastic. They did a fantastic job of being true to our culture and how we compete.
