After defeating Kenya in a one-on-one race, the men’s USA team has advanced to the 4x400m relay final. Zambia struck both teams during a dramatic baton exchange the day before.
South Africa also had a chance to qualify for the men’s 4x100m finals, but they didn’t pass the time requirement.
