UGG launches sheepskin ballet flats that are to rival designer styles

After UGG’s most recent shoe launch, the Bea Mary Jane Boots, divided consumers’ minds, the company is now collaborating with Tokyo-based AMBUSH to create a new divisive brand.

The two companies have created a stylish footwear collection that includes sheepskin ballet flats and fur loafers, which are a part of this collaboration.

To create two very different bold and statement-making footwear, the four-piece collection combines timeless silhouettes that we know and love with a new, innovative design.

The UGG AMBUSH Mary Janes are available for £250 in both white and pink colourways. They come complete with an AMBUSH metal heart snap, leather lining, binding, and furry sheepskin upper.

Alongside these, the All Gender UGG Ambush Loafers are available for £250 in black and burgundy. With its sheepskin sock lining and fur-toed upper details, this pair has a Gucci-like feel.

After UGG’s platorm Mary-Jane’s received mixed views, the new collection has really impressed shoppers. After posting the two shoes, UGG’s Instagram comment section was filled with praise. Filled with comments like, “A combination of cool and cute”, “These are stupid cute omg”, and “Not a want but a need! “!, it’s clear to see the positive reception to this daring launch.
