Noel Fielding makes first TV appearance since cancelling Apple show over health struggles

Following concerns about his health at the beginning of the year, Noel Fielding returns to our screens tonight with the new series of Stand Up To Cancer alongside Alison Hammond.
Paul Hollywood, the Great British Bake Off judge, and Caroline Waldegrave, who replace Prue Leith, who has decided to concentrate on the main Bake Off series over the summer, join Noel and Alison. Actor Maxine Peake, host of Good Morning Britain, Loose Women’s Gloria Hunniford, DJ and presenter Roman Kemp, Sarah Beeny, Good Morning Britain’s Kate Garraway, and podcasters Chris and Rosie Ramsey and Gloria Hunniford are just a few of the celebrities trying to hide their soggy bottoms and baking mistakes.
Noel and Alison’s side welcomed Chris and Rosie Ramsey, Scarlette and Stuart Douglas, and they also welcomed them in the first episode. When Prue’s replacement, Caroline, was introduced, Noel flashed off his trademark humor. I thought Prue had forgotten her glasses, he said, to be honest.
One fan said, “I love Alison and Noel together, this episode of #GBBO was SO much fun.” Another person yelled out Noel’s joke, saying, “Noel comparing Chris’s Chocolate fingers to Paul’s,” followed by a laugh-crying emoji.

Noel missed the Celebrity Bake Off launch earlier this week despite Alison, Paul, Caroline, and all 20 contestants being present, but it has been confirmed that he will be making a comeback for the new season of The Great British Bake Off, as the Mirror exclusively revealed on Friday. Noel’s position on Bake Off was never in doubt, a spokeswoman told the Mirror. Noel and I never made up our minds that Noel wouldn’t host Bake Off, she said. He will indeed be a member of the team.
Noel’s health issues were brought up when production of his Apple TV+ drama The Completely Made-Up Adventures of Dick Turpin was postponed in January because of the disruption of the production to the point where management decided it was no longer viable.
After the Christmas break, he left the show, on which he was also a co-writer and executive producer, and saw the second series being cut short. Noel, who he played for his second time in the role of the legendary 18th-century highwayman, is said to have had a “fatigue coach” who had to work in the balance between the amount of time he spent filming scenes and.

An initial attempt to salvage a shorter version from the already-filmed version has now been abandoned. “We had filmed everything aside from him; there is nothing.” However, Dick Turpin cannot be the subject of a drama, according to an insider. Noel has been resting since the production, which included visits to his home in London and a vacation home in France, to fully recover from the multi-million pound production.
Noel’s spokesperson stated at the time of the show’s cancellation that it was a “private and private matter regarding our client’s health.” Although the decision to stop producing saddens us, we are unable to comment on this matter further.
Noel gained notoriety for his starring role in the quirky, offbeat comedy The Mighty Boosh, which ran on the BBC from 2004 to 2007. He has appeared in smaller roles on television in the likes of Never Mind the Buzzcocks, The It Crowd, and Nathan Barley.
On Sunday, March 16th, at 7:30 PM on Channel 4, the Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer will air.
