During his ongoing trial, Sean “Diddy” Combs watched a number of “freak-off” clips featuring his ex-girlfriend Cassie and a sex worker in a private court room.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs licked his lips and rubbed his hands together after watching a ‘freak-off’ tape in a private side room of the court during his trial on Tuesday. The 55-year-old disgraced music mogul asked for extra time to watch the tapes of his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra Ventura, having sex with male escorts while he watched.
Before the day’s testimony began, the rapper requested to watch the clips, but by the 9am start time, he was still waiting. Diddy exiting the court just before 9 a.m. and asking for “10 minutes to review the materials” was disclosed to the judge.
He rubbed his hands and licked his lips as he left the side door. According to Cassie, the prosecution played excerpts from three videos that he had to watch in a private room because no one could see them on a public-accessible monitor. They were taken from a Diddy-linked account on a mobile phone that he gave to authorities.
The prosecution claimed Diddy had a “freak-off” with Cassie and sex worker Sharay Hayes, also known as The Punisher, on October 14, 2012. One video dates from that day.
Jurors were shown an invoice for the stay at the Trump International Hotel &, Tower in Manhattan before the clip was released. Diddy went by the name Frank Black.
The guest requested to have the room at three in the morning, according to a note on the invoice. The messages between Cassie and Hayes were also shown to jurors. Can we actually go to the Trump hotel in Columbus Circle at 3 a.m.? she wrote in a message.
“Great,” Hayes said. I’ll send her a text message when I’m ready, before charging her a $200 fee. Additionally, viewers of clips from December 4 and October 20, 2012, and December 4, 2014 watched segments.
The videos, according to defense attorneys, demonstrated that the rapper was engaging in consensual sex rather than engaging in criminal behavior.
Diddy currently facing a number of serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He was detained in September, and he categorically refutes all the allegations made against him. Since his arrest, he has been imprisoned, and several bail applications have been rejected.
Combs could spend up to 15 years in prison if found guilty of these allegations, which are severe punishments.
