Although he achieved fame with The Only Way is Essex in 2011, Mario Falcone’s life seems to have drastically changed since then when he was a party boy.
Mario Falcone shot to fame on the third series of The Only Way is Essex in 2011. He was known as the ladies’ man and party boy, often stirring up drama with his bad-boy antics.
During his time on the show, the 37-year-old’s biggest storylines included his relationship with Lucy Mecklenburgh and his rivalry with original cast member Mark Wright.
After leaving the show in 2017, Mario’s life is looking very different these days. He’s ditched his party boy image and prefers to stay out of the crazy world of showbiz.
Let’s take a look at the former ITV star’s life now, from his new look after undergoing surgery to his family life with his wife and two children…

new appearance
When Mario revealed his new appearance after having blepharoplasty to remove excess skin or fat from his eyelids, his fans were shocked just last year.
He told his Instagram followers: “This summer he told his Instagram followers: “My hooded eye lids have been something I have grown very conscious of over the past couple of years, I blame the kids [laughing emoji], very happy with the results so far! Big thank you to @dr.carlodebbas.”
One fan said, “Wow, wow, wow, wow, seriously didn’t even recognize you!” and the fans couldn’t get over his new appearance. My mind is completely blown by how someone can appear to be completely different!
Another follower added, “Oh my goodness, that doesn’t look like him at all,” while a third added, “My head is gone!” Even his story resembles nothing less than him.
After having a secret rhinoplasty procedure in 2016 and feeling bullied by some of his TOWIE co-stars, Mario had no fear of surgery.
Family life
Mario got engaged to Becky Miesner while on holiday in Santorini, Greece, in 2017 and tied the knot in a stunning ceremony in Sorrento, Italy, surrounded by their loved ones.
Parker Jax, who was born in 2018 and Cali Roux, who was born in 2023, are the parents of their children.
It’s the best thing ever and I absolutely love it, Mario said after becoming Parker’s father for the first time.
I get to spend a lot of time with Parker because I’m fortunate that I can support myself while working from home. He’s probably my best friend, in my opinion!
When their children are in school, during family holidays, birthdays, and the start of the school year, Mario and Becky frequently post pictures and videos on social media.
battle with mental illness
The former reality star revealed how “he faced soul-devastating loneliness” he experienced in 2019 as a stay-at-home dad to Parker while Becky worked in her salon.
You might not admit you’re lonely, he said at the time. Nobody enjoys displaying signs of struggle, especially as a parent.
“There were no other dads around to help me and I spent the entire day at home alone. The most soul-destroying, lonely thing to ever happen.
When Becky got home, I didn’t want to make a fuss about it. Even when she and I were both exhausted from working, I still felt alone. I made her feel bad, but I didn’t want that.
