A Colombian national who survived US strikes on a alleged drug-smuggling submarine in the Caribbean has been repatriated with severe brain trauma. The latest US strike against alleged traffickers off Venezuela’s coast, which has resulted in the deaths of dozens and drawn international condemnation, came just before the attack.
