Former TOWIE star Chloe Brockett, 24, has opened up about her “year from hell” after leaving the award-winning show. Chloe received death threats, get stalked, and worry constantly about money. Chloe left abruptly after a heated altercation between her and cast mate Roman Hackett, 22, that ending with her throwing three glass tumblers at him.
The reality star was suspended from the series and eventually quit. In a new bombshell interview the Essex native says TOWIE producers “forced” her to throw the first drink and claims they “instigated” it, claiming that they “pushed and pushed” even after she said she didn’t want to do it.
While Chloe says she’s much happier now the year following her departure from the show has been “hell”. Speaking to The Sun, she claimed that being on the series resulted in getting death threats and suffering at the hands of a stalker. After quitting her main source of income, Chloe eventually turned to OnlyFans to pay the bills.

She said: “I got torn apart for the way I look, speak, everything. People said they wanted me dead. I was a child — just 18. It was too young to be on a show like that. I had a stalker. I get my hair done regularly and each time he’d ring up and ask the receptionist, ‘ When does Chloe want picking up? ‘. It went on for ages”.
Chloe also says that she quickly realised that being “bolshy, argumentative Chloe B” got her more work and producers would go to her when they needed drama on the show. She added: “Everyone thought I was really like that. But I am a nice person”.
Chloe also spent much of last year supporting her boyfriend Jack Fincham, 31. The TV personality has had a difficult few years, with the star most recently being sentenced to six weeks behind bars after his Cane Corso dog bit two people, causing an injury to one individual. He was ordered to pay £3580 to the courts, including a £200 compensation fee to one of the victims, which also includes a £50 compensation fee to a second victim.

A payment plan was set up for Jack to pay £400 a month after he’s released after prosecutors said he has ‘ no savings. ‘ However, hours after his sentencing, Jack was released from prison pending an appeal. His struggles began a few years ago, with a “cocaine binge” seeing him being given an ultimatum by then-girlfriend Dani Dyer.
In February this year Jack opened up about struggling with his mental health as he admitted he attempted suicide while on a short break with Chloe in a West Midlands country hotel. He went on IMDB and thought he ‘ had nothing to show for this ‘ and ‘ messed up his life ‘ after realising he did 30 TV shows.
“I’d had the world at my feet, but the addictions destroyed everything”, he explained to The Sun. He lost 1 million followers on social media, which he described was a “horrible feeling”. While spiralling with his thoughts, he ordered “sambucas, prosecco, five vodkas at a time”, before he started gambling on his phone.
However, he thought he ‘ lost his last penny ‘ while being ‘ off his head ‘ and gambling online. Thinking he had nothing to his name, he said to himself: “I don’t want to be here anymore, I’ve had enough. I am a f***ing loser”. His girlfriend rushed to the reception to tell staff to stop serving him drinks and asked them to call the ambulance as she was ‘ scared he was going to kill himself’.
While she was downstairs, he considering throwing himself over the hotel balcony. He confessed: “I remember weighing up the options, thinking, ‘ I’ve nothing left to give here. Not a penny to my name. Nothing is salvageable. ‘ We were in a hillside lodge and I jumped. If I’d have dived at a different angle, I may not be here today. That is scary”.
