Nikki Sanderson, a former Hollyoaks star, and her mother Jude have been enjoying quality time together, according to a new photo.
Ex-Hollyoaks star Nikki Sanderson has taken to Instagram to share a series of photos with her doppelgänger mum.
The 41 year old actress, who recently departed from her role as Maxine Minniver in the Channel 4 soap, has been savouring moments with family and friends.
Nikki has been documenting her “week of catch ups” on social media, from celebrating a friend’s 40th birthday in Wales to joining a hen do at Mamma Mia The Party.
On Wednesday (August 6), Nikki shared a collection of photos with her mother Jude to commemorate “day three of her week of catch-ups.”
Her post read: “Wednesday Day 3… Quality time with my best friend.”, reports the Manchester Evening News.
“I took a lovely trip away with my beautiful mummy, @judesanderson. We both adored the mummy daughter Tim for a short while.
My mother is also my best friend, and I consider myself lucky.
Trips like this are priceless because I’m grateful for every day I get to spend with my mother, especially given everything she’s been through. I adore you, Mama.
The former Coronation Street star received a flood of heartwarming comments from fans.
The mother of Nikki, Jude, responded, “I was truly blessed to have my daughter. She is very sweet.
My forever best friend. Being able to laugh and have fun together is a joy, and it’s wonderful to spend time with you.
“I owe you so much poppet. You and your bro mean with world to me. You two are the reason I breathe and. Get to spend these wonderful times with you.
Can’t wait to repeat it. You will forever and ever.

Back in June, Following two cardiac arrests, Nikki and her family were able to relate the agonizing moment Jude collapsed at home.
She recalled that terrible day as “I can’t remember yelling to the operator, just pleading “please help us.” We were aware of her disappearance, but we fervently desired her return.
