Maxwell, 63, is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for luring teenage girls to sexually abuse by Epstein. According to her attorneys, Maxwell’s conviction should be overturned because of the plea deal Epstein and federal prosecutors entered in 2007.
We’re deeply disappointed that the Supreme Court chose not to hear the case of Ghislaine Maxwell, according to Maxwell’s attorney, David Oscar Markus.
“This fight is still ongoing,” he continued. We will continue to pursue legal and factual solutions to ensure the pursuit of justice.

Maxwell was transferred from a low-security prison in Florida to a less restrictive prison camp in Texas a week after the interview.
