Vicky Pattison looked incredible as she showed off pics from her huge birthday celebration, despite being axed from Strictly Come Dancing

Vicky Pattison celebrated her birthday over the weekend with her Strictly Come Dancing pals and shared a series of glamorous snaps to mark turning 38 on social media

The former Geordie Shore star, who has turned 38, took to Instagram to share: “Happy birthday to meeeee….” She added: “A gorgeous evening celebrating at @broadwicksoho with some of my favourite people in the world… I feel so loved and lucky. Cake is @bakedpeterborough.”

In the photos, Vicky looked stunning in an all-black mini dress, smiling alongside her husband Ercan Ramadan and a number of fellow Strictly Come Dancing stars, including Chris Robshaw, George Clarke, Karen Carney, Julian Caillon, and Kai Widdrington’s girlfriend Chloe Wells.

Fans were quick to send their well-wishes, with one writing: “Hope your birthday was as amazing as you are!!” Another added: “Happy belated birthday. hope you had a awesome day. The cake is perfection.” A third fan commented: “Happy belated birthday gorgeous lady. I hope you had the best time.”

In another snap, Vicky looked radiant in a shimmery red dress as she laughed with Ercan, who looked dapper in a suit. She is also seen blowing out a huge cake decorated with red hearts.

The celebrations come shortly after Vicky was sadly eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing. She told her dance partner Kai Widdrington she was “so sorry” they wouldn’t make it to Blackpool, where contestants will perform at the Tower Ballroom next weekend.

Vicky and Kai had ended up in the dance-off alongside EastEnders actress Balvinder Sopal, 46, and dancer Julian Caillon, 30. Sopal and Caillon performed their American Smooth to My Guy by Mary Wells, while Pattison and Widdrington jived to Sound Of The Underground by Girls Aloud.

Judges Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse, and Anton Du Beke opted to save Sopal and Caillon, leaving Craig Revel Horwood with the casting vote. He revealed he would have made the same decision.

Reflecting on her time on the show, Vicky said: “It was so lovely while it lasted and I’ve had the nicest time. I knew this week was a difficult one for me and I tried my hardest, as I have every week. Listen, I didn’t think I’d get past week one.

“And I’m really honoured to have shared this experience with so many amazing people. Mostly with this fella (Widdrington) right here. I don’t want to sound too cheesy but (to Kai) you’ve been the best partner a girl can ask for. I’m so sorry I didn’t get you to Blackpool but I feel like I’ve won just by having you as my partner and I’m so grateful.”

Kai responded: “Oh, goodness me. Where do I start? You (to Vicky) are everything that this series is about. Strong, confident, independent – and all that I can say is, I have loved every single second.

“I’m going to be gutted not coming to Blackpool with you on Monday. But I just want you to know that I feel like I have also won getting you as my partner, and you will live on in Strictly history forever.”
