Jude Ezenwafor, the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate for the governorship election in Anambra State on November 25th, was the subject of an investigation launched by the Federal Capital Territory Police Command.
Ezenwafor was reportedly shot while returning from a fight near Wuse 2, Abuja.
Josephine Adeh, the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, stated in response to the incident that the Command had not yet concluded its investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The public was urged to assist with the investigation by Adeh, the Superintendent of Police.

She claimed that the police command has not yet concluded its inquiries into the incident’s true location and circumstances.
“Instead of rushing into the nearest police station, individuals or persons with pertinent information are urged to report to the agency’s top-level investigation.
